The owner is super sweet and very welcoming and loves to walk you through each product and their origin story, which is just delightful. other locations have staff that parallel this awesome energy. the coquito cookie is a solid go to, but if you see any cheesecake cookie get it, i had a guava cheesecake one and it was craaaazy good. the strawberry ripple brownie cookie was ooey gooey dopeness. whatever they suggest, take the lead

This is such an excellent cookie company! I worked with Hot Oven Cookies to host an event with their cookie cart. Sheila was very responsive, prices were reasonable and the cookies and coffee were delicious!!! Sheila and her daughter are clearly hardworking and passionate about what they do! Wow! I cant begin to express the quality of customer service. Im in Virginia and spoke with the owner and explained a little about my situation. Two of my employees were in Springfield one lost his mother the other his grandmother. I wanted to know if there was any way we could get 4 dozen cookies delivered same day it was already noon. She said she could it would just be later in the day. She delivered the cookies herself. My guys and their families enjoyed them they said they were the best cookies they ever had.Thank you very much!

The always flavors are delicious and the ones that cycle are even better. It was my first time and wont be my last. Support local business yaull! This is where its at.Just note it does get busy because theyre so good! Use the website! Order or call in advance. Its really that easy. Def a must try if you live in or around Springfield. Probably the BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ANYWHERE. Been coming here now for over 3 months since they reopened from Covid 19 when they were closed. I come here about 3-4 times a month for there Delicious Hot from the oven Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are warm and moist and soft. I usually get a 6 pack of her cookies at time. I am so hooked on these cookies Sheila the owner and Baker tells me she use both semi sweet and dark Belgian chocolate chips in these chocolate chip cookies. I have to say they are DELICIOUS. LOVE THESE COOKIES.

The owner always goes above and beyond for you. She came in early to provide me the cookies earlier than she opens. I ordered 2 dozens for my coworkers who are nurses and correction officers and they were AMAZING. Everyone loved them. I will definitely be ordering more every chance I get.

Got an assortment of cookies about two weeks ago. Apart from the excellent flavors, I love the texture of the cookies. The sugar and chocolate chip were my favorites. Great size and quality for price! Staff was super helpful and friendly.
