Very unprofessional when hiring folks. Friend went thru hiring process, was given a start date and then denied her when her background check came back with a almost decade old charge. She was barely in her 20s and now in her 30s with amazing work history including management exp. They held a decade old mark over her head, i guess not believing people grow and change. Shame on you for turning down good help after the were hired and had given notice. Never judge a book by its cover, people change and you dont care. Shameful.

Well, they lost the paperwork so we had to sign again and credit card numbers. I specifically wanted brown shirts with orange high visibility stripes, received the opposite. I tried to recently change the name on the shirts, watched the driver fill out the paper work, this was about August 13 2020. I asked the driver yesterday October 6 2020 when i would get the new uniforms, the response was well, start over again.DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CINTAS THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They promised anything and once under contract were abusive.

Hard to get any repairs. This week I sent in a shirt with a hole in it again and put a big zip tie thru it and pulled it to gather and it still cam back with the hole and zip tie still in it.
