I contacted Shawn about repairing my note 9. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions. He charged less than I was going to have to pay at a different place. As soon as my screen came in he contacted me to get it fixed. He did the repair on a Sunday afternoon. He made sure I didnt have any problems with it before I left. I have already recommended him to someone else and will continue to do so. If in the future I need a phone repaired I will definitely be contacting him!!

We cannot comment on the quality of work performed. However, we absolutely will recommend based on service alone. We purchased a Best Buy exclusive product, and despite an exhaustive search, we were unable to finish our business. The sheer quality of customer service is a level every business should strive to achieve. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting to determine if the phone was fixable, to the search for the screen and the unfortunate disappointment that Best Buy was where we had to go. We would have rather done business with an individual that puts the customer first, than a corporation that sees you as another number. I would absolutely recommend Elite to any of my friends and co-workers. He was the most flexible to work with and bent over backwards to help. Very professional Shawn went above and beyond to repair my phone.I had checked other places which quoted me higher prices and said they would have to send it out to be fix... Shawn however fixed it himself in around 30 mins. I was very pleased with his professionalism and obvious knowledge.
