Lady that took my order was extremely nice and really hooked me up with a last minute fast delivery. My girlfriend absolutely loved the flowers she got from here.

Quick delivery, substitute flower colors approved. But arrangement did not look at all like arrangement ordered. Missing one of the roses and looked more like a bouquet just dropped in a vase, messy. The design of the arrangement just not there at all. Disappointed, expensive mistake ordering from here.

I live in Lansing, Michigan, but needed to send flowers to family in Springfield, Ohio. I wanted to support a local florist and Flower Craft was the right choice! The plant I picked was not yet in season, so they called me and we agreed on a different plant with some live flowers in the basket as well. The family received it on time and loved it! I live out of state and wanted to order flowers for my daughter in Ohio and these guys did an amazing job. The flowers turned out beautiful and they were able to deliver before Mothers Day as busy as they were. My daughter was so pleased and it made her day. Having 6 children and you name it everything went wrong for her this week, so these flowers as gorgeous as they were brought alot of joy to her heart. Seriously beautiful shop. I was making a food delivery when I went here and as soon as I walked in, I thought that this would be a great place to buy flowers. The younger lady working the shop was very friendly and spoke with me about the shop while I was waiting for the owner (I assume she was the owner) who had ordered the food. When the owner came out, she was really rude. When I tried to make conversation, she completely ignored me. She was very short with me, like I was wasting her time by existing. She gave me her cash payment and demanded change back, leaving me with maybe less than a $2 tip. So perhaps this shop has really good service and amazing products but Ill never know for sure because I will never monetarily support a person that treats service workers like she treated me. I felt subhuman and that really isnt a great feeling, especially when youre risking your health every time you go on a delivery.

Melissa and her team are great. She is very professional and makes the best arrangements. In addition, the quality of her flowers are better than any you could pick up at a local grocery store!

I bought a dozen Roses from Kroger and they lasted less than a week. I received Roses from flower craft and they still looked good after 3 weeks! I dont know what Melissa feels her flower but its name should be Quality.

Fun and friendly staff, great flowers, quick service. I stopped in two days before Valentines day to get a custom bouquet. They took my ideas, put together a great bouquet on the spot, and I was in my way in maybe 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back.

I would never buy anything from this business purely on the fact that they are not good people or neighbors. Local business is local business and we all need to support one another to have a success local mix in our city. Recently the owners of this establishment have started an attack on the watering hole next door. Blocking an emergency exit from that neighboring building and having vehicles towed that park in their lot after hours even when they are not open and those patrons are not effecting their daily business. Flower Craft needs to play nice with all local business as supporting local business is what keeps locals buying local.
