I go here for the convenience of the location and for the great sales. Ive had numerous occasions where Ive run into an opportunity that could have been avoided, for instance being overcharged or having the same item ring twice (apparently there arent any refunds so they gave me cash back?) Today I Tom my daughter to this location to purchase a book. I stood at the checkout desk with no one present. Im usually a patient person and dont expect the most urgent service so I patiently waited for another five minutes before a line behind me began to form. My girlfriend finally had to flag an employee down. Mr. Kevin was the gentleman that came to the checkout desk, and I assumed he was some high school kid focusing on getting his work done so he can get home on time to spend time with his family or homework or whatever, I gave him the benifit of the doubt. As he began to ring me up, he has not said one word to me. I didnt expect an apology for having me wait for five minutes, not even expecting a hello how are you, but it would have nice to have been acknowledged. I had to break the silence and initiated the greeting by saying good evening mr. Kevin my name is mike its a pleasure to be here at this store he said hi. Ive tolerated all the other crap the numerous times Ive returned here, but I cant stand when a cashier fails to even look at his customer, especially after having the customer wait for over five minutes to be assisted. Im not sure if he was having a bad day, or maybe this might be his first job and hes she, but regardless, a simple smile goes a long way. Terrible experience.

This location has no baby gear. I have no issues with the Toys r us itself, only giving 3 stars because it came up in my search for Babies r us, which is misleading. If they would fix their search entry, I would come back and give it 5 stars.

The store is a miniature size version of a normal store. It is in the mall. For the size of the store, they carry a lot.

The staff was nice. Everything boxed up and for sale since the store was closing.

The location, selection, layout, organization, and customer service are good. No complaints the few times Ive shopped there.

This is not a real Toys R Us, but an Express version. Its just a mall outlet store. Its so small it doesnt even have shopping carts.
