Unfortunately after-sales,Bought a new pair of sunglasses here 2 weeks ago,3 times worn, accidentally broken a spectacled feather: own fault ...to the store to ask if these could be ordered with payment, I got the answer, sorry * cheap glasses * will not be repaired ... I dont think 150euro cheap ...an email to the brand, which directs us to their manufacturer,2 emails later they send me a free replacement

The message is to stay outside! Very unfriendly sevice after sales. Glasses became matte after 2.8 years. According to one of the ladies, the glasses were just dirty. After brushing .... still matte. This was dismissed as normal wear. The 2 ladies behind the counter apparently thought it was funny.There was no mention of any compensation or possible reduction on new glasses. Hopefully not too many people fall into the trap of being cheaper than elsewhere. NEVER for me again.

I went to Eyecandy for sunglasses because I had heard about the concept and also the choice of trendy sunglasses. For starters, I really liked being helped, not to buy the most expensive glasses, but the one that suited me best! I got professional advice and ended up going out with two glasses because I thought it was such a great shopping experience! You should definitely visit this shop!
