Cookies are amazing. Shop is starting to look neglected and in need of care and cleaning. Staff is usually young and manager I encountered didnt seem to be a great trainer.

Great American cookies is great my personal favorite cookie is Domino and sugar cookie I would recommend getting those and theres a whole bunch of them they also of great deals like buy 5 get $5 off its amazing I love you please. Are they really help you on which ones are really good and which ones they dont like and most people have their opinion but they really try and help for what you want they also give red really great deals didnt know if I already said that

The area couldve been cleaner. Only one table to sit at and it was dirty. No hand sanitizer was available either at the counter or the table. I felt like I couldve gotten COVID from eating like that. Luckily, Im fine.

Great American cookie company has fired an employee for buying a cop a cookie- The employee was told this was a racist act!! Expensive for sub-par cookies. It was $10 for 6 small old cookies.If you are going to spend the money, go to Insomnia Cookies downtown because they have much better cookies.
