Outstanding customer service. Great prices for phones. They are honest and good at their jobs. So far so good with my new iPhone. They promised future customer service if there are any issues… very trustworthy!

Spent over $280 to replace iPhone 11 Pro Max screen yesterday for my little brother. The gentleman that was assisting us claim that the reason for the charge is that they use authentic Apple parts in replacing screens. In less than 24 hours the screen has cracked more than four spots due to one fall inside the car. The cracks were so bad the glass shards were sticking to my thumb, just horrible quality to say the least. Keep in mind the phone has a sturdy case as well as a screen protector. It is of my opinion that this establishment is using subpar equipment and parts to replace and repair phones. Save yourselves the money and the headache. Gentleman that was assisting us said he will assist us when we came back today. He was attempting to charge us another screen replacement fee but give us a 25% off, The audacity is unbelievable. This sheer lack of willing to communicate was abysmal, he just kept repeating “ it’s your property”. I pleaded with a gentleman letting him know that I understand where he’s coming from but there is no way that a genuine Apple part would break that easily that rapidly. The phone is currently in worse condition than what it was when we first brought it to the store.

I want to acknowledge this place for the superb customer service and especially for it’s most professional and pleasant owner, Mr. AQ.The sales associate was very knowledgeable, he quickly identified an issue with my IPad and repaired it in no time. I had a little misunderstanding with the sales associate regarding the repair process that was quickly and amicably resolved before I left the store with a perfectly working device. Later that day, Mr. AQ personally reached out to me to ensure I didn’t have any more questions or concerns. I was impressed beyond words. I came here to get my iPhone fixed, I dropped my phone so many times in the past but luckily i always had my phone case and screen protector at all times, but a couple days ago after it fell from my pocket the screen went kind of black and blurry, I was thinking of getting a new iPhone but then I wanted to try to see if I could fix my 7 Plus so I went to this placeand Mr. AQ took care for me, the price is really decent and the service was great, it was done under an hour . I had an amazing experience at this place. Out of the three screen repair locations in this area, this was the cheapest. My wife and I both had our screens repaired here at separate times, and the repair was completed within about one hour. In addition, when I asked for military discount, AQ gave me a screen protector for free, plus a discount for being here for my first time. I will absolutely return here if I have any cell phone needs. Totally 5 stars!

I had almost given up after visiting Best Buy and Pro Computers in Annandale. A small piece of my charger had broken off inside my iPad and I was told it would need to be taken to Apple ($$$). I tried here as a last resort and AQ got it out in about an hour.

I got my screen fixed and he gave me a discounted price. i realized after returning home that my front camera was dirty (from being cracked before). I returned to him wanting my camera under the screen cleaned and he did it without question and so quickly. FOR NO CHARGE! I came in around 11am on a Friday and I walked up and explained to the guy what happened to my phone and he’s like “ Ight bro I got you.” (I had an LCD screen problem...I didn’t even know) and I thought I was going to be expensive but it was only 150$ (at apple it would be 300$) I beloved it was going to be an 1 hour wait but I was only 20min!! The results were awesome!! Definitely recommend to come here!!

I went Friday, July 31 to have a new screen installed on my IPhone 6sPlus. When we replaced a battery on an old phone, the manager warned us that the battery might not work for this particular phone and that we should come back in if we had any problems. He replaced it later, true to his word, and it works great now.

Replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen yesterday. Fair price, fast and very professional. My 2.5 yrs iPhone looks brand new when I picked it up, shiny without finger prints. Two months back, (unfortunately) I replaced the screen on this same phone at another store, similar price. With the previous screen, the color display turns a bit greenish - the screen distorts the iPhone true beautifully display color! With this replacement, I got my iPhone display color back. Beautiful. This means there are different quality iPhone screen for aftermarket. And this store does not seem to skip corner. Excellent.

We went here to fix my cracked screen and the owner himself fixed my phone and he did it in an incredibly fast way! He even added a premium screen on my phone and now it looks and feels amazing. I rarely leave a such review but I must give some credits to them. When they first replaced my broken screen, somehow the new screen was a defective one that some buttons on the keyboard were not working properly. When I took it back to them, they honored the warranty and replaced the screen with a new one again.The biggest part I think highly of them is that they didn’t blame me for the new screen acting up. I came in this afternoon to get my iPhone 6 fixed-- it had an absolutely shattered screen and a damaged LCD display that made half the screen dark. The man who helped me (I dont think I got his name) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and fixed it entirely in 20 minutes! My phone looks and feels brand new. Very supportive and friendly service. Went to the store thinking the screen of my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 had broken. The associate was honest in suggesting that it was merely the tamper proof screen that had cracked. He promptly changed it, and I was relieved to have got the cell phone back fully functional at literally no cost.

Came in having had the screen crack really badly on my iPhone, and given the damage was expecting I was going to need a new one. Instead came here and got absolutely fantastic, professional service, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They fixed my phone in less than ten minutes and charged a quarter of the price that big name providers do these days. The phone works beautifully now. I cant recommend these folks enough and Ill be coming back in the future for anything else I need.
