Very slow fixing truck set in a hotel for six days theyre not very keen to colored folk

Slow slow slow repair times and they couldnt even get the part I had to order it online and send it to them in order to get truck fixed and then they tried to charge an ungodly amount of hours for a simple fix. Dont waste your time or money. Go elsewhere
I was picking up a truck for my employer, the night manager went over time to find me key and walked to truck to make sure everything is fine as it had been sitting for a while .
Super nice people, didn’t have the part I needed in time so they directed me to a shop that did, excellent service.

Great place!! All of the staff are great. Kasey is awesome!! Nicest lady around and deserves a raise for working so hard!! If I had 10 front desks, Id want 10 Kaseys!! Everyone was knowledgeable and polite and friendly.

Very nice shop easy to work with employees, unlike some other shops. The driveway entrance is very tight. It makes for a challenge to bring a T/T behind a wrecker into there.
The best service that I have received at a truck dealership. Specially with the night crew. From the start when I called until the truck was fixed. The people that work here actually care about getting it done and doing the right thing for the customer. I now know where to go for anything Kenworth related.

Well just spent over $300 and sales person refused to throw complimentary glad hand seal for $0.28Thats a shame people dont see the way of doing business from different side.

Volvo parts are super-overpriced. I paid double the price for a set of filters, compared to other dealers. Just check, charged me $124.03 for set 85132685. I won’t be back for sure.

Needed some parts on the fly for my a/c system. Parts counter people were very friendly when I called and they had the parts sitting on the counter when I arrived 30 minutes later.
