Great place to get a good deal. Ask for Downtown Jon Brown. Great salesman!
I cannot describe how inept their sales staff are, I drove 40 minutes for a SCHEDULED test drive and it wasnt available to be driven, contacted the Mgr 2 days later, who referred to to his Sr. Used sales associate, to re apply my finance application an have since heard NOTHING back!!!, only to be contacted by their Ecommerce guy, who I told of my experience, and still NOTHING!!!! I will never peruse any vehicle from them EVER AGAIN!!!
Very helpfull staff
Jacob Lawrence at Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield, Ohio is an outstanding salesman! He displayed genuine care and professionalism with my purchase. He ensured to make me feel like a valued customer and met all my requests with my purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing from Jeff Wyler. I also want to mention Gradey Blessing for quickly processing my deal, and ensuring to get the terms to where I needed them to be. Very professional & fair Deal! Thank you Jeff Wyler! A++
I would not buy from them. They ripped me off for $5,000. I now own a much better vehicle for far less. You can go almost anywhere and find a better deal. I wouldnt service my vehicles with them either
They are great!! I would recommend them to everyone! Extremely helpful
Had a great Wyler experience thanks to Jason Rinehart he made the experience fast easy and fun for the family! We love our car!
Had a Great experience, would recommend going here for all my car buying needs
My husband and I drove an hour up and recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited from JW Springfield Hyundai. We were there for 7 hours on on 1/2/21. Mind you, about 3 of those hours were deciding and then negotiating, but it took an incredibly long time to handle paperwork once we agreed. We were the only ones in the Hyundai dealership and sat patiently. I was on the fence about the black one we purchased. After leaving at nearly 5:00pm on Saturday and driving it on Sunday I decided I was not happy with the black. We called the dealer on Monday with a question about the Worry Free Hyundai Shopper Assurance Program as I was interested in a different color. The dealership purposefully ran out our 3 day window and then lied by telling us our new purchase didnt qualify.I contacted corporate and found out the dealer had lied. I sent a complaint to corporate about it, they sent my complaint on to the national team. After 2 weeks of working with the National team and not driving my vehicle, per their instructions, to keep my miles low in the event they could get the swap approved they got back to me and told me we were way past the 3 day period and there was nothing they could do.We reached back out to the dealer manager and he told us we were more than 3 days past so nothing they could do. Their statements contradicted what they originally told us and then they were rude and condescending to my husband. We are very disappointed in the customer service from JW and Hyundai. I am now sad every time I get in my Palisade because of the bad taste this experience has left in my mouth. We will never purchase from JW again.
Really good dealership treat me extremely well social distancing all the precautions are taken
Doing business at jeff wyler was a smooth and great experience thanks to Jason Rinehart.
Frustrating experience. Found two cars on website. Called about them and was told that was a 3rd party website (JeffWyler) in the address and only trust Wyler.com. So I did. Found two cars that I liked. Worked with the salesperson and received an email with my offer. A little less than the website price. I called to make sure paying cash would not cause price difference and was told there was a clerical error and the car is now $3k more than yesterday. Asked the manager to call me and was promised he would. Crickets.
Tyler Restau is hands down the best person to deal with when it comes to buying a car. He knows his stuff and always puts you as a customer first. Cannot recommend him enough.
They fixed our car pretty quickly.
I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Jeff Wyler. Their sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Wyler a chance to put you into your next vehicle.
They are terrible. They are unprofessional and will do anything to make money. Im pretty sure theyre sexist so be careful if you have to go here.
They can even get someone on the phone. Had a couple of bad situations. Check for yourself it should be obvious. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Chevrolet should pull there licensing. Instead of them using Chevys name like Jeff Wyler is quality(not)or good service(not). Look at other Chevy dealers you will see what I mean this place is a joke.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. The salesmen and manager has/and will pressure, guilt, and intimidate young women into a much higher payment. Absolutely shocking at the behavior and lengths they will go to make a sale that day.
Do a great job just way too high prices
All dealers are hurting for car...
I really appreciate Travis Ayers in the Chevrolet Dealorship. I really believe he gives you his utmost attention, professionalism, and works to get you the best deal possible for your needs.. Ill be going back hopefully Friday to finish up the details and be driving home my new Chevy Trax. I will give a better review once I get my stress level evened out, lol. I do not like having to look for a new vehicle, Travis/Jeff Wyler Chevrolet makes the difference. Always patient and kind, hard to beat service.
First time ever going to Jeff Wyler. We had recently purchased a vehicle that I wasn’t happy with I really wanted AWD and an SUV. Brian Lannon was able to find me the car I wanted and get me a brand new 2020 which I never thought I would be able to get. It was a great experience.
Tyler Fazio = great professional. Knows his stuff without being pushy.
My boyfriend and I, we’re looking to finance a car anywhere, but no one could help us. During the the shutdown we couldn’t get accepted anywhere bc we didn’t have work history in April. After much prayer had the pleasure of working with David-Michael ( there’s a lot of Dave’s ).When he called, I told him what all the other dealerships told me, and he told us he will try to do all he can to get us accepted since we had a indefinite back to work date. Our experience was frustrating because we need a car in less than a week, so we can make it back to work. Took a couple of days because I’m just a picky, indecisive person but with $200 less than originally down payment, we drove away in a nice clean 2014 Chevy. David was not only extremely helpful, they were unstaffed and while working with multiple people around the same time. I’m pretty sure, we all left happy.
I went here for my first oil change with my car. Being that it is a GM product first you can expect your first oil change to be at no cost to you. Then they have a service package also of three oil changes for $129 which I plan on getting. I always thought that dealerships were expensive in comparison to other places, but they have changed my mind on that. They have a waiting room to wait while you get your service done. So leave it to the service professionals and relax!
Go see Tyler Fazio at Jeff Wyler. He’s very knowledgeable and will find a way to get you what you want.
Stay far away. Con artists and lousy mechanics. Tried to charge me for shop materials just to scan a code. Beware the free oil changes and free tire rotation they are free for a reason! Oil filter was over tightened (had to drive a screwdriver in the side to unscrew? Oil plug fell out on its own and made a huge mess in my work parking lot. Checking in to environmental charges with the EPA or at least an investigation. Apparently Im not the 1st this has happened to.
Highly recommend, great attitudes, place was very clean and the staff was very helpful 😊
Baught a used car suppose to be already serviced went to quick land and they showed me the air filter and it was black guess they didnt do there job!
As always do you people are very nice. But I was sent To the service department for a upgrade on GPS and it is a online order for the upgrade and not a service at the dealership upgrade. The people that Does the scheduling for appointments need to be a little more educated on what the service department is able to do or not to do.
Brian Lannnon is a great sale man thank you sir
My initial call to the service department was for a national recall. It was apparently they didnt want to do the work by the excuses that were given. I called the national office and they prompted a different reaction. The car was scheduled and the two-hour procedure required an additional day in the shop because they didnt have the part. The positive was working with Rick in sales and having a test drive vehicle during the process although they were ouchy about their car being off the lot for the extra day. If the purchase of a vehicle was to be based on the service department, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Best sales person there is Chris T. Low pressure, friendly and fun... Go see Chris T.
Brian Lannon helped us get into a beautiful, new pilot for a great monthly payment. We will be back!
Went to process a reimbursement for a factory extended warranty covered part. Spoke to someone in the parts department who was uninformed and dismissive with his WRONG decision to deny the claim. Had to go through Chevy to confirm the correct information.
If youre a woman / question them, theyll take advantage of you. Stand up for yourself if you go here.
Cant say much yet. Just moved here from Florida, stopped here late afternoon for oil change and rotation, no wait, done in 30 minutes and on my way. So far so good
Staff is always nice and makes conversation with you not even about vehicles
They will rip you off! Avoid this place like the plague!
Service Manager, Jeff Hawkins provides top notch customer service while his team quickly patches my tire to get me back on the highway. Thank you, Jeff!
Nice
Be very skeptical when looking at a car from Jeff Wyler. Recently drove 2 hours to look at a car that was priced as though it were in mint condition. However, the brakes were shot, and the front end of the car had been repainted. No mention of this by the dealership and the customer service was less than to be desired. Use caution!
Very friendly...prompt and appear to be honest...helpful and knowledgeable
Every friendly sale department
I would be very leery of a purchase from Jeff Wyler Auto Group. I recently contacted them about a car they had at another location that I had a quote for from the salesman at that location. They said locally that they could not sell it at that price and tried to get me to pay $1600 more than the quote. Then that exact car was on their website (the Jeff Wyler Toyota website includes cars in two different locations) that night for $1300 less than what they tried to sell it to me for that afternoon! When I wrote to them to accept the advertised price, I was told they needed manager approval and it would take the day to get that. If you choose to deal with this group, know your stuff. Have all your pricing research solid so you know exactly what you are paying for. I only give them one star because I have to give them something or this wont post.
Top notch sales and service teams.
I love how friendly and helpful the staff is. They give you all the information they can.
Place is very clean and people are helpful and friendly
Great customer service with parts and service
We have been going to jeff wyler for service on our 3 Toyotas for over 15yrs. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable on what we need or dont need. Great place
I love Jeff Wyler. Great service and a great experience refinancing.
Quick, pleasant garage staff. Just needed air in tires.
They are really nice here,!
They seem to be very good at what they do.
Great courtesy van svc. Returned with car Tuesday yelled at by guy who said I didnt come back within a week. He was not paying attn as I took the car at closing 6 pm Friday n called for appt first thing 8 am Monday. After paying $3k in repairs did not fix the first issue, smoke from under hood! Acted like it was their benevolence to NOT charge another diagnostic charge. Already paid for in initial drop off. However would not have gotten back struts if the initial repair was included in the $3k I paid on Friday. Total rip off joint of you are female do not go there. Then it was not charged on Jeff Wylers Credit acct until I went back in 2 months later. Hard to file a complaint after so much time. Do not use unless you have to. Last resort. Youll get it fixed but it will cost you money and much aggravation. Dont send the email appt as it seems no one reads what you type.
Alex did a great job ! Very professional
Quick and easy in and out no problems.
Fast courteous service.. 😂😁
Just got a seat belt extension from parts. It was no charge. One day .
Brian l was amazing
Always friendlyand polite.
Love Tom Loney....
No came out to help
Friendly and efficient.
My service was great
Terry never got back in touch with me.
Took my vehicle in for recalls and because it pulled to the left. Dont trust what the service department tells you. I specifically asked if they had test drove the vehicle to make sure the problem was fixed, they said they had, but it still pulled to the left. They test drove it less than a mile.
Poor in helping with problems said need 100 to even look at it why system ask you to have stabilizer and air bag checked
Good service as usual
Managed to have a new battery replace in a very short amount of time
I like them they helped me pick out a car
