Oh my goodness, this place was delicious! The rolled ice cream was so beautiful and full of flavor. The business itself is very cute and staff is lovely. I cant wait to go back and try other things!

This place was so awesome. They were so nice to our large party and even took time to let the toddlers in the group watch. Once they had their ice cream and were seated they were much more quicker with making the ice cream so I appreciate them slowing it down for the toddlers. They really enjoyed watching. The ice cream was great. My son said it was the best he has ever had. 💙

Tasteful! bubble tea place! Great variety of bubble teas with perfect flavor, not too sweet. My favorite is the Taro :) Also have a variety of rolled ice cream which are outstanding - they make it right in front of you. Be prepared to wait a while for the ice cream though - always a long line despite being open less than a month.

There were three or four girls working and despite this, the line seemed to move at a crawl. The lady next to me got her tea, but then had other people get their ice cream before she got hers, while her drink got warmer and warmer as she waited for the other half of her order.As far as my order, I got the Black Storm. I felt it had an almost waxy texture that was very off putting, and not much flavor beyond that other than the toppings.I will likely try the drinks at some point, and there may be better flavors on the menu, but my overall hopes are not high. For the price, I would much rather just go get a Blizzard.

My granddaughter loves coming here. She always gets a drink with tapioca. Its her go-to place for a cold treat. The service is friendly and the price is good for what you get.

Meh the rolled ice cream really isn’t that special, just a neat shape. Toppings are minimal. The staffing needs a lot of work. There were like 6 of them rushing around back there, but long waits. The tables were sticky, no napkins, etc. It just seemed really disorganized. Not a great first experience. I’d try the bubble tea, but will get it to go!

Love the place! Their everything is good. I love mochi and Thai tea so their Thai rolled icecream is perfect. I like their boba, although I wish there was a blended option.

I was able to visit when they were not as busy. I waited about 15 minutes. I ordered the Cheesecake Delight crepe and a coffee milk with the tapioca. Both were so delicious!! It was a little pricey but definitely worth it. I would not get the tapioca bubbles in mine again. I just did not like the texture/lack of flavor. The workers were all super friendly and it was neat to watch how they roll the icecream.

Excellent product. Neat that u are able to watch your ice cream being made (process is neat). It does take a minute or 2, but when u realize your ice cream is only milk before u order it, it is understandable! This is a must visit!

This was the worst customer service I have experienced. I order two drinks paid through the website ( I called to place my order online and they asked me to place it online) after doing so I get in line like instructed on the phone to get my order. To rudely be told my two drinks would take 60 minutes. So I asked the girl I want my 20 dollars back if I can’t have my drinks I’m not waiting an hour... I was then handed a note book piece of paper that said IOU. Of course that was not a solution to me. Overall awful experience the shift lead did step in and make my drinks after the register girl gave me an IOU. Drinks were awful. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE

Poor service. Had to order outside then was told it would take twenty minutes. Then I wanted my money back. They said it would be given back in three to five days. I stood at the back door and wasnt even acknowledged after ringing the bell. Place is ran poorly.

Lane was our service rep taking our order. Lane decided that it would be okay to scream at my 8 year old daughter and let her know that he is going to refuse her service due to her a child not wearing a mask! After we had already been told we were okay to not have one on. Lane then copied my daughters expressions. Began to throw his hands in the air and act like a child. He was told by another worker to go to the back. He stomped away like a child, I expressed to management that he needs to apologize to my daughter because that is not how a grown man should treat a child in a place of business or anywhere for that matter! He came back out and then stated to my daughter, I’m sorry! She said it’s fine and he said even though I didn’t yell at you. I then asked him to leave my child alone. This is not how you give great customer service. Very unprofessional

I love their rolled ice cream, this was my first time & I tried the panda panda, summer love, and strawberry cake. All tasted amazing! It wasn’t what I expected but overall great taste. I ordered a bubble tea but to say the least it was kind of bland but it was just one so I’m ready to try the rest, customer service was pretty good except they took a long time to make the order. Though I understand it takes time to make ice cream. It is very underrated, I love it.

Bland. 3rd time here, their Thai tea, milk tea, green tea doesnt have enough cream and sweetness.Overpriced.. service is too slow. For an order of a drink it takes 10 minutes. They have no other competition in Springfield, wish they could revisit their flavored drinks, not all of us are averse to sugar and cream.On the other hand, the rolled ice cream is superb, presentation is amazing.

We werent aware they still didnt let you indoors. They didnt take a name or phone number so we just guessed as to when our order would be ready.

The drinks are good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed my order online and came in to pick it up, when I asked about it they just said its not ready and walked off. Okay, fine. I wait for a while and they keep rattling off order numbers (41, 42, etc) which is useless to me because the online order numbers are 9 digits, not 2. When me and another customer were confused over whose order was whose, the cashier just left the bag to us to figure out and walked away.I think a little communication could go a long way, I definitely understand being busy, but communication is the difference between me coming back as a repeat customer, and me walking away.

There is a decent wait but it’s definitely worth it! It’s the only place with good bubble tea in town. I’d recommend the taro or the Thai milk tea. I love this place so much!

This was my first trip to this establishment. We ordered 2 chocolate party, 2 coffee, summer lovin, and the banana Nutella dish. Our bill was 40 dollars. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely go back. Delicious.

Drinks are good. If you dont want the boba, check that your order is correct. They seem to add boba by default.

The place was super pretty and clean, and everyone working there was extremely nice! Although it was really busy and I had to wait a long time for my ice cream, I expected that from such a new and unique place in town! The food was delicious and so cute, and I can’t wait to come again soon!

Really good. Asian themed ice cream. They freeze it in front of you. Its kind of cool to watch. While a bit on the expensive side (comparable to a Cold Stone Creamery price wise), its labor intensive for them to make. Good selection of unique flavors and a hard working staff make it a great experience.

Very clean and contemporary looks. Nice menu selections too. Ordered iced Thai milk tea and it was spot on. Everything was great, except the price. In my humble opinion it’s approaching 20% too high. $4.50 should be $3.75.

The bubble tea is the best, I am very partial to the fruity teas. The environment is perfect for friends to hang and chat. They have various drinks and ice cream. The ice cream making is mesmerizing and the best feeling is shaking a tea with jelly or boba. The music and decorations are very fitting and pleasing. Would totally recommend visiting!

This place is reminiscent of the Asian dessert shops in larger cities, like those found in the Mitsuwa Japanese market near Chicago. They have some very off the wall flavors like charcoal and a cheese milk foam that are popular outside of America, but the crepe I had was incredible! They werent busy when I went, but the wait wasnt significant, comparable to a Cold Stone Ice cream, because they spread the cream out and freeze it fresh in front of you. They also take the time to decorate your dessert, slicing fruit and arranging it to look incredible!Definitely worth the price and the wait, though I didnt find them too bad myself. This is real, high quality dessert, and a distinctly new experience in Springfield, which we desperately need.

Amazing ice cream shop! You notice how nice it is as soon as you walk in the store. The way they make ice cream rolls is very intuitive. There is a great variety of flavors. I had the banana and Nutella and it was delicious and at a fair price. I highly recommend coming here for their ice cream rolls.

After walking over there we placed our order by phone as requested. They told us to wait 15 min. and then get in the drive thru. We told them that we walked and were waiting outside. They said OK and it would be 15 min. After waiting 15 min. we called again to see how much longer since we had our 2 young kids with us. They told us to go through the drive thru. We told them again that we had walked and were already waiting outside and they still told us to wait in the drive thru without a car. After waiting another 15 min. in the drive thru we still had to wait for the order after we paid. This place is a joke that doesnt seem to know how to take care of the customer especially with kids. We will never be back.

Slow service. There were other workers standing there that could have been prepping the toppings (cutting fruit) so it could have moved a little quicker. Inside was clean. Friendly staff. Good ice cream. Happy kids.

We were not disappointed. We tried Berry Berry, Chocolate Party, Bumblebee, Strawberry Cake and Morning Roast. They were all unique and delicious. It was definitely worth the wait.

Large portions and a wide variety of flavors. One is definitely enough for date night (if you can agree on which one you want). Was fun watch the rolls being made!!
