My wife and myself drove from Arkansas to Reliable Toyota to purchase a Toyota highlander that was listed on their website. A salesman met us as we were just getting out of my truck and asked are you going to drive it home today and are you going to finance it after we told him what we were looking for. We had every intention of taking in home that day but I told him we will worry about purchasing and financing after we get a final price. The salesman (Drew Stevenson) worked on his asking price, Which I knew was way to high and counter offered with my offer. He claimed that the finance officer (Shawn) said no way. When I upped my offer, he did not even take it back to finance officer and said he knew he would not agree to my offer. What the salesman (Drew) did not know is I did my homework for months and knew I could have bought half a dozen of those cars. We just told him thank you and walked out the door. So much for fair & competitive pricing, transparency and and highest quality standards as the owner says in his review answers. I do not think that I could go back to that dealer because of the trust I have in them. I will go to the Honda dealer. We also got tired of hearing that Reliable Toyota is the biggest dealer in the state, who cares. I do believe that they only want to make high profits and high sales, period.

To start with the good, he was a very kind guy and was pleasant to talk to. When I dealt with him on the financing of my new 2021 Camry Hybrid, he was very pushy and deceptive. He insisted that the bank wanted me to purchase GAP insurance and an extended service contract in order to make sure I could get the loan. He said they wanted to make sure I got these protections on the vehicle. He was very pushy in selling his additional products, like, he was telling me how bad the basic Toyota warranties are, and that these extended service contracts make up where Toyota lacks, etc. He talked way over my head, and then acted like I was stupid when I didnt understand what he was telling me.Based on the finance guy, I should have purchased from Central Toyota in Jonesboro. However, Michael Thompson in sales was excellent! If give 5 stars if this review was solely for him.

Perfect example of an exploitative business model. Sells you a used truck. Truck requires *thousands* in repairs two years later for things they knew about and could have fixed before the sale. Then they call and email you multiple times after repairs are done to try and buy it back/get you to trade it in. Will do everything to avoid doing business with them again.

Last week I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced with an oil change and tire rotation at this location. I had an appointment set for 3 weeks in advance so I could get in and out to be able to make my sons football game. I have been a loyal customer here for ten years and this service has never taken more than 30 minutes at the most. After waiting for an hour and a half I decided to ask the service advisor Kara Richardson how long it was going to take and why it was taking so much longer than usual. She was so rude to me from the start and tried to tell me that the wait was normal for this type of service. After trying to explain to her that this was not the normal amount of time it should be taking she told me that they had a lot of walk in customers that had came in before me. As someone that scheduled ahead of time and my time being very valuable because of my sons game I did not find this very professional of Reliable Toyota. Nor did I appreciate the way that I was treated by Kara. After this experience I will not recommend this location to any of my family or friends. I love Toyota vehicles but I will not be returning to purchase another one from here.

Bought a used Toyota FJ Cruiser, Trevor C. was great and effective, sales made it easy. We bought a warranty thankfully. Problem here is my alternator has gone out and Reliable has had my car for two weeks. An alternator takes 30 minutes to replace, I got work and they “don’t have any rentals available” and have done nothing to consolidate me. Hope this gets made right. Toyota usually has some of the best people. Right now not very happy
