Our flooring company had a visit from a sales rep about putting a light up graphic sign with an an electric sign combo. We ordered it and waited...and waited.. and waited some more. Waiting for our sign took months. Not to mention we couldnt get a hold of the sales rep that came in the first place. If I could rate no stars I would. Terrible customer service. Never answer their phones, never get back to you, makes false promises, for a second there we though that some guy just took a large amount of money and ran with it. We do not like Signtronix and we will never use them ever again. Our sign did eventually show up but we had to put up a good fight to even get it. We do not and will never recommend this company. They also offered a church 2 times the price we paid for their sign they got that is the exact same size and everything. It costs so much and we had to fight the whole time. Not worth it dont even try.
