I went to another repair store and was told my phone couldnt be fixed without them even trying and then immediately beginning the sales pitch for a new phone. Went into Dropped Mobile and the phone was thoroughly looked at and I was given a very honest assessment of my options, even though the best option did not make them any money. AND he fixed the phone enough to get me through until I received my replacement phone. Dropped Mobile is in business for the customers best interest. They will be my first stop for any phone needs.

Went in with a cracked Samsung s8+ with broken LED screen. Michael took great care of me and really hooked me up. The prices there are amazing but the speed and ALSO quality exceeded my expectations. Usually you get one or the other, but dropped mobile is the place to go.

I had a great experience at the Springfield location. My phone had a charging issue and I was pressed for time as I had a business meeting scheduled later that afternoon in Lincoln. Rather than just provide the simple solution which was to just replace the port, Joshs staff had me in and out WITH a working phone in less than 45 min. I highly recommend this place if your phone needs servicing.

They fix my camera cover lens for a good price .. T-mobile couldnt fix it wanted to replace the phone and charge me $275

Extremely pleased with my service here. Was having issues with my phone that no one else could figure out and within 5 minutes of being in the door the problem was found and being fixed. My charging port was broke and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes!! The next day it sounded weird so I took it back and they checked it out again (turns out there was a defective piece in my phone) so they replaced it all for me without an appointment! The guys here are super friendly and courteous, $100 out the door with taxes included to repair iPhone 7 screen. Went in around 12 on a Wednesday, since no one was in front of me, they got my phone fixed within 45 minutes. Efficient, friendly, didn’t make fun of me cus I dropped my phone in the shower lol. The guy did suggest I don’t do that anymore, but I learned my lesson already lol

I have used Dropped Mobil for my last two phones. Last time he overnighted a phone to a job in Missouri I was on. Now I live in GA and they shipped my phone to me here! It was literally an enjoyable experience broken screen and all. I had a different business that kept telling me for over 5 weeks they could fix my phone screen. They finally tell me they cant get the part. I bought another phone online and took it to be fixed by Dropped Mobile. They were amazing and had no issues with taking the screen from the one I bought and put it on my damaged phone. They were even able to get the old screen changed in only 1/4 the time they thought they would need. Their kindness allowed me to finally get the messages saved that were from my son whod been killed in an traffic accident in July. Great place customer service was outstanding dropped off my phone for repairs had to order part and was still finished 3 days early how can you ask for anything better I give these guys an 11 bought a few extra things and no complaints on there prices was very very reasonable if I would have went to my service provider it would have cost me at a minimum $150.00 more 100 of that being the phone repair so if Im asked where to go by a friend or anyone for that matter DROPPED MOBILE will be the place
