About 2 weeks ago, we brought in a large oil painting, painted by my dad 50+ years ago. It’s about 5.5’ x 4’, and we asked MailSource to wrap it and and ship it via FedEx Ground to my aunt, who lives in the desert on the other side of the country. My dad is no longer alive, and my aunt doesn’t have any of his paintings, so we knew it would mean a lot to her. The painting is mounted on a fragile, handmade wooden frame, and although it doesn’t have any value in the real world, to us it is priceless. We couldn’t afford a wooden box, so we just asked Jim to do his best, and he was looking a bit nervous as we left the store. We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. Well, he did a great job…my aunt commented on how well it was wrapped and it arrived in good shape, to be enjoyed for many more years. This was a challenging project and Jim really came through for us. Thank you MailSource!

Employees were very helpful nice handled transactions super fast. I went in there to print out the shipping label that I already had from eBay and I ended up going back there with the box and the item to actually ship it because the post office closed and its all free of charge they dont upcharge you to ship it for you instead of a post office

The men Ive dealt with who work there are very knowledgeable and always help you if you need assistance with making photocopies etc. I have used their services many times for shipping and USPS and have always been pleased. Highly recommend!

I have been utilizing this store off an on for years! I think since I was in my early 20’s. The guys who run it are always hardworking, very helpful, personable and know their regulars by name! Theyve always been respectful to me and theyve been able to do everything I wanted them to do from printing out letters from my phone that I sent you there email address why dont down to mailing my packages I think that their PO boxes that you rent there are really expensive but since I dont have one there thats really not a problem for me but Im just very nice to know that there are still people who offer customer service and dont challenge everything that you say or do. I like MailSource inc. on Baltimore Pike in Springfield, Pa. Treat them with respect and youll be treated with respect in return. And I love the new dollar store that opened up in the strip mall there.

The man was very careful to measure my package for the right size mailing box.He also checked to make sure the address was correct as I had one letter in the mailing address wrong.I like this place. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

Before last week I would have given 5 stars. However after my experience last week I would give negative stars if I could. On Tuesday February 9 I mailed two packages with Valentine gifts. One to Rhode Island and one to Coatesville, Pa. They were having trouble with the computers and I waited 30 minutes which I didn’t mind to have good service and my packages arrive before Valentines Day. Both packages had the addresses clearly written. The next day I checked tracking and saw both were shipped to RI. I called the store and the gentleman told me to have my relatives in RI ship the package intended for PA back to them and they would ship it to Coatesville. I explained that my niece would not receive her gift and I would like them to send it directly to her address. I was told to bring in my receipts and they would reimburse me. Both packages arrived in RI on Thursday evening. My father in law sent the package via overnight mail to my niece on Friday and sent me receipts. I went to the store and the man who made the mistake said he couldn’t imagine how that happened. I showed him photos and the receipts. He began to take my info to give to the owner. I questioned why the other gentleman said I would be refunded. The man I spoke to yelled from the back that he would only refund my original amount and not the $78 it cost to overnight the package. I said when I spoke to you that wasn’t mentioned. I explained everyone makes mistakes. It would be nice if they apologized and made it right. Not once had anyone said sorry for this inconvenience. He said I did apologize but now that we have all these witnesses I am sorry...there were other customers listening to his sarcastic “apology”. Talk about rude and unprofessional. He told me...don’t you remember I told you to send the package here??! I felt like I was being reprimanded at school! I reminded him it was a gift for my niece and because of their error I needed to overnight it to get it there in time. He told me I was culpable and this was egregious. He said you should have called back here and gotten permission before you sent the package overnight. I told him I am in no way culpable and the only thing egregious is their failure to match a label to an address. I was told I would hear from the owner. It has been 5 days and I have heard nothing. Again, we all make mistakes. But don’t treat the customer whom you have inconvenienced as the source of the issue. Apologize and make it right...it’s called good business practices. The man with the glasses was so rude I will never step foot in here again. I never write reviews but this situation was absolutely ridiculous in how poorly I was treated.

This is always our go to for mailing packages especially to family in North Carolina. The associates are always very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I used their fax services. I had to fax 35 pages and it was taking a minute. I asked the gentleman helping me if it was okay if I went next door to grab some groceries. He said yes. The honor system is still alive and well. I like supporting small businesses because of situations like this. Please support small businesses.

The staff is the best. I think they are the owners. Ive never had any problems. They even help me by doing something for me & they didnt charge me a fee. I was expected to be changed. I go out of my way to go there when I need any mailing or shipping done. They act more business than friendly. What do want a store clerk is friendly, or a person who knows what (s)he doing? They are civil.

These guys are THE BEST! Always friendly and helpful. They have walked me through delivering packages to my son at college and one in England! Always give me pricing options and keep all the info of the addresses I send to in the computer, so I dont even need to address my packages. I use them for all my mailing needs!

Now that I understand how this app works, I would like to share this truth about this merchant. I have been with them for over 20 yrs as their consumer, one of their first. Im there not just because of the services I receive, I pay for that. Im there because of the respect they have given me, when Im there and when I receive a package, Im called...They receive my mail, my packages, my certified mail. I really like being able to call them to see if I have any mail. Im able to get the copies that I need and Im also able to purchase needed office supplies. Its like an extension of my home office. They even supported me in my leadership in operating my church newsletter. I cant begin to tell you of all the services they supplied me through the years. My mail is safe with them when I travel, I can if I choose have my mail forwarded to me or if I call in, I can pick up my mail at any time I return. Even after they have closed. They have met and continue to meet my office needs. Theres not a time that I have left their store not satisfied. I look forward to my experiences every time I go there.

Great convenient one stop shop for all your deliveries and stop offs. For those of you who need clarification of the box in the front of the store. It is for convenience only. Drop your packages and go, or wait in line and then have a friendly conversation with the staff. The box in the front is also monitored 24hours. Glad I stopped in today and spoke to the owner. Came in at 7:30 one evening to ship had 3 ceramic items and a large jewelry box with no shipping materials...they helped me out with it and did a wonderful job of packing! Everything arrived in excellent condition to NC. Thank you thank you! Happy to recommend!

Not only was my fed ex package cheaper to ship than going to fed ex, the staff was super friendly and amicable. This is a hidden gem. Staples tried to charge me for a little piece of tape and had very rude employees. This place doesnt pull any of that garbage.This is going ro be my one stop place for packages in the future.

Efficient and friendly and quick shipments

Dropped off a package to ship for an Ebay customer. The Man behind the counter said he sort of recognized me. I told him I had been in a few times before, then told him my first time there was in 1993. Yes, he was the same Man! Anyway, excellent service for anything you need shipped, from the larger shipping companies. FedEx, UPS, and the USPS which was the cheapest I might add.

The fealing of sadness and despair was ripe in the air. The staff was helpful, but the place was a mess. They did a great job sending my fax, at $1.00 a page. Theres gotta be better options in a pinch.

Very helpful; decent prices

I have sent many packages thru this business over the years but not frequently enough for them to know me or to consider me a “regular customer”. I have always had excellent customer service, I mean I usually show up with a pile of stuff unpacked and they package it all up and put all the protective stuff like bubble wrap or peanuts in the box and send it off all with a smile and help me continue my impersonation of a functional adult. Yesterday (dec 21 people) I received a call from them, apparently a bunch of packages were dropped off to them by a person who had them mistakenly delivered to their address, left out in the rain and damaged. They looked up all of the correct addressees and contacted them to retrieve their Christmas packages! Guys it’s Christmas and this is a shipping company!!! They are busy! Yet they took the time to find these people! Amazing!
