I love this store! Its so clean and pretty and the clothes, shoes and accessories are always displayed well and easy to find by type and size. The owner and workers are helpful and so friendly. Love the punch card system too.

Really nice atmosphere overall, and the clothing selection is pretty great too with sensible prices. The racks were a little low but that’s how resell can be sometimes. definitely a place to stop into if you’re in the shopping plaza!

Great place to buy and sell clothes ( I like to do in-store credit). The only reason for not giving 5 stars are unexpected closures (either for the day or part of the day) that occurred within their stated business hours. After this happened three times after I had driven out of my way to visit, I learned to just call ahead to make sure they are actually open. Not saying this is a regular occurrence--it just happened enough times for me that I was not pleased. Does not stop me from still buying from there though.

I had a really great experience! I was able to buy two really lovely name brand dresses, both in excellent condition and one had a small rip and the girl discounted the dress without question! Way better than buffalo exchange! I only wish it was a bigger store with more stock to explore. I will definitely shop here regularly.

Wonderful boutique store with great prices and brands. VERY clean and great aesthetic on the inside. The owner is amazing and super friendly. They always have new inventory so every time I shop there is a new selection of goodies to look through! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for affordable and trendy clothing in Eugene/Springfield.

Love the clearance rack! Theres always a score on there. We brought 2 bags in and only 2 items were accepted. Not even the items that I thought would be. We went there instead of buffalo exchange because it was closer.

My teenage daughter loves shopping at Flipside. The clothing selection is always of the highest quality and the prices are incredibly reasonable. She loves the variety of apparel and accessories they offer and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. It is a very professionally run business and the displays are always neat and organized. Overall a great experience for anyone!

Brought some items in to trade and the girl was super friendly and nice, invited me to look around while she looked thru my stuff, told where the other shops were that might buy what they didnt, and gave me a fair deal for what they did. Not to mention found a great pair of pants for a great price. Glad I stopped in! Would give 5 stars but it was a super small store.

Not a Good Experience!! The gal buying the clothing does not communicate well with the seller and very misleading. Brought in three bags of clothing items- no stains - very good condition. Most times purchased at Ann Taylor Loft and Banana Republic. While waiting while buying gal looked over clothes -I browsed the store and noticed clothing items in store on racks had visible STAINS...what? - I would never purchase a used item with stains....I think I will not be bringing my used clothing items to this establishment again....

I literally drove 40 minutes to sell these clowns some clothes...I couldnt find their rinky dinky hole in the wall store so I was in the area for 15 minutes and ended up getting in at 5:01 one minute after they stop buying which is an hour before they close and they said we cant help you its our policy and Im just doing my job... literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst business in general...They have the trashiest clothes and in general have heard they dont give you hardly any money for any clothes they take but if you are a person who has high end or many solid labels Im pretty sure from the quick look through I did they wouldnt even know what the brands were...This place is a Joke, stick to the buffalo exchanges and Platos closets that youre used to Lol

Love this store but sometimes I feel like they are very selective with what they will buy from me. Ive taken some really great pieces in there and they didnt want them. Its hit and miss because its a small store I guess.

Walked in and felt very dismissed and after a very quick review of name brand clothes, told no. She was very dismissive and rude. Not coming back. Took our business elsewhere.

Rudest and most condescending staff I have ever encountered. Especially for a second hand clothing store! I mean it isnt Saks or Barneys of New York so try treating your clientele with a bit more respect no matter size, age or shape. Will NEVER shop here again and will definitely tell friends and family how badly I was treated so they can take their business elsewhere!
