My partner and I have been wanting to try this place for a while now. We are so glad we made the stop. I got the peanut butter and Greg got the cookie monster. The packaging for the cupcakes is awesome. Its going to easily make it home and look just like it did at the store. I havent eaten any of the cupcake infused ice cream yet but it looks equally delicious. We will be back when the next sweet tooth craving hits.

LOVE this place! A delicious variety of cupcakes, ice cream, and assorted bakery items! I enjoy trying the different special of the week or month cupcakes. Last time I had the pumpkin spice cheesecake and today I tried the caramel apple cupcake. They even have pup cakes for dogs! My dogs loved them.

Great little place for amazing cupcakes and ice cream. I love their red velvet ice cream and chocoholic, hot fudge cupcakes. The service is amazing, fast and perfect.

I got a cupcake from here and it improved my mood drastically. I don’t even really like sweets but omg this cupcake (seasonal pumpkin) goes so crazy. If you are ever feeling down you should buy yourself a small cakes cupcake it will literally turn your whole day around.

Not worth the money. Used their service for my daughters 1st birthday. Looked like a Walmart cake/ cupcakes. I hoped maybe they would make up for it in taste, was extremely disappointed there as well. When asked if they would do anything about this, I was offered an in store only option. No thank you. Worst customer service.

Nice, moist, and flavorful. Presentation means a lot to me and theirs have me drooling every time! Im like a kid in a candy store. There is always a large selection to choose from. They even sale ice cream (which it delicious), water and soda.If Im not mistaken they sell gluten free cupcakes. Also doggie treaMy only wish is that they sold sugar-free cupcakes.

The cupcakes were a bit messy looking (icing sliding etc) but tasted fantastic. Its a great option for this town. People were actually leaving because the staff wouldnt shut up about masks. Service was just ok. Cupcakes were yummy.

First time walking through the doors. You are immediately looking at glass that is at least eye level with various cupcakes behind the glasd sitting on small pedestals. The appearance of the cupcakes looks professionally decorated with a mound of icing. The young sales girl inquires, is this your first time. Yes. Well all cupcakes are.$3.75 each. I guess they want you to adjust quickly to the high prices. Anyway we each choose our cupcake and ordered a coffee. Price at the register was $9.75 without a thank you for your order. As for the Cupcake it was moist, flavorful and had way too much icing for me. Icing was super sweet. Overall Im sure others will enjoy this place. Me probaly not, Im really not a cake person so I dont see myself returning.

Never buying my cakes from any other bakery but small cakes.

They have a great variety of cupcakes, and they make their own ice cream too! You can even have a mashup of cupcake in the ice cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you dont see the flavor you want it maybe in the back so always ask.

Wonderful customer service! I blanked and forgot to order a cake for my husbands birthday and called Smallcakes in a panic. I asked if I could place an order to be picked up later today. They worked with me and put together a beautiful assortment if all chocolate cupcakes with decorations. I couldnt be happier. Plus, the cupcakes are delicious!

Im a cake person. I have very high standards for cake, frosting and filling and I can be difficult to please in this area. The cupcakes at this place are perfection! The cake is moist, light and flavorful. The frosting is smooth, creamy and fluffy. The fillings I tasted were wonderful. The service was friendly and helpful. The young lady answered my many questions cheerfully. I will definitely be back!

I went in and He used the same 1 glove to get the cup cakes and handle money. I still bought it but that is very unsanitary SMH. Otherwise I would have gave a 5.

Fast friendly service, ginormous cupcakes that did not dissapoint!

Displeased. Half of the icing on the cupcake was hanging off of the cupcake. You couldnt get the cupcake from the box and still have a cupcake. The outcome a big mess.I called to complain and was told with the lemon drop and wedding cupcakes the icing tends to slide off because the icing is thinner than the other cupcakes. Really!!! For the price you pay, you want a cupcake not a mess! So if you want a cupcake, dont buy lemon drop.

A coworker brings these into work on special occasions. They are amazing. I love the peanut butter one. My kids have had the red velvet and they highly recommend that as well. There is definitely some sticker shock when you see the price but for something special; theyre completely worth it. I also like that you can buy a box of assorted flavors. I may have to check the store out so I can get some of the ice cream too!

My mother had come into this shop just before they officially opened and they gave her a cupcake, we came back for the first time today and the customer service was amazing. The younger blonde behind the counter was super nice and respectful. There was a welcome, a have a good day. The shop was super clean. They had a good selection of cupcakes. I just finished my first cupcake from the shop and it was excellent, super heavy and moist cake. Overall I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a quick, hassle-free delicious treat. :) (they have a punch card system too, 1 free cupcake per 12 visits)

Had a really excellent pink vanilla cupcake, and Im very picky about cake quality, everything tasted from scratch, moist and delicious! Staff was still adjusting to being open but very friendly and helpful, prices are high compared to grocery store bakeries but very fair for the quality. Excited to come back and try other flavors!

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had. The cake is always moist and tastes like the flavors they advertise. The icecream is probably some of the best in springfield. I admire that they give the remaining cupcakes to local charities instead of simply throwing then away. My sister and I are regulars, I would recommend visiting.

Lovely little shop, with pedestals of beautifully decorated cupcakes❣️I had went there to buy cupcakes for my husbands birthday party, little expensive for cupcakes to order for a crowd, so I ordered half a dozen to share at home. I ordered birthday cake, whiskey caramel, lemon filled, and salted caramel....They are DElicious, moist, some of the best I have ever eaten❣️❣️❣️I will be back, thank you for another great choice of treats ❣️

The shop doesnt seem to be completely finished internally. The girl who gave me my cupcakes was very sweet but everyone else working there was really dry and unfriendly. There was a man walking around that I assumed was the owner and, for this being a new business he was NOT very friendly, didnt speak to anyone that I noticed and actually looked me in my eyes and looked away without a smile or a hello.As far as the cupcakes, they were very moist and delicious. A lot of the flavors were not available-I assume because theyre sold out. That was fine. There enough available for my family and I to sample and we all enjoyed them. Im not sure if I will be back as the customer service was not great, especially for this being a new business. I kind of expect big smiles and Chick-fil-a like service when going to a business that just opened.

We tried the ice cream and its so delicious and creamy! I highly suggest the chocolate and peanut butter flavor.

Oh. My. Goodness. I am a cake JUNKIE. And when I say I am in love, thank you for amazing cake that will go straight to the parts of my body I don’t want. But it was totally worth it. And butter cream frosting is my favorite. The cake is so moist. My husband said too much frosting and I told him he was disrespectful and to take it back! Lol! I love it. I love it. I love it! Went on opening day and service was fantastic! Quick to your order and welcoming. Cupcakes are delicious!Today, not the best. No welcoming and walked away while I was standing there to talk to the girls in the back. Not too impressed. The gentleman sitting by register didnt acknowledge my entrance either.

It was okay. It just tasted like regular cupcakes and to sweet. I wouldn’t order this for birthday parties or special occasions because it’s to expensive.
