Rick is a customer at my work, my wife and I just bought a house that has a system installed by them. We were having problems with it tripping the breaker. Called and scheduled a service visit same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He did not milk the service hours. Rick and his team have taken care of us for many years. Rick came out after we had another company look at our HVAC system, and after an hour, they said it couldnt be fixed and would have to be replaced. After about 10 min Rick found out what was wrong and it was an easy fix. We have used him ever sense and the team has kept our old unit running for many years. Recently it quick working and sadly the part to fix it is no longer available (because of the age of the unit). Rick has been great to communicate with and has provided us with several quotes and options for the replacement unit. Great company, Great service, Great ownership. Our air conditioner that runs our upstairs quit working on us. We contacted a local HVAC company to come do a diagnostic test on both units (one for upstairs and one for main level). He was incredibly nice and seemed well informed but he told us that the compressor had most likely gone out and we would have to purchase a new one for around $2,200. He did top off the coolant in our main level air conditioner but was unable to do much with the upstairs unit that we were having trouble with. He said the compressor was locked up and we would need a new one. All in all, his services totaled $200 and we were right back where we started. No AC.We were on day 2 with our upstairs reaching as high as 98ﾟ.If we were going to have to pay over $2,000 I thought I had better get a second opinion, just incase.I called Rick at HVAC Masters. He was able to come out and do his own diagnostic within just a couple hours of me contacting him. He was able to figure out what the problem was and take care of it quickly and efficiently. We now have a fully functioning air conditioning unit again and it only cost us $130!Dont waste your money on other HVAC companies.Learn from my mistake and make sure that your 1st call is Rick with HVAC Masters.

HVAC worked on the dampners for our zoned heating unit. I had many quotes that ranged from $$$$ to we just cant fix that. My AC wasnt cooling on a weekend when I had company. I called very late on a Saturday evening, thinking it would go to voice mail and would be picked up the next morning. Rick answered my call. He sent someone to me the next morning to repair the issue with the AC. I was so impressed and happy to have such prompt, professional and friendly service. I had problems with another AC unit at a different time this summer and he sent Josh to fix the issue. It took a couple of times to finally resolve the problem but they were great at communicating with me, making sure I was satisfied and that the issue was resolved. I couldnt be happier with their service and would highly recommend this company.

I had some noise coming from my furnace and I had them look at it. They did not up charge me like I expected or try to sell me a new system like everyone does. They made an adjustment and said it’s working better but the part will need to be replaced sometime. They explained how the part works and I felt better about waiting to replace it. I had them do a fall tuneup and then had them back in the spring for another tuneup to the AC system. They did an excellent job without needless extra cost. I feel my AC and furnace are running so much better. I feel comfortable calling them if there’s ever an issue.

HVAC Master installed a new heating and air system last year. They were the best priced for the quality of product we received among the 5 estimates we received. The product has worked great. We purchased a maintenance agreement on top of the warranty. They have serviced the system every 6 months. It has lowered the electric bill in the summer by nearly half while keeping the house cooler. The winter heat has been much more even throughout the house than our old system was. Im extremely happy with the system and the quality of work they did.

I highly recommend HVAC Master, Rick and his team have been great to work with. They were recommended by a friend several years ago when I had a bad experience with another company. Rick Lowe just knows more about what hes doing. I had a problem in my home with one of my boys room not getting enough heat in the winter or not staying cool in the summer. I dont write many reviews, but I have to recommend HVAC Master wholeheartedly. These guys have bailed me out time after time. The thing I really like is their thorough diagnostics. They are very reluctant to replace a single component or recommend an upgrade until they have exhausted every option. They are determined to restore reliable heating and cooling at the lowest possible price. My out-of-warranty heat pump failed recently. Frank quickly found a bend of tubing near the compressor that had cracked and was leaking. He started researching before repairing. He found that the manufacturer had redesigned the loop because of stress cracking and was providing the new tubing/accumulator/muffler package free of charge. HVAC Master saves me money and gets me back in operation quickly! Rick even recommended an inexpensive improvement on my poorly designed return air that was a simple thing, but a big improvement. Put your HVAC system in the hands of these masters and youll never call anyone else!

Very quick to get our heat up and running again this year when we had a problem. . We had a problem with our A/C a few years ago and Rick drove forty miles late at night to get us fixed. My mom and dad had an issue a few years ago and was told by another company the whole system had to be replaced due to no parts were available for their system. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use this company!

THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. I first another company and they charged me for a few things (fan motor and capacitor) This all totaled up to $700 (after taxes fees and military discount) They left, but no cold air was coming out from my vents. I called them back (10pm) they came back out and explained that it was also my compressor (why didnt they check this before they left ?) They told me that my entire condenser @ this point was shot and I would need to replace it with a new system. They sent out a salesman the next day and they took everything apart, didnt put anything back together (outside condenser) and sent me 2 replacement options via email; $5,000 system or $7,000 system. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I decided to call around. Every other HVAC companies told me they would NOT touch my old HVAC system (R22) I finally got a hold of Rick from HVAC Masters, he came out within the hour, figured out it was just 1 item that was wrong (Capacitor) replaced it, cleaned up all the errors previous technician did & before I could call my wife to let her know the good news she had already texted me saying theres cold air I paid a fraction of what I wouldve with the first company. Needless to say, Rick saved the day, and HVAC masters will now be my GO TO. I highly recommend this place! You wont be disappointed.

We are happy with HVAC Master service. Always prompt and always there when they say theyll be there. ( Which is a rare trait these days). Very nice and knowledgeable crew.Not so happy with the RUUD heat pump unit we bought from them 6 years ago. In the first year or so had compressor replaced, worked right for a short time, then had to run it on emergency heat because we got tired of it blowing cold air for a hour and a half before it automatically kicked on emergency heat. Then had coils replaced last month because the air conditioner quit blowing cold air..... Under warranty....but still had to pay $600. labor. So well see when winter comes, what will be next...
