The best service and attention! Fast and cheap. I highly recommend it and I will return if I need it. Thank you so much
Eric took excellent care of us. One of my kids locked himself out of his phone. The other cracked the screen. They had both phones taken care of in less than 24 hours. You maybe could pay the same price somewhere else, but you won’t get the exceptional customer service like you do here. My family will always come here for anything we need!
They’ve been rude to me on a couple different occasions. They also told me that replacing the SSD and RAM in a 2019 iMac was “not possible” and “if it was”, it would be too hard and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars for it. Anyway, I did it myself. It took an hour.
Before I stopped in, I called and talked to the tech, who was very nice and helpful. The repair was fast, VERY wallet-friendly, professional, and seamless. Highly recommend!
I really like Micropower because you can trust them. A lot of places just try to sell you new equipment but Micropower tries to fix what you have. They are honest and I appreciate that in a business.
This is a great place where you can go if you need a repair for Apple, Samsung, LG, etc. They also fix Playstation, Xbox, and Nintendo devices. The staff is very professional and experienced. Every person there has been working with electronics for a long time and it shows in their work! I highly recommend this business to any one looking for any kind of repair! I would trust them with anything.
The last experience I had with Micropower really has turned me off to ever using them for repairs, or ever visiting their store, again. I have an iMac that had extensive damage to the glass, possibly the screen and internals, and brought it to them in early February. I expected the new glass would be expensive, and there would be labor added to that. However, almost three full weeks later I received a call telling me that it would cost almost $2000 to repair the computer (to their credit they gave me an itemized list as Id requested and they were all very kind and polite gentlemen). They suggested I should just buy a new one in that case - and sent me a spec sheet for one. I was stunned. The computer was not even worth that much to begin with, as it was a slightly older model. This costs was astronomically high and unwarranted. I know that because I later took it to Apple. I requested that nothing be done by Micropower, and I would pick it up as is (which they still charged me $50 for after having it for three weeks....). I had made an appointment at the nearest Apple store - in St. Louis, 120 miles away. I took it down there, went in expecting some seriously bad news and was told that it would be... wait for it... a whopping $85 (thats tax included) to fix the glass and any internal issues - which there were none). Also, they did it overnight.Micropower wanted to charge me for the display, glass, back housing, computer stand - totaling $1553, the rest was taxes, labor and shipping.... Apple even waived the $30 labor fee. The computer works just as well as it did before and looks just as good. So my advice - get Apple Care, call Apple, take it to Apple - and if you are far from one like I am, your money is better spent on the gas to get you there and back.
Very friendly on the phone and in-person. Great demo products to look at and choose from, relaxed atmosphere.

Been coming to to Micropower since the Mac was a beige box. Love these folks!
I took my 2009 macbook in to have the bottom case replaced under the factory replacement program. And said while you have it, could somebody tell me how much it would be to replace the keyboard? ( the backslash key doesnt work). I was told I had to put down a $50 deposit but would get it back no matter what.Well a week later I get a call saying that it is not in warranty, the battery is bad, the keyboard is bad, and its not worth fixing.I told them to forget about it and I will come get it.I only needed the bottom replaced, not the whole damn thing. So I go and get it, they didnt even put all the damn screws back in the bottom. But they didnt even fix anything, so why did they open it, and why didnt they put it all back like they found it.It cost me $50 for them to tell me a new computer is better, the battery failed apple diagnostics (I know that, Im the one that replaced the battery), and to not even get all the parts back without having to go back and ask for them.Major mistake for me to go there, and I can assure you, it will never happen again.
These guys are the best!! Ask for Steve, my new best friend!!
Dont waste your time as These people literally have NO idea what theyre talking about, or simply doing. AVOID!
