My husband and I bought a 05 Toyota from them about 2 months. We had budgeted repairs since it is a used car. When we took it to the mechanic afterwards for a look over and had it hooked up to the computer, it really was as sound as they said it was.All it needed was a couple of seals (which my mechanic said could probably last till next season because it was not bad. But since we had budgeted repairs, we went ahead and had it done) and rear brakes and rotors. Which was pretty awesome!! As I had just had regular maintenance done on my 2014 that cost me just as much. Our mechanic was very impressed with the condition of the car.We ha e since drove it to Memphis Tenn, from Memphis to Kentucky and Indiana and back to Springfield with no issues. It is a really good sound car. I would highly reccomend dealing with them and I would most likely deal with them again.

I was in search of a quality economy car in the 3,000-3,500 range just to use for my commute to work. Most lots dont have many or any of these. This lot had two. One had a flat tire and looked more like a vehicle youd see at a salvage yard than a car lot. The other (the one I bought for 2,500) had some issues, but the guy on the lot (Richard) had a story for all of them. The price had been recently marked down to 2,500 from 3,900. The story I got was that the lot was plagued with car break-ins despite all of their security (one camera and a light with a motion sensor) and that this car had been broken into at the back window which supposedly explained why the window would fall down. He said they forced the window down which must of broken the regulator. I asked what they were trying to get to which he said the radio, I guess which is a 15-year old generic CD player still in the dash that you couldnt sell on Craigslist for $10. Seemed fishy. The car wouldnt start (dead battery) and he explained that he keeps the batteries dead so that no one can steal the cars. He said several times that it was a good strong battery. He jumped it with a booster and it started right up and ran well but with an obvious exhaust leak. He quickly said It sounds like that because of the aftermarket exhaust pipe the previous owner put on. I knew better but didnt argue. I took it for a test drive and it drove fine for about 20 minutes. I stopped at an AutoZone where they tested the battery and the test wouldnt even run because it was so low of a voltage. They had to jump it so that I could leave. Back at the lot, he doubted that AutoZones equipment was correct and ran a test himself. He had the screen on his tester faced away from me so I sidled right up next to him to see that it had a dead cell and was reading bad battery. Knowing I saw the result, he didnt hesitate to grab a new battery and install it. And, he stated that it just passed an inspection and will pass again without issue. I bought the car knowing full well I would need to do some things to it, but was okay with that. The window in the back needed a new rail guide which breaks on all of those models (according to info I found on the web). The other rear window had the same problem (I failed to test that at the lot).The people at the lot were nice enough and the prices were pretty fair for a used car lot. But, I gave the lot two stars because I hate being lied to. No one broke into the car. He doesnt purposefully keep the batteries dead. No one in their right mind would do that. It is a sure fire way to kill a battery. And, there is no aftermarket exhaust installed, just a good ol fashioned exhaust leak in the stock exhaust, which kept it from passing inspection.

Most honest people u will ever deal with this is the second vehicle my husband and i have bought through them. I would definately recommend them to anyone. Loving my 03 Honda crv. My husband loves his 01 Nissan pathfinder. We will be purchasing through them again for sure

Xpress has been amazing for my family..we were referred years ago to them after my van broke down..they got me in a 2001 Olds Alero in really good condition a few fixes but nothing major.. Which is expected with a used car...she lasted me almost 3 years and was still running when I just got rid of her a week ago..after a bad experience for my husband at another local car lot we went back to Richard and Teresa and Chris and my husband bought a really nice Buick Lesabre for a great price outright.. just a couple fixes.. a window regulator and valve cover gaskets and she is still running like a charm and thats been about 4 months ago havent had to fix anything else on it..my car was finally getting older and I was ready for something else but loved my Alero soo much..pulled up in the lot and BAM...ANOTHER ONE SAME YEAR..SAME COLOR ..SAME MAKE AND MODEL... CLEANER WITH LESS MILES AND VERY FEW ISSUES..we took it for a spin and I fell in love all over again..they worked it to where we were able to work up down payment and now its with me and we are making payments that are suitable and worth the vehicles condition..Chris and Richard and Teresa always make our experience so enjoyable and they really are honest folks a lil no nonsense but we are 100 percent okay with that and really have learned our lesson..we will not go anywhere else to purchase used vehicles again..once my New Alero is paid off we will be back to get my son his first car!! Best place to buy a car in Springfeild! I went after 1 month of car shopping and found the one. Chris is very nice and very trustworthy. Before buying my car he made sure to fix everything if anything was wrong. I am a Latinx women who went alone to buy this car and was not taken advantage off. I got a really nice deal after testing driving and coming back. I have recommended to my college friends to come buy cars here. Great people, good vides, great cars. I am 100% satisfied.
