My wife and I had recently been considering a new vehicle purchase. We love the Lexus brand, and wanted to buy a sedan to go along with our 2005 SUV. After seeing commercials on tv advertising 0% financing, with no payments for 90 days, this seemed like as good a time as any. We found the car we wanted and negotiated the entire transaction online. We didnt speak with anyone by phone or in person until speaking with Kery Spinabella. We agreed to the deal on Monday, 4/20/20 and scheduled to come in complete the necessary paperwork to take delivery on Tuesday 4/21/20. Kery had our car ready and took the time to set up our 2020 ES 350 with Lexus Enform with me. There was a bit of a delay in getting the financing done, as there were minimal people at the dealership due to the COVID19 virus. All in all, it was the easiest and best deal I had ever negotiated on a new car deal, My last new car purchase was from Reliable Toyota in 2009, and the difference from then to this deal was like night and day. I would also like to give a shout out to Anthony Frohock, the Lexus Sales Manager on working with me to get the deal we got. Overall from start to finish, a great experience.

Had some work done on my 08 Lexus and when I took my car in it had all the clips and no broken brackets for the covering over the motor. I was given a loaner vehicle and I was expected to bring it back in the same condition which it was and figured my car would be returned with nothing broken but I was wrong. Was missing all the clips and the front two brackets where broken. When I dropped it off it had everything and was not broken. Of course the technician said it was brought in that way which was wrong. Because if it was brought in like that they would of asked to fix the issues to try and get more money.

Wow we loved Rick Tatum as our sales representative. We were not set on a Lexus at all. We shopped at 4 dealers and we purchased from Rick at Lexus because of his professional follow up. Rick was top notch and even installed a cover for our dogs while we waited. NX300 was the car we chose. The technical side of the vehicle is not easy and 10 minute instruction from their tech guy was not enough, it was not effective. While we did love Rick and the Lexus crew, we did not find the technical instruction from the social media/technical guy good enough and I am often/always frustrated in the car. So I suggest you learn more on site than we did. I rate Rick 5 stars but the technology information from their designated tech guy likely works for some people, it did not work for me.

My car broke down and got it towed there spent 500$ to fix it then two days later the engine light came on, so I took it back. It took another 200$ to fix it, then two days later the engine light came back on so I took it back again. This time they wanted 1,000 to fix it. We told them no and went back to get it, when we got there they told us it would be ready in 15 minutes because they had to wash it. We waited for an hour until someone came up to us and told us it had been ready for awhile they just forgot to let us know. Never going back.

I purchased my first Lexus an NX 300 yesterday April 1, 2021. My salesperson Elizabeth Head was excellent. I went the week before to just look not buy because I was looking at Audi, BMW, and another newer Acura. Elizabeth approached me on the lot and informed me about the difference between cars, what was available and we made a date for a test drive. Elizabeth is the first female salesperson I have ever worked with and it was a pleasure. She was very kind, well informed, introduced me to everyone. She made sure I was comfortable had water and snacks and really took care of me. What I liked the most was no pressure to purchase. That fact sold me and being a 73 year old widow I was not looking forward to dealing with a car SALESMAN. So I am grateful for Elizabeth being there for me and the help and kindness she gave me going thru this process.

The sales team is great and will work well with the buyer. Anthony was thorough and followed up 6 months later to be sure everything was going well.Two stars lost due to schenanigens after the sale. They offered remedies but would never admit the obvious lies regarding warranty and paint protection deception.

I had a perfect experience with them. First made contact on line then was transferred to Keri. It was an easy transaction. He came back with a great offer and beat every offer we received in Kansas City. We drove to Springfield Missouri, a two hour drive, to buy my new Lexus. The dealership was really nice and within 2 hours our transaction was complete and we drove home. There was no back and forth with offers and counter-offers. He offered a great price out of the box with a small negotiation on the value of my trade. I highly recommend them!

Worst sales representatives that do not care about the customer. I have been through two of them and they pretend to care at first but if they can not make that first higher sale to you when it’s not even the exact car you want they will forget about you. They only care about quick easy sales. After I first made a purchase management reached out to me to see how everything went. When I expressed that I was not happy at all they had another sales representative reach out to me. He tried to pretend to help me for a bit but ultimately stopped caring and not wanting to get the exact car I want. Even when I started to decide on buying brand new he simply stopped caring and didn’t reach out to me anymore. I would not recommend reliable BMW or Lexus to anyone if customer service actually matters to you. If you want to be forgotten and pushed into a car you don’t really car for then by all means give them a try. I would give zero stars if I could.

Bad experience. If you rent a car from here make sure to go around the car and take pictures. They will most likely scam you anyways. The Managing Partner, Tony Stubblefield, was attentive and interested in seeing that my questions were answered and my car-buying needs were met.
