Ace was the place to take my $600. When I bought a new mower. When it was delivered assembled incorrect and was unable to use. They seemed to suddenly not have enough manpower to pickup the mower that wouldn’t work. I was told I could bring it in and they would try to look at it the following week. No thanks to Ace I was able to correctly assembled. ACE is NOT the place if you want good customer service! Do not recommend!!

Went for one specific item which they had but only in a smaller size. Still made a purchase, opting for a different brand and type. Got help right when I wanted it without being approached as soon as I entered the store, this is a plus for me. Got some advice that sounded good, well see if it works. Good service at checkout. The downside was no larger size and it felt a little pricy. The upside support local business, keep neighborhood stores alive.

The prices for their filters are great.

Stood back in hardware for 10 minutes waiting on someone to assist me, finally found two employees at the paint counter talking to friends. I had to interrupt to ask the girl if she could get someone back to hardware for me, she said yes....waited another almost 10 minutes before I went and found someone to help me.

I needed a key made and Ive had them made there before. The gentleman that made the key was courteous and knowledgeable. Hes made my keys before and they always work. The one I had made today works fine.

Needed washers to reattach a wheel on a lawnmower. They have a wide selection of washers, lockwashers. Found the correct ones and they worked fine.

You can get about anything you need there

I give this place a 5 stats because the workers are very friendly and helpful. They can be busy doing something and you can need their help. But they dont make you at all feel as if your bothering them. I recommend them highly.

I always check the local Ace Hardware before heading to the big box stores. The service is great.

Not sure what has happened to this store. I worked there years ago. We were known for our customer service. It is non-existent now.

It still has that neighborhood hardware store feel. Great customer service that you would expect from a local hardware store. You dont get the same selection and discount prices as you would with the big box hardware stores but the knowledge and experience makes up for it tenfold.

A great place to pick up nuts and bolts

Local, still has a selection of actual hardware,(nails, screws, bolts) and tools.Priced pretty high, but local.Employees not like it used to be, dont know as much, and dont seem to care, dont get a key cut there, not worth the hassle.If you know what you are getting, and dont want to drive all the way to the bigger hardware stores, its an option.

The plumbing piece I was looking for they were out of. Instead of trying to find a way to help me to complete my project, they said sorry. Even after I said that I would drive across town to a real hardware store (Lowes)

They claim the name STIHL but, Never have what I need like a simple air filter. This place is inconvenient and always waisted my time.

You can expect to pay more than one of the mega stores but for that extra you pay you expect service. At this store you will be left to walk the aisle in search of anyone who can help. Twice in the past week Ive picked up something at had the price ring up higher than the shelf price. Not once did they say so much as sorry. I guess they had expected to keep getting away with it.One of the large women at the check out doesnt so much as say thank you, just shoves your receipt in the bag and keeps her jowls grinding while chit chatting with the other portly checkout girl.Walmart bound.

Every time I go to this store everyone is very helpful. I am not the most handy person, but there are knowledgeable employees on the floor to help most of the time. Its a great place to shop for those with questions.

They started a new sales ad today, hanging baskets for Mothers Day. I arrived around 9: am. they said oh Im sorry we havent received our truck yet. I was just there on Tuesday and they told me when the sales ad started and suggested I wait. The sales clerk said thats not our fault. Im sorry yes it is,no rain check offered. Terrible service, the cheapest gallon of paint 30.00 .This place sucks, Ill never go back.

Other stores couldnt answer my question and they were dumber than hayrake.

We will never ever shop here again. My husband went in there today to get me a hanging basket and was followed all around the store up until he checked out. Nobody else was followed or even looked at. I feel that was major racial profiling as he happened to be the only black man in the store. From now on we will do our shopping at another hardware store.

Was in there today..10 minutes I stood at counter to have a key made...2 different employees walked straight by me, knowing I needed help...so I go to cashier and ask if anyone could help me...1 of the guys who walked by me headed back to counter....not a soul in there but me and employees...Ace just lost a customer and Im not the type to write a review, but Ace has inspired me to go to Walmart next time I need anything, thanks for nothing
