Exceptional customer service. Competitive pricing on goods and products. Oftentimes are cheaper than the big chains. Huge variety that rivals Castle megastore. Discreetly located along South A Street away from other businesses that might otherwise be hypersensitive or too politically correct. Easy five stars.

2 weeks ago I would have given this place 5 stars but just found out that my favorite employee is no longer there. Alexander helped me to feel comfortable here and he was SUCH a personable, hard working, & friendly man. He was so patient and beyond knowledgeable about every single product in that store. I have witnessed him defuse unruly customers with fairness and turn them around. I’ve watched him treat people with such respect and patience by answering their questions and making them feel at ease that you could see the relief come across their face. He was so kind to everyone and so loyal to this place. He took his job to heart and gave 150%. I cannot imagine this place without him there because to me he was the back bone of the store. What is it with these small business owners that would let this happen. If I had people like Alexander that represented my company like this and worked as hard as he does I can’t imagine not doing everything in my power to make sure he knew just how much I appreciated him!! This is sad. I know a lot of customers went in to make purchases because he was on shift, simply because of how welcome and valuable he made us feel.Time to find a new place to go now.Sheryl B

They have a great selection of glass smoking implements. Better than some head shops.

The staff is very friendly and if you have any questions they are willing to answer. And if you want to go into detail they will go into detail with you about the product. Or if you need help picking out a product they will do that as well. I like going to that store when Im going to an adult store.

Does your wife seem bored? She doesnt have to be. Invest in your future at this Springfield tradition, and dont be chintzy. Its vastly cheaper than divorce. Remember, happy wife- happy life.The employees arent gonna judge you, theyre knowledgeable and again, cheaper than marriage counseling... Choose your weapon and consider it money well spent.

Pretty good store. I went there for their selection of 420 products and it was as I heard, excellent selection. Not too expensive either most products were average to lower prices than I have seen around this area.

Still necessitating masks, staff was a bit ridged for the venue initially but warmed up shortly after... we can blame it on the covid 19 I suppose. With Obama Care back in full swing I wonder why our immunization records cant be accessed directly online to verify compliance with head immunity social standard... but perhaps soon. Please your woman, get the tools and toys here perhaps.

People were super friendly and gave great recommendations to what they had. Theyve got a lil bit of everything including weed pipes and such. Got a lil rabbit vibe and some warm wax.

They dont make you feel weird for asking questions. Very comfortable atmosphere. Went in for Lube and came out with knowledge what more can you ask for. If you find this review to be helpful please like it.

I have been to a lot of adult toy stores. Rarely do any of them take anything seriously. Its always some funky dude sitting there waiting to be off work. The employees at this place seem knowledgeable and genuinely interested in their work. Even when they are busy, they manage to say Hello when you walk in the door. They open every toy and make sure you have your hands in it before buying it. The place doesnt accept returns, so its pretty important to know what youre getting.I have never felt judged or rushed when I was in there. I go back regularly, sometimes just to say Hi and see whats new.Thank you.P.s. they have the cleanest preview rooms Ive ever seen.

They have very good products most of the time however I have purchased two adult toys and both didnt work I went back in 5 minutes after purchase and was told its not their problem

Although it doesnt look like much from the outside, this establishment is extremely professional even in the times of COVID19. Everything is wiped down & sanitized between customers and the staff is excellent - with knowledge, expertise, and recommendations. They have a decent selection with a variety of different toys, lingerie, video, etc. 4 out of 5 stars.

Loved going in there we felt so welcome and the lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the products.

They had the glass I was looking for and the folks are all pretty helpful and friendly. Other patrons give me the creeps sometimes but what do you expect with literal holes in the walls lol

The company sells nothing BRAND NEW! Their employees will even tell you all items are opened, tested, and used to give the customer the best experience of a working item. But not once does it say anything about NO RETURNS ON ITEMS PAID FOR THAT DO NOT WORK AS INTENDED. The item I paid for was broken and when I came back to store not even 10 mins after buying the item they would not refund me or exchange the item. So they sell NO ONE BRAND NEW ITEMS NO ONE NEW ITEMS but in fact items handled tested and used to see what will give the customer an amazing used experience. Order from an online shop all items come truly brand new. Any issues use the warranty or let them know and they will fix it. This shop literally tells you we sell non brand new or new items and we charge 21.7% more than any other shop in 50 miles . I will be happy to grab a sign and say no returns and add it to your billboard doors and register and hold up one out side advising of the WE sell NOT BRAND NEW PRODUCT. We infact SELL USED ITEMS ON ALL MERCHANDISES BY ALL LEGAL AND OTHER definition! TO THE SALES REP NO MY GIRL DOES NOT LIKE YOU! NO SHE DOES NOT WANT TO GO IN THE VEWING ROOM WITH YOU TO SEE WHAT A GOOD TIME Is!!!!!!!
