I recently had Premium Computers out to my business to perform some IT work. Their technician, Josh, arrived at the scheduled time a began working. Josh was very diligent at locating the problem I was having with my computer. Josh educated me on the problem I was having and how he could correct it. Josh took care of the issue and I was up and running. Thank you to Premium Computers for the timely and professional service. Absolutely awful. The Internet goes down constantly and when it is working, its some of the slowest Ive ever experienced. If your apartment complex says they provide free Internet through premium computers, theyre basically not providing Internet at all.In addition to the Internet being poor at absolute best, their service is terrible too. When there is an issue, good luck getting a hold of them. If the Internet goes down on a Friday, itll be down all weekend because theyre basically impossible to contact.Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service overall. Initially addressed our issue promptly, but, it was determined that one of the ethernet cables in the attic of our apartment building had been chewed through by a rodent, and, apparently, this company doesnt employ anyone capable of replacing the cable. Also, I had to call the office at Kelly Greens and ask them to call on.my behalf just to get an update after a week of calling, leaving voicemails, and getting no response. I usually try to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt, but Im unable to in this case.

If you are looking for an apartment, make sure the apartment doesnt have this company as your internet provider. I live at Kelly Greens apartments and the internet is not constant and is slow. A single person plugging in a router the wrong way can take out the internet for multiple people, and since people are coming and going at Kelly Greens, this means the internet is not a sure thing. Furthermore, this company only has office hours during the work week, so if the internet shuts down on Friday evening, you are basically without internet until Monday. Additionally, if you plan on using your internet to stream videos from youtube and play online games, expect a lot of lag, because the connection is so slow. I honestly had a better internet connection in my dorm at college, where there were a lot more people using the internet.

Incompetent. I cant connect some of my electronic devices to the internet what seems like 70% of the time. The problem is on Premium Computers end, but they refuse to fix the issue. So much for their customer service! If you have to go with an internet provider, stay clear from this one; they dont seem to care about thier customers.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There are too many alternatives out there to put up with this incompetent service. Also they recently deleted their Facebook page due to all of the negative feedback they were getting. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the frustration.
