A great place to work for, far less shopVery family orientated

This is a terrible company. I placed an order end of December and when I called about it a month later, no one knew when it was scheduled to arrive.I spoke with Randy who was unable to give me any tracking information and then Ewa in Customer Service who said that it was scheduled to ship on Feb. 7th.They offered no incentive, no phone calls to rectify what had been done. When I asked Ewa she said there was nothing she could do.All in all, very negative experience. I wouldnt recommend that anyone do business with this company
