When it come to personalization the web is my go to place. I was shopping for a last minute gift for someone very important to us. Went there and I was shocked by the large selection and reasonable price of their inventory. Rania our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. We end up getting an additional personalized gift. I definitely recommend them for any personalized engraved gifts when needed. Also I was shocked to know that they can engrave any item that was purchase somewhere else. I don’t know about all their requirements but feel free to give them a call or check with them in store. Also any engravement on metal are done the same day while any engravement on glass require 24h.We are satisfied about their customer service, timeframe, products and prices A+++++++

I love the store and the beautiful things and what the brand stands for, but the lady that took my order at the Springfield Mall store was not very pleasant. I asked how long would it take and she basically brushed me off and said a couple of hours. The store closes at 8pm and it was a little after 5pm when I ordered. I went to check in at 7 since she couldn’t give me a time and she replied with “ It’s not even in the machine yet”. I’ve done customer service for 10 years and never in my life have I ever treated anyone that way. I suggest she gets retrained on her customer service skills. I will not be back to the Springfield store again.

This place is great with their engravings and their products. However, their customer service is terrible. Dont go here if youre doing anything non-traditional. I am a woman and I proposed to my boyfriend (he said yes!) and the woman at the counter remarked at the item I had engraved Oh, usually the men do that. it was snarky and rude and she looked at me with disgust. My sister is a lesbian and our family tends to live a more non-traditional lifestyle as a whole. The woman at the counter (she was the manager!!!) had no idea what my sexual orientation was. What if I were buying this for my girlfriend? It is unacceptable to make assumptions or put anyone down on whatever special day theyre getting something engraved for. TIP: buy it and get out -- dont chit chat with these people.

Everything in there is beautiful but must say they did a gorgeous job on the engraving for our beloved sons necklace to hold his ashes and a keepsake box to store it in. Thank you Things Remembered

Service is great and I love their product selection.

I ordered an engraved mug online at 9:30 AM on 12/23 and by 10 AM I recieved an email stating it was done and ready for pick-up. Two days before xmas with that turnaround time was great for me. In and out pick up.

This shop has so much in the way of faux jewelry and gift ideas.

I like the items that the store has available and the engravings. I have had very bad luck with ordering anything from them during a holiday season. I had multiple items break and none of the items were correct when I received them. I had to go back to the store 3 times during the Christmas shopping season. Several of the staff members that I encountered were very rude or unhelpful and I received no compensation for the number of times I had to come back while they attempted to fix the many mistakes made.
