Cassie(Spelling might be wrong) and Josh were so helpful. Ive never been somewhere that helped so much with getting into a new car. She literally pulled out all the tricks to help me. I definitely recommend them.
Superior Auto has always done us right. The customer service we have received, is wonderful. Cassie from the Springfield location is a true soul. She was so busy and the only one working the store and never did she give her smile and compassion for her job. Thank you from the bottom to the top!
This place is a joke. I’ve never heard of a financing company repossessing your car after being one day late. Then when you call to question the policy they won’t give you corporates number or the name of the person your speaking to.
Actually Im not to happy with Superior Auto. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox not even 6 months ago and the engine needs to be replaced. As I knew there was no warranty with my purchase, but I did have my family car repair mechanic check it out before purchasing. While having the car I had 2 oil changes and a tune up done. Never hearing any issues from our mechanic. Well, my daughter was driving to class one day, it makes a horrible noise and cuts off. I had to have it towed to a shop close by. They in turn found 20 issues to come up on diagnostic machine. But yet they couldnt get my car running, nor could figure out the problem. I then call Superior and was told get a 2nd opinion at a mechanic we use. . Did that. 2 days later I hear, the ENGINE is bad.!!! I call Superior and Im told, that it can be replaced, BUT, I would have to do a side note for repair.!! An additional $3500.00 added to the loan AND, I would be responsible for contributing 500.00 for the new loan to go thru.!! So basically, Im gonna be paying over $22,000 for this vehicle. Shame on you Superior.!! I WILL NEVER BE SAY ANYTHING GOOD to anyone about Superior Motors. !! At a time like this where were in a Pandemic, families struggling to survive and Ive been shafted. And on top of it all, Ive had to rent a car for the last two weeks in order for my husband to get to and from work, costing 240 a week, Superior still has the audacity to call me to find out when Id be making my regular car payment.!!! Terrible.
