Let me start off by saying I had no idea what to expect buying a used car. My previous car was on its way out, and I have been dreaming of a GTI for years so when I saw this one listed through CarGurus I gave them a call and decided to check it out. The guys there were very friendly and tried to answer my questions as best as they could, and the owner went above and beyond to help us out. They didnt just forget about me as soon as I took the car home, I have been in constant communication with them (the owner went as far as to give me his personal number), and they have been helping me transfer my custom plates to this car. So far everything has been amazing (about 6 weeks of ownership), and you should really give this place a chance, the people there know good customer service, and have been more helpful than any dealership I have been to before :)

Moe is a really nice guy. I went to look at a Ram 3500 and it turned out to be not for me. But, there was another 3500 sitting there that was exactly what I wanted. We sat for a short time, agreed on a price, and I was out the door. Moe was awesome. After 20 or so cars in 20 years at various dealers, this was by far the easiest and friendly purchase. Dont judge a book by its cover! DNT has some very nice vehicles at a FAIR price. We purchased our beautiful Durango last week and the signing process was super quick - Amjad had our paperwork ready for us before we got there and we were out in less than 30 minutes. We came from Central PA and after an 8 hour round trip, were happy to say it was worth it.

I brought a Tundra from this dealership 1 year ago and it has been my favorite vehicle i have ever owned out of all my vehicles both new and used. It has only needed 1 minor repair after 10 months of driving it. All of the salesmen were helpful but not pushy. When you are there you feel like a part of their family. Fantastic dealing with the people here, any issues were addressed immediately and all questions were answered. I felt very confident buying from this dealership and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Don’t let the facility fool you, what looks to be a cramped lot at the back of an industrial park is a hidden relief from the cliche “used car dealers” on the main drags. MJ is the man! I’m a master technician that lives in NewHampshire and my son is a United States Marine who recently changed duty stations from California to Virginia. He was in the market for a truck and kept getting baited and switch by dealers. He found a Ford F-150 he was interested in and I this dealer and MJ answered the phone. This man went above and beyond. I asked for pics of the underneath of the vehicle, a copy of the invoice for the repairs it needed to be ready for sale and asked a slew of other questions. He was prompt, honest and trustworthy (which is impossible to find in the car industry) long story short my son took delivery of the truck that day with the monthly payment he wanted. After traveling near and far to ~15 used car dealers within the DMV, I can confidently say the level of customer service Dealer Network Trade (DNT) provides is beyond exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Ali who worked hand-in-hand with me throughout the process. Unfortunately, after an independent inspection of the Acura RDX i was looking to purchase, it was revealed that there was some minor rattling from the engine and a few other cosmetic issues with the vehicle. Most used car dealers would brush this off and state the car is being sold As-Is.. but not DNT. Ali personally took the vehicle into a local shop that day, had all the issues diagnosed and repaired (all at DNTs expense), and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There was no guarantee that I was going to purchase the vehicle, so Ali was solely doing this to ensure that any purchaser would be getting a quality vehicle. The fact that Ali took care of all the repairs for me (which i absolutely did not expect them to pay for) shows me that DNT stands behind the quality of their products. I got Mazda Cx-7 paid cash in full for it. The car is great condition, pretty and was affordable. The owner was nice, he didnt shove the car down my throat, he was honest and even took the price down. I only had one repair to do on it and that was replace the tires. He was cool his staff was nice very attentive. I would come back if I ever need or want a second car. Worth the drive from Baltimore.

I live out of Town spoke with Moe over the phone and felt comfortable with him. He assured me that the vehicle was in tip top shape tires were an 8 out of 10 and the vehicle was mechanically sound. I purchased the car and had it delivered to me. Off the bat the low air pressure light was on. Took the vehicle to local tire shop and the informed me that the wire was showing on the inside of both rear tires. No way this truck passed inspection. Also my mechanic just informed me that the truck has a major oil leak. Terrible experience for me. These guys lied to me.
