He made sure I had no questions in how the vehicle worked and all of the features it came with. He was very professional and I really appreciated how dedicated he was even after hours. Daniel, the service manager, made exceptional service available to my wife, who had brought in our vehicle. He has consistently attended to every inquiry and returned our vehicle with the full requested service and in an immaculately clean condition. He also performed far above our expectations when my wife showed an abrasion which had occurred to our front bumper. She requested an estimate on the cost of repairing this abrasion. Instead of running figures on a repair estimate, he took the car back into the service bay and instructed one of the technicians to rub out the abrasion. When he finally returned the vehicle in a timely manner, the service was completed and the abrasion was gone. He did not charge us for this special and unique additional service of removing the abrasions. Most words are simply inadequate to describe the value and superb customer service and good will he brings to Youngblood Motors.

I made an appointment a week in advance for a oil change, tire rotation and brake flush that the advisor said I needed at 15,000 miles. He also tried to sell me injector service but then said since I was just a little under 15,000 miles I shouldn’t need that. When I took the car in to be serviced I was there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I waited 2 1/2 hours to have my service done. I think that is unacceptable. Service depart apologized and said they were just swamped. When you schedule me a week in advance and I’m there at 10:00 am in the morning something isn’t right. Also I’m paying $50 dollars more at your service department for oil change and tire rotation. My husband just had an oil change and tire rotation at Tri Lakes Ford in Branson and paid $59,

I was extremely grateful that the warranty I had purchased covered the cost of my backup camera and was repaired in a timely manner. Wes took care of this repair for me and went beyond what he needed to do to help me. This experience was appreciated after the purchase of my 2017 Rogue in October of 2020 from Youngblood. When purchasing the Rogue I went to the dmv to get the car licensed. The inspection that I was given for the Rogue was expired causing me to have to go back to the dealership and get it inspected and then return to the dmv. Within the first week of purchase I had to get new batteries for both keys, and within 2 weeks I had to get an oil change even though I had not driven the miles needed between oil changes. Then, in the spring I had to get the air conditioner serviced, because it was not blowing cold air. I was not expecting to do these services to a car I had just bought from Youngblood.Because of these instances, I truly appreciated Wes help in getting the back -up camera repaired and working with the warranty to cover the costs. I felt like he was on my side. Thank you Wes!

Daniel was very helpful. He got me checked in and reviewed the services they were going to do on my car. After a couple adjustments, we confirmed all that was going to be done on my car. Angel walked me over to get a loaner car and away I went. Within a couple hours (as Daniel had stated) I got a call my car was ready. When I arrived, he reviewed all the services that had been completed and went over all the billing. He got my car washed, got it warmed up for me and included a bottle of water. Update!!!Took my car back to Nissan to have it looked at again. My struts were all good. They used this experience to train the tech who misdiagnosed the trouble to begin with. Not only did they apologize but also refunded my $149.95 for diagnostic fee. Thank you Youngblood Nissan for making things right. My faith has been restored.Brought my Nissan for routine oil change. Ask them to look to see what the knocking noise was coming from the front of car. They gave me an estimate for new struts. Said my struts were bad after charging me $160 for diagnostics. $1300 per strut. Took my care to a local mechanic, said it was a bad motor mount!! $460. As with your health, always get a second opinion.

Our salesman was very nice and friendly. When we noticed brake light kept coming on in used vehicle we were interested in, he had the service dept. double check for us. In doing so realized the car needed new pads, resurfaced rotate, and rotated them (since this was overlooked in the safety inspection). We were pleased they did this at no charge to us and purchased the vehicle.

Although the dealer rating above expections, I rate Nissans Corporation below my expectations. Number 1, apparently they have taken away the dealers knowledge of their market with respect to adding optional equipment to vehicles they ship. Our car was optioned with lighted Rogue sill plates (which one did not work and dealer replaced right away), a $400 option but not optioned for a rearview mirror with Home Link for garage doors. So now I am out of pocket for the cost of a Gentex mirror and my time to install. This is the option most homeowners prefer not lighted sill plates. Number 2, our car was optioned with floor mats, 2 piece cargo area protector and 1st aid kit. Cargo area and second row seat back protectors are nothing more than carpet attached with Velcro to the cargo area and back of the seats. The all weather floor mats are the only useful option in this package, but the option is $385. The available interior lighting option for $350.00 is the a more useful option. Rear cargo area protection and seat back protection in a rubber material is what is needed. The retail sticker show the equipment Ambient LED lighting. What is ambient lighting? This apparently refers to the white tube light around the most forward area of the center console where the wireless charging station is located. Maybe a couple of interior footwell lights would be more appropriate when entering and exiting the vehicle along with puddle lights on the bottom of the exterior mirrors. My experience with Youngblood from sales to service has exceeded my expectations. In regards to factory added options, Nissan needs to do extensive surveying of their market areas and find out what Nissan owners and potential owners would prefer as optional equipment and share their findings with dealers.

Our sales person Dan was hands down phenomenal and he listened and was involved and noticed on some statements on what was important to me, he realized I was hesitant going from a suv to a car but I really needed the gas mileage as I travel to St Louis and Kansas City and I had a carseat so wanted to ensure we had room for my son in the backseat.I felt defeated and was stuck between two cars however he mentioned the Nissan Kicks and showed it to me and this was perfect it had everything I wanted and more. He also was patient and I felt like I was a friend rather a number. I trust this service department so much that I drive an hour to bring my Nissan. So helpful and honest!!!The only drawback is I had to go to enterprise to rent a car for the day. I had 100,000 mile service done which took all day. 8 to 4 o’clock. I was told I would go on a standby list for a rental but never got a callback.I would like to suggest to the service manager that if a longer/detailed service is being completed on a vehicle make sure that person has a rental to get around town. I spent almost $2000 and had to rent my own vehicle so I wouldn’t sitting in the waiting area all day. The bright side of that Is enterprise picked up the vehicle from your dealership which was nice. I did not have to return. Tech Chase took the keys and told me he would take care of it. Soon as I paid and drove off the lot I got a text from enterprise to say the car has been turned in.😊

Our direct contact, Sam, was excellent. She was very helpful and made us feel at ease when we started our buying experience. Had a problem with the trade-in process. Offered me way below trade-in value on my vehicle even if it was in poor shape. Actually it was half of the trade poor state value. It was whenever we said that there was no way that we would take that and after we almost got up to leave is whenever things actually was set into motion. We had an offer on the truck at another Nissan dealer that was double and they only had pictures through email. Another thing was that there was a document that was shown to us saying that that other dealers take around 3.5 hours from beginning to end and that Youngblood has streamlined the process. We got there at 8:00 am and left at 11:30 am. Other than that Samantha was great and pleasure to deal with and we are happy with our new vehicle. Again the trade-in process is still a sore spot with us. We almost left simply because of that with the feeling that we we a potential target to get ripped off, put suspicion into our minds from that point forward and couldnt fully trust what we were being told any longer. That is why we declined any additional coverage on the vehicle.

The sensors on the Nissan Murano were designed in the wrong location. The slightest rub on the lower molding causes the sensor to go bad.and thats approx. $1600. This is unacceptable. I have read where some dealerships are replacing those for customers. On newer models, they changed the location so that this wont be a happen. That is a design flaw and should be a recall or replace by the manufacture/dealership to take care of. I will say that Daniel in the service department was very cordial, as well as Chase. In addition, the sweet girl at the accounts receivable counter was extremely kind. She helped give me some faith back for the Youngblood.

The service tech that I dealt with was Andy. A very nice guy, and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I took our Armada in for the free oil change, we normally go to a jiffy lube type place, but since it was free, I took it to Youngblood. That place is nothing short of great. The waiting room was comfortable and inviting. I had no appointment, but it wasnt long at all. And afterwards, I noticed the bill, and was pleasantly surprised to see, the prices are comparable to the oil change shops. I am thinking that I will definitely be going back there.
