2 hour parking limit for trucks but kids on motorcycles can do stunts in the parking lot surrounded by 20-30 of their friends and other cars all night long and not get harassed to leave like us drivers do. This goes on all the time, Im there weekly and its worse every week! Must be friends of the night time employees. This place is a joke.

I DID NOT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE PERSONALLY, HOWEVER, TWO CUSTOMERS WERE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE A MASK, HOWEVER, AN EMPLOYEE, BEHIND THE REGISTER WAS NOT WEARING A MASK AND SHE WAS JUST TEXTING OR DOING WHATEVER ON HER PHONE..... THIS IS A TWO WAY SYSTEM WE NEED TO WEAR A MASK AND SO DO THE EMPLOYEES.... MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ENFORCE THIS.. LOOK AT YOUR CAMS AND YOU WILL SEE.

This us NOT a trk stop. They will throw u out after 2hrs of parking! Even if u are getting a violation! DONT WASTE UR TIME!

Sadly had a run in with a employee but luckily I was able too keep my cool. Spoke to on-site manager who in turn got me to a district manager.. problem was verbally solved... thank you Mr John some details are best left for phone conversation not public eyes

Came in last night parked on the perimeter of the lot along with other trucks. Large lot but 2 hr parking limit. Was ousted by employee who said sign is on the door. Well, I pulled in looking for signs on the entry points coming in/out of the lot none found. I didn’t go inside so never saw any sign. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT PATRON THIS TRUCK STOP!!

Not a bad truck stop for a quick stop, but definitely not a place to stop for a reset. 2hr parking is the reason they’ll give you to get you off the property, even though the “owner” says that’s not true

Worst place ever don’t come here even if you buy diesel you can’t park your truck here I went inside the truck stop they said 2 hours limit.Is a big truck stop but, NO Parking, No diesel sorry!Maybe the city can buy your diesel.

Id give it zero stars if I could. What coffee they did have left over that wasnt decaf was cold. Machine gave me sweet n low instead of sugar. Have to be buzzed in to use the bathroom. And yes they have 2hr parking although I been here since 3am and its 1pm and they havent made me move. Go to Walmart its much cleaner Im sure.

Went to buy cigar on the phone with someone the clerk refused to serve me because I was on the phone told them freedom of speech they Throw me out the store treating to get me arrested if I didn’t leave I was very embarrassing something needs to be done about these feamales that’s working in the front how to talk to customers

Convenient location, not the biggest store but they have a decent selection of food and products. They do have trucker supplies like inspection books and log books and other items commonly used. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and professional and the store and surrounding area seemed clean. I will stop here again when in the area.

Great place and food after an overnight parking

Big gas station with a dunkin and subway and also small deli with a restaurant that makes good breakfast sandwiches and liquor store. Also a truck gas stop in the back with truck scale.

Freaking horrific.1. You can’t fuel your truck simultaneously both tanks at the same time.2. You can’t find cashier to get a receipt.3. You can’t get into a restroom because you have to ask a cashier buzz you in and Dunkin’ Donuts employees find it hilarious to see you just stand there waiting. Oh and there is no sign saying anything about the buzz. So just guess.

It use to be nice but they don’t allow truck parking anymore. That is according to the city. I guess it’s ok for us to be tired and kill someone when we fall asleep at the wheel as long as they get there stuff.

Love this place. Truck parking. Good food. Good area. No showers or laundry, but if you just need to eat amd get your 10 in, its a nice spot. I saw complaints about attitudes. I was treated well, Im not here to male friends. Im here to get ready for tomorrows drive, so if they were ride, it wouldnt effect my career or lofe at all. Again, the food is great for a truck stop.

I have not yet visited this truckstop, but I am at Lowe’s Distribution getting unloaded and in need of someplace with reasonable fuel prices, hot food and a shower. Thanks to this owners responsiveness to reviews, I now know where to find everything I need while I wait on my next load. Thanks dude! 👍🏾If only more business owners were as thoughtful. Well here it is in a nutshell if you drive a truck go to roadys exit 5 they dont charge you to park come on down here plenty of parking spots nice friendly staff and the fuel price is right about where it should be not cheap like the pride I had excessive water in my fuel filter trying these guys at ROADYS dont forget the name.they actually care about drivers getting rest and a break. They have a safety mind set towards drivers unlike pride, they couldnt care how tired you are or your safe hours of operation they just want your money

The City of Springfield doesnt allow truck parking after 2 hours so take your business somewhere else and dont even bother. Let them lose out on at least a million dollars in tax revenue each year from having this law in their whole entire Democrat City.

We were here all day no one ever told us we had to leave or anything about 30 min parking or 2 hour parking and the truck beside us was there all day also.There was a lot of foot traffic through there but we were never bothered. Seem like nice place. Prices werent high either.

2 hr permitted parking for trucks. Site said 24hr. The gentleman went around banging on doors telling drivers to move and park in the street. Truck Stops are meant for drivers to unwind and get rest before continuing their long journey. FYI all truckers can only drive for 11 hrs and have to rest a minimum of 8hrs, the least you all can do is let the drivers know after 8hrs not 2. A driver can loose their license over this.

Staff is friendly and they have their own deli and a adult beverages store attached for the people who need a nightcap. The only downside is tractor trailers cannot park for more than two hrs. Springfield city ordinance.

Big parking area for trucks unfortunately a bunch of hoodlums on their noisy motorcycles treat it as their hang out spot . It’s 1 am and all I can hear is motorcycles and shouting in the parking lot.

No showers, no other options, and depending on which employee you speak to depends on whether you can get buzzed in to the bathroom or not. Under the guise of closed or out of order but the bathroom is fine. I know this because the first occurrence I asked for the bathroom at the fuel desk, I was sent to the cashier to have it opened, she refused and another employee made her open it. First, last, and only time I will ever use this truck stop.

Store is half empty half of the time and Im always stuck waiting at the fuel desk for 15 minutes before anyone takes my cards and I asked the front cashier if theres anyone for the fuel desk and I got an attitude worst truck stop ive ever been to stay away!!!

This place is a joke. Why even have a truck stop where there is city ordinance that limits parking. I was told to park on a street that says no parking from 6pm-8am. Because parking in the street makes more sense than using the parking in the truck stop. Was going to eat here Ill take my business elsewhere.

Very nice facility, subway and dunkin donuts are a plus! Bathrooms could be better though, you have to get buzzed into them and they are not clean.

If you want to go to the bathroom you have to ask the cashier to buzz you into the bathroom. They dont have a coffee machine. Dunkin Donuts wanted to charge me $4.50 to fill up my 32 ounce cup. Theres plenty of parking here no showers two shitters. If you want to park fine if youre looking for a place to relax for the weekend keep on driving

Awful place, I filled up with diesel on my way to New Jersey and halfway there the truck broke down. Upon a local mechanic-shop investigation it was discovered that there was water in the fuel that I filled up with and the local mechanic told me he already had numerous truck drivers come to him and the had the same problem of water in the fuel and they filled up at the same gas station. This was only one day later and I still had the receipt and the gas station refused to do anything about it. DON’T FILL UP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW ENGINE! BEWARE

Empty shelves, locked bathrooms, and they chase off big trucks, even if theyre spending money.Also, doesnt have a cat scale.Horrible place, miserable looking employees.I wont be back, and dont recommend it to others

GOD forbid if you want to use the restroom in a timely manner at this truck stop. Have to get buzzed into a restrooms that is in constant need of cleaning. There are two bathrooms for each sex but always one closed. Had to use the womens the other day because both mens restroom were out of order. Dont even think about parking here. Its now a fuel stop and 30 minutes is the maximum. Even though they advertise truck stop and have probably 40 spots marked off, they will come out and knock on your door asking you to leave since now they are a fuel stop. Guess what pride....your company just lost probably a $1k from this guy in fuel per week. Guess I will take my happy ass down to the Pilot.

Its a kind of a truck stop, in fact its got space for truck parking, yet the restrooms are closed between 10pm and 10am? What or where does a truck drive need to go or need to do when parked here for the night to use some kind of restroom? Come on really, I need to do it in the public?And just read some of the other reviews, so I assume ill be awaken in the middle of the night?Well I found out that its city ordinance for a truck inside a truck stop not to be parked more then 2hours, then it needs to get moving.

They need to hire an elderly person to help with coffee there is never any large cups they didnt have any milk or creamer out.

Don’t know who the new male employee is on the liquor side but it was horrible customer service, No ones forcing you to work there take your problems out on yourself.

This is not a full scale truck stop. If youre looking for that dont bother. However there is truck fuel, short term parking, & scale. Any financial transactions a trucker could need can be done here. Theres a Dunkin (24 hrs) and a Subway (not 24 hrs) as well as regular drinks available in any convenience store.

If you need a restroom break you cant use them here. And the cashiers take a long time to service costumers trying to buy something.
