We went with the Body Quest Store because they are local and we heard they are the best around. We bought a treadmill and they were very informative and knowledgeable. They were upfront on the amount of time that it took to get equipment and their people installed it with great care. They took away our old treadmill and made sure everything worked. After 1 week the treadmill began to squeak. They immediately sent a tech out who diagnosed it to be a factory issue. They replaced the entire treadmill for free. They stand behind their equipment and services and we are glad we went with them!

Purchased a treadmill and had an old recumbent bicycle fixed by Body Quest last month. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly prompt. They did not try to steer me towards a more expensive treadmill than the one that met my needs, and I always appreciate that. Super happy with the product and the service.
