Computer mechanics took my fathers tower which had been hacked and the data erased and they were able to restore all the passwords to get into it and to get back most of the material that was lost. They did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. I now have them repairing my laptop and a cell phone. Both of which I’m sure will be an exceptional condition when I receive them

We used Cliff at Computer Mechanix to work on our computer at our church last year. He updated our computer, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. We also went with his protection plan, and when we needed help he was immediately there for us. This was very, very important since we were in the middle of church services! We had bought a new computer from one of those big box stores about 3 years ago for our home, and our 3 year agreement had just expired this month. In those 3 years that we had to call them we ALWAYS had to wait for a callback which was within 1 hour, sometimes a little longer. What we didnt like was waiting around the house for the callback when we had other things to do or places to go... We had good success with Cliff at our church so we decided to go again with him, plus my wife got a fantastic laptop from him at a reasonable price, and she loves it! Just today we were having an issue printing a document. We tried everything we knew to fix it with no success so we decided to give Cliff a call since we were on his protection plan. He IMMEDIATELY answered the phone! No voice prompts, call back within 1 hour, etc. He listened to our concerns and had us up and printing immediately! Cliff is patient and takes as much time as needed to discuss products and why you may or may not want to go that direction. He also offers tips, suggestions for using the product at home. If you have a trade-in device, see them. The protection plan that comes with the devices provides peace of mind in knowing the device will be protected from outside intrusion. However, should something slip through, they are only a phone call away and can remote into the device and repair it.

Was looking for a place to build a new high end gaming PC and started here after seeing the great reviews. I have to say this is definitely the place to go! Like any husband, when my wifes keyboard stopped functioning, I bought a replacement and tried to fix it myself. Unfortunately, I didnt look to see what I was getting myself into and 40 screws later, her Lenovo Yoga laptop was exposed to the elements and I wasnt even to the keyboard yet...I checked online, called Computer Mechanix, and got the dismantled machine with a Tupperware of loose screws to them within an hour of their closing. They called me before lunch the next day and the repair was much less than expected.This company is thorough, accommodating, and very friendly. I highly recommend

What I can say about Mr Cliff @ Computer Mechanix is that hes very good at what he sales because he fixes them and keeps them running on end without any issues what so ever. I have a service contract with Computer Mechanix, so on the rare occasion I have a problem, its taken care of and covered by the contract. I recently had a problem with my printer. I took it to them and got it back repaired. But when I hooked it up, the problem was still there. Dave logged in over the phone/internet and quickly fixed the problem which was in my printer setup, modem, and connections. No charge. Everything works perfectly again. Moreover, they are a pleasure to work with. Computer Mechanix is A1. I recommend them without reservation.Second review: My computer had several problems. Called and David looked at my computer via an online scan. He ran tests, then fixed the problems. It took a while, but I could watch what he did while he did it. The problems are resolved. Once again, great service. The maintenance contract is well worth it. I really recommend Computer Mechanix.

Been a couple of years and this STILL bothers me. It took me this long to write this review finally.This place is shady. The owner seemed nice and that faux niceness of salesmen can easily take advantage of people especially, women. I was ignorant coming into this facility and I was a novice about computers in general. Im not anymore. Bought a unit that costed $297 at the time and was told the unit costed $480 which I naively paid.Was ripped off. Unit was used and it showed. I let my brother use it and he reported to me various issues with it. Hard drive after awhile became fried. I took it to one of my friends who confirmed the hard drive was obsolete. Do your research before buying a laptop from not just here but anywhere else. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
