Love the staff! They are super friendly! Service was quick and food and drinks and treats were amazing! Great location in the middle of shopping too if you dont want to walk all the way to the food court.

This dairy queen was great. The ice cream was creamy and perfect and the blizzard that my girlfriend got was even better. Do be aware that it is in the mall though. So dont expect to just be able to drive up and have some ice cream. You gotta work for it, fam!!

Out of a lot of ingredients and served a drink that was made with different ingredients. Replacement drink was made too quick and chucks of ice prevent the use of straw.

The girl at the counter was on her phone so it took a bit for her to see us. She wasn’t friendly at all and just about the only words she said were “hi,” “okay,” and our total. There wasn’t any coffee in the frappe at all. So we took it back and pointed this out and mentioned that there was also no Oreo on the top. She went to the back and started whispering to another girl who gave a very dirty look and remade the drink for us. They added one tiny piece of Oreo to the top and the drink tasted okay. I work in fast food as well and have never left a bad review, but this experience was definitely worth the one star.

I dont go to the mall very often but when I do I always stop at this Dairy Queen and have a Orange Julius. They make them just like I remembered them tasting as a kid. They taste better here than they at the Campbell location. That has been my experience anyways.

My friend just got a cookie dough blizzard and she was eating it and the vanilla was very sour, we talked to some other people who got blizzards and they all agreed. We did get a new blizzard but it was very disappointing. How long has it been?

Dairy Queen is ALWAYS awesome. In an lifetime of eating at one Dairy Queen or another, Ive never once had a bad experience.

Do not EVER buy anything from here!!! The owner is so skimpy on what she serves people shes obsessed with trying to save her own money that she rips off everyone who comes through. She reems her employees in front of customers which I think is wrong and embarrassing for them. The health code are constantly being broken nobody ever washes there hands during a shift for a whole 2 months there wasnt even a working soap dispenser. The owner also pockets all or at least half of the tip money so if you do decide to go here and want to tip somebody give it directly to them otherwise it will end up in the greedy owners pockets who only comes in to work may be once a week. Terrible food. Terrible service. TERRIBLE selfish owner I suggest nobody ever go here or she will find a way to rip you off too.

Ive been there a few times, and besides the manager the workers are terribly incompetent. They arent trained well, work slowly, and generally act like Its their first day every day. It took three employees to make a coffee drink because no one knew how to make it.
