Never rented out a storage unit before. Stopped here today. Tina was on duty and was awesome!! She made it a breeze to set up everything and secure the storage unit. I highly recommend this place, and highly recommend her, and thank her for being so great to me!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you want to get a storage unit here get a quoted price online and then go into the office you will get a better price. We looked at several places and this one is the best one in town if you are looking for something with a temperature controlled unit. You cannot get access after midnight until 6am but that just makes it more secure. They spray regularly for bugs and pests. They have plenty of access points to the building.

Kelly was very friendly and quick to help me out. I walked in having no clue how storage facilities worked or what could be expected. I was in and out quickly with all of my questions answered. I left feeling very confident and secure with my decision. The actual price of renting a unit has proved much cheaper than other places in the area. Kelly herself was VERY friendly and super helpful. As silly as it sounds, I actually left feeling cared for and important as both a client and a person in general. I highly recommend speaking to her if you find yourself unsure or full of questions like I was.

The facility is very clean and easy to access. Kelly was great ! She got my storage ready and my lease completed without any issues. She was very kind and didn’t mind helping me find the door closest to my unit and helped make sure that it was the right size for me. She was extremely nice and I would recommend anyone ask for her when they are in need of a storage unit !

I worked with Kelly and she is great! Was very informative, the unit came with a secure lock, she made sure that I knew how to work the lock pad and showed me a quick way to get to my unit! No problems! Storage facility was clean and easy to access. Lighting was good and Tim was the manager when we discontinued our storage unit and he was friendly and easy to work with. The things I didn’t like was the price increase we incurred as well as the unavailability of a cart on one of our trips. Otherwise, would have received 5 stars from me. No problems with rats at our unit as I saw reported from someone else. Good place with great climate control!

I had an issue with my online application. Kelly was quick to return my call and help me. She explained the facility and helped me to get a good deal on the unit!

I oftentimes confuse even numbers and odd numbers with their closest even or odd numbers, and in this case Id confused the 6th and the 8th. Crikey 😬At this point, the storage unit has no longer been needed for some time, and I had of course planned to remove my last few things before being charged, yet the payment was automatically retrieved in full today on the 6th before I was able to effectively clear out the unit. I was then digitally notified as well as horrified, not currently able to afford a needless expense of any kind, so I frantically and immediately called the local office where Tim, upon hearing my dilemma, readily obliged, offering to pro-rate my charge, stating, since it has only been less than one full day, and so long as I remove all of my remaining belongings and check with him just afterwards before office hours are through.I had been in the wrong in being remiss as to the specifics of my own situation, but this time I simply wont have to suffer staircase-sized ramifications for being a single step behind with the pace of life. Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.My five-star review is a sincere reflection of my own personal experience with Extra Space Storage. Thanks again

Very impressed with the clean facility. The staff was very kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. A little more than a normal storage unit. But well worth the price to have climate control so we dont pick up moldy furniture when we are ready for it.

At one time I had three storage units at extra space. Now I have only one. It is clean and well lit. I have dealt mostly with Kelly and she has always been cheerful and very helpful. She gets five stars as well!!

Rented over a year with no problems...but, after 1st year the rent amount increased 70$ from the original price..never made late payments half payments ect always paid on time and in full...called around found better rate prices for the same unit size and services. When u sign the lease contract be sure to read fine print bc they will increase price dramatically.

This place is very clean. I rented the 5x10 and its pretty spacious. They are climate controlled so I know that my stuff wont have to withstand the cold weather. And they are pretty affordable.

I feel confident my stored items are safe & will not get damaged as this facility is neat, organized and they stay on top of keeping it clean. It is tempature controlled, indoors, camera monitored. They have a few carts, but if you have one, you may want to use it. The clientele have a hard time returning them to cart storage.

The ability to reserve a storage unit is very helpful and easy! Once you reserve a unit the business makes it a point to contact you to talk to you further about it, no need to contact them again yourself. The process to rent is very easy over the phone and Tim is especially friendly! There are also multiple doors allowing you to access the building making it so much easier to get in closer to your unit. They made the first time of me renting a storage unit a great one.

The facility is clean and well maintained. Good customer experience from rental process, payment, clean restrooms, etc.However, moving in or out is a HUGE challenge. No loading dock, and only small doors with no door stops to keep them open as you’re manhandling your belongings through them. Further, there are VERY few dollies to assist with move in and move out (2 or 3?) and it’s a huge warehouse with possibly 100+ units. Forget getting a dolly on the weekend, which means you are hand carrying each and every box from your car to your unit. Due to the scarcity of said dollies, I think people lock the dollies up in their storage units so they have access to one when they next visit, causing the problem to perpetuate itself.Recommendation: Order more dollies so that there never seems to be too few, and they will stop being gobbled up by patrons. When you do safely inspections of units, charge an exorbitant fee if you find a dolly locked inside someone’s unit. ($200.00 to begin?) Have 6 or more at each entrance. These cannot be that expensive, and they make moving in and out much easier.The last Extra Space Storage I used was in Washington DC, a big East Coast city. They always had enough dollies to use, so don’t tell me it can’t be done.

Great storage facility! The building is always very cool. There are security cameras over almost every unit and you need a passcode to get into the building itself. Overall great security and great price!

Space is clean. Climate control is great to protect property. Access is easy yet secure. Staff is great at communication. For college students, easy in and out of contract.

Very clean and safe place for storage. Its an inside storage so you dont have to be outside moving your things in the rain or snow or heat. Staff is very polite and helps you with whatever needs you have. They also have moving carts to help you with not having to carry heavy things or make multiple trips. Inside climate control is great!

She rented me a unit on the ground floor that was climate controlled for my house. She eased my mind about safety and getting insurance for valuables! Nice employees. Fairly clean facility other than the mice. Another downfall is that you cant access from 10pm 6am. One plus is that units are inside a building making it less probable for your unit to leak or have any type of water damage. Another is that they were the cheapest rates I found here in town. Sometimes, finding a cart that they are supposed to have available for customers are hit and miss when you need them..Sometimes they are totally M.I.A..So, in conclusion this facility has both positive and negative aspects. Depends on your needs whether it is the right one for you.

Ive been with extra space storage for well over a year now and I have had my unit price increase on me at least 3 times. I have never been late, Ive always paid on time yet I keep getting notified every several months that my unit price will be increased next month for no reason whatsoever.
