David was great and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing, potential solutions, and how to preventing issues in the future. He replaced our water heater heating element a few months ago when we only had cold water in our showers and came two separate days recently to try to unclog our kitchen sink. When he couldn’t fix the kitchen sink, he referred us to another company and didn’t charge for the two days he was here. We will definitely be using Allied again for heating/cooling needs in the future. Highly recommend this company for its customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and honesty.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. They were not professional at all. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! If you are looking for a company with hidden fees, excuses for incomplete work and absolutely zero customer service then Allied is your company. They shouldnt be in business at all. In fact, I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!

My furnace was not working very well. I called Allied because they are close by. The technician came by quickly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem without new parts. Nice person too.I had not had it professionally serviced since we moved here. I should have called them last year. I signed up to schedule regular service visits in the Spring and Fall. Reasonable cost.

I have had Allied do my service for many years now. Recently they had to replace my 24 year old water heater, after it broke down and after that we planned ahead and replaced my 24 year old AC and furnace. I finally gave in to all the suggestions from friends and Allied and installed a back up sump pump.BEST decisions I made. Allied is a WONDERFUL company. They make you feel like family and NEVER push you into something you do not need. They give you information for you to study and guidance, for people like myself. I trust them with my whole house, as you can see, and would NEVER consider going anywhere else. Trust is so important now a days and the biggest compliment I can give them is that I TOTALLY trust them. A family owned company that strives to treat their customers as one of their own. Our heater wasnt working and I called Allied to come troubleshoot. Their service guys were friendly and prompt! Our furnace had many issues, some hazardous and needed to be replaced. Mike contacted me that same day with a few proposals, and after choosing a furnace and a date that worked for us he had the guys over to install. They arrived on time and took great care of our home. They kept us informed the entire time and were extremely helpful. They even found some other issues with our home we were unaware of at the time. I truly felt like Allied Heating and Plumbing were honest and had our best interests at heart. The furnace works great and Im looking forward to working more with them in the future! Definitely recommend Allied to anyone who is looking for great service and a company that cares!

I called these guys for ac repair. Due to weather (rain) they said they couldnt come same day, but said they had availability for the next day (friday) after 2pm. I took the afternoon off so I would be home and awaited their arrival.... and I waited ..... and I waited. I called at 3:30 to make sure they were still coming and the guy who answered said they didnt even have a service call for my address!! Now being so late they couldnt come until MONDAY!! No thanks, Ill take my money elsewhere! Even though no one else can come until Monday, I wont risk another no show!!

I had to purchase a new water heater which was installed and working properly. I was told they had to return to redo some piping. They did and all 3 of my showers had either scalding hot or extremely cold water. It took them 3 different visits (one visit (not scheduled) they just showed up and they said they were going to try something (still did not get problem resolved). I ended up with a bill of 1300.00. I have called several times for an itemized bill and yet to receive one. I will not be using them again.

With all the recent rains, we couldnt have been more pleased how professionally and promptly Allied came to our home early yesterday and replaced our two failed sump pumps. Brian W. was most pleasant, even though hed been up all night with similar challenges at other homes. We couldnt have been more impressed. Thank you.

All the technicians that have been to our home have been so nice, take their shoes off at the door, and always keep us informed of what they are doing. They are very punctual with all appointments and call before they are coming. Allied Plumbing & Heating is a great company!

Allied has been maintaining our furnaces & air conditioners for years. Regular technicians, Bob (now retired) previously, now Richard, have been great, with clean & checks semi-annually. Upon Allieds installation of 2 new furnaces three years ago, Richard did follow up check-ups and found one had a minor gas leak which we had not detected. Have also used them for some bathroom & kitchen plumbing install, as well as sump pump issue. If we ever have a question, they readily talk by phone and/or make a return trip. Also, our sons dog get a nice petting from them! Definitely recommend the company.

Weve been customers of Allied for close to 30 years. Over that time we have never had an issue with the service we have received. They are extremely professional, alert us as to who will be in our home and the time of their arrival and, upon completion of the service call, take to time to explain what they have found, what they have done and alert us to possible future issues that will need to be addressed. Weve never been sold a service that we did not need, nor have we been overcharged for service received.

Just wanted to say that i wasnt happy when my furnace quit working on a 20+ degree night. Left a message on their 24 hr call service and Dave called me back first thing in the morning. He was very pleasant to talk to. He sent Richard and Dennis (a student who was onsite learning) and both were very nice and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was and took the time to answer all of my many questions without making me feel silly for asking. These guys were great. They turned around a bad situation in no time and made me feel so much better. I also thought it was nice how they took their shoes off before entering my house. Not alot of places do that! They were finished replacing my leaking, broken garbage disposal less than 2 hours after I called to ask for an appointment. They sent Larry, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. They charged me $475 to remove the old one & install a new one, which seemed slightly high to me based on a quick Google search, but in my opinion, it was worth it to have the job completed right then and there.

I had a good experience with them (Allied Plumbing & Heating).They installed a humidifier on a unit that another company said could not be done. They adjusted the price down when it went quicker than they thought it would.I had prepaid service for the air conditioning. They were due to come out on Friday for the A/C service. The weekend before the A/C drain overflowed. They came out on Monday to clear the drain. I told them they could do the service they were going to do on Friday but they declined to do that. They presented me with a bill for the Monday service. After they finished the Friday service I got the Monday bill again. When I complained to a manager there he said he agreed with me and I did not have to pay the bill for the Monday service.

Terrible service, originally called and had appointment early June and technician came out and was at the house for about 5 minutes and came back to the door and said that he didnt bring equipment with him. He told me that someone would call back to schedule another appointment, did not get a call back for about a month. Needless to say nothing was ever done and when I talked with a manager he said my bill so far was $290 for cleaning off unit and adding freon back in June. The guy was not at the house more than 5 minutes. Manager said he was going to talk with the tech and call me back, I have never received a call back. Never will I call them again. The only time I have heard back from them is to collect money for the service that they never performed.

For 20 years, Allied has provided great service to us. Having recently moved, our call was to Allied to take care of our heating and air conditioning checks. Our technician, Kurt is one you can rely on to do the job right.

Weve had Allied Plumbing & Heating for about 30 years. We had Bob from Jacksonville twice a year to service our furnace and air conditioner when we lived on Diane Ct. We had Allied replace central Air there and weve had Richard these past 5 years in Southern View, service the heat and air appliances. Richard even did a parts replacement on the furnace when we first moved here. Were believers in service agreements and preventive maintenance and Allied has been our chosen company and Bob until he retired and now Richard, are our favorite maintenance men as well as trusted friends after all these years. I forgot to mention Allied s maint. Man on call in the spring when our sump pumps quit due to a power surge. He came late at night with a pump to get the water out and another was here early the next am with what was needed to be replaced. We cant say enough complimentary coments concerning our association with Allied Plumbing & Heating.

Shady, you may call with an emergency but before you can do anything you have to listen to a 1minute infomercial, receptionist cleverly picks the phone back up when the infomercial completes to tell you no-one is available but they do have rush pricing.

Service personnel are always polite and friendly and do a thorough job.

These guys are a joke came out to check my ac before it got hot out paul said everything was fine you are all set for the summer weather got hot so i turned it on air was not cool charged me $89 for nothing called them mike said we will be out to check it.he said we will call before we come out well nobody called nobody came out worst customer service ive ever dealt with so if you want something fixed dont call these jokers Follow up: i would like to thank allied for calling me and taking care of this.it took awhile but they gave me a refund for the total amount thank you again
