I had got a 2014 Ford Fusion from elite auto and i was interested in getting a new car this year so thanks to HASSAN I told him I wanted a new Chevy impala when I was done with my fusion and he said Paris if that’s what you want I can find you and impala so a couple weeks went by and I stopped by the dealer ship to finish paying my car note and HASSAN said Paris I got you that new impala you asked for I was so in shocked when I came back that day and see it I picked it up today and they even had it cleaned the inside and out side I’m so excited and his little brother was also a really big help I will recommend anyone the elite auto plaza I left that lot with the biggest smile ever I was like omg I got the car of my dreams and what tops it all is that it fully loaded it has all the gadgets I’ve been financing with them 2years Prior to getting this impala and never had any problems they did they thang and made sure I had that impala THANKS HASSAN 🤩

*DONT BUY HERE*MY son & I bought a 05 Avalon from them for $3500. Two years previous I bought a 99 Civic from here. Before we purchased the Avalon I asked Hassan Hussein if he would throw in a spare wheel from the trunk of a similar vehicle and we shook on it. He couldnt get the wheel out of the car because he couldnt get the trunk open so I had to come back another time. I returned two different times and eventually was given a different wheel for the vehicle. By this point I had gotten into several arguments with Hassan about him holding up his end of the deal. Turns out the wheel didnt fit. And he still refuses to give me the wheel we agreed upon.

Elite Auto Plaza was very helpful. They will get you in a vehicle even if you didnt think it was possible.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and terrible management.I had financed a vehicle from them and later found out they tampered with the contract.Not only did they add another $5,000 on top of the finance agreement but also when I finance the vehicle they promised they would fix everything that was not working properly just to find out they would take it back to their shop and just clear the codes.I have hired a legal team to look into this and if anyone else has had a bad experience I advise you do the same thing.
