Absolutely the worst customer experience Ive ever had to endure. My family bought a 2013 Nissan Aramada. Since Ive had the truck there was a slight grind on the front end. We asked them to look at it numerous times only to pay the deductible without any fix. I also bought the warranties they recommended just to be sure the truck was covered. Ive only had this vehicle for tow years. So during this summer the problems intensified. First the air conditioner wasnt working and the airbag light was flashing. We were told it needed new brakes as well so we had everything fixed or so we thought. So they put a new compressor, brakes and sent the vehicle to Nissan for a recall issue. When the truck came back to me the grinding noise was worse so back to the shop only to be told they dont hear it. So during the huge rainstorm I had to run to my kids school only to find the truck had no heat and was having trouble stopping. Called the dealership to get it fixed and paid another deductible. They claimed not to hear the grinding noise so we went out for a drive and they heard it while I was with them. As far as the heat they want to charge me 600 to fix when it was working just fine until they messed with the compressor. Whats more insulting is they tried to blame the sounds Im hearing on bad driving and that I should do better. I have six kids with my wife and her disabled mom with me so theres no excessive driving in the truck. So I decided to take the truck to my personal mechanic to find that only half the brake pad was engaging on the front and was heating up well over 800 degrees. He said that the passenger brake was seized a bit and wasnt disengaging. The rotors were warped and possible bad front shock on the passenger side of the truck. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix a mistake that been brought up to the dealership to fix since Ive brought the truck. I wouldnt recommend buying from this dealership whatsoever. The service manager is very unprofessional who instead of addressing the issue rather fight with the customer. Theyre money hunger and will force you to pay multiple deductibles to fix the same issue. The other managers are never present so you get the runaround.
I would like to apologize and thank Josh at Conicelli Toyota. The other day we had a miscommunication over the price of a truck. I left a not so stellar review. Josh and the team at Conicelli were great! They were able to give me a great price and a better interest rate than first given. I am happy with my new Tacoma and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I received a very fair deal on the purchase of my new vehicle. Anthony, my salesperson, was very helpful and attentive to my experience. I do feel the vehicle could have been better prepped for delivery: There were stickers throughout the vehicle and on the tires and the windows were streaked/dirty. Unfortunately I did not realize much of this until after I was home, as it was raining heavily at the time of delivery. Very upsetting to me were the pictures of my trade posted on their website. Apparently the photos were taken while I was test-driving my new vehicle, and included a portion of my license plate and the full vanity plate that was on the front of my vehicle. This issue was ultimately resolved but not without several phone calls to the dealership requesting it be addressed. Overall I would recommend Conicelli Toyota of Springfield but customers should be aware of the above if privacy is a concern.Update: I received a phone call from “V”, a sales manager, who left a message offering to have the vehicle detailed. I was not available to return his call until 2 days later at which time I left a message. To date I have yet to receive a response from him. That was 2 weeks ago. That’s disappointing.

I get my car serviced approximately every other month by the same tech, Tim Grant. Sweetest lil thing I ever met!! Hardworking and kind. He deserves a raise and/or a promotion!! I will never have my car worked on by anyone else.
Anthony Criscuolo was fantastic through the whole buying process. I did a lot of research on the car I was buying, and he relayed all the same features that are unique to this car without embellishment. Great experience on a busy day for them, from reception whose names I forget, to Tom in finance. Nobody pushed anything I didnt want, the prices matched my expectations and the car is great. I would definitely do business here again.
Overall pleasant experience test driving and ultimately purchasing my new car, though I did feel pressured to purchase something extra I didnt really want or need and ended up regretting it later. But thats on me and kudos to the salesmen for doing his job, I suppose. I do love my new car and thats what matters most in the end.
They had the car I really wanted and so I flew in from Colorado to pick it up. Kyle also picked me up from the airport for free so I didn’t have to buy an Uber/Lyft and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle, they actually have good options.
My husband and I just recently leased a car at this Springfield location. Eddie Ruiz was absolutely amazing!!! He made us feel like he was helping out a family member. It wasn’t just customer service, it was genuine. I am so glad I picked this location to go with. I leased my car in 2020 and I come in for regularly scheduled maintenance. I’m always serviced on time and never have excessive wait times. The employees are professional and the location is clean and convenient to get to. I’m pleased with the service overall and plan to lease another vehicle from this location once my current lease is up. I have recommended this location to friends as well.
Staff need to communicate more was told to come in today for a tire change I got here and was told no staff was unable to fix my car. I work, if you cannot accommodate me at the times you offer dont advertise them or tell me to come in. I will take my business elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if possible. Twice came in to have work done on my car. Twice had to leave without it done. They are completely unconcerned about others time and inconvenience. Service Manager lied to me. Zero communication. It’s 45 minutes away and I made that trip twice for nothing. Next car will NOT be a Toyota as their Customer Service is a joke. Beware this place.
Super fantastic car buying experience. First connected with Jim, Internet Manager to confirm several color combinations of a model that we were wanting was in fact there at the site and he confirmed, set up an appointment for my family and I to come in at 5 pm and (they were closing a 6pm) meet with Dillion and his training/sales manager. We were able to test drive the model, they were able to evaluate our trade in and we came to a deal. Dave, Finance manager was great. The team stayed 2 hours past closing time and we were on our way home with my daughters new car. Conicelli is top notch!

Their new building and inventory is impressive. My Tacoma’s have always ran great and they have plenty of new ones to pick from. They have an easy parts and service department to work with when that time comes. They are located right on the Baltimore Pike which can be a little difficult making a left if you have to go that way.
I wanted to thank Eddie Ruiz for helping me buy my Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid recently. He was so pleasant and personable with me, and truly went over and above! The car was the only car that I was interested in (i.e. color, model, etc), and he hung in there for me. We had a positive experience purchasing a new car from Conicelli. After an initial miscommunication, the sales team worked with us and did a great job, especially Brittany and Vee. Our only minor critique would be that it would have been nice to have the car (a plug in hybrid) closer to fully charged for the test drive and purchase. But, since the sale came together quickly it was understandable and this did not negatively affect our overall opinion of the experience.
My wife and I both purchased cars from this dealership. Both purchases were phenomenal experiences. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they give you the highest quality of service. No one is pushy and they give you however much time you need to make decisions. Both purchases were very enjoyable. I’ve had experience with other Toyota dealerships locally looking for a car, and this was definitely the best one. If you’re looking for a new or used car, Kyle Wheeler is your guy! Ask about him! He was straight forward, easy going, and helped me get what I was looking for without ever making me feel pushed into buying, never made me feel pushed or urged into leasing instead of buying like other dealerships have done in the past. Purchased my first ever owned new Toyota from Conicelli Toyota Springfield, based on the friendly, polite and interested towards my vehicle needs atmosphere. Have visited many dealerships in deciding on my next new car and base my decision on first contact with a dealership representative. Conicelli Toyota of Springfield is at the top in this category in my opinion.
Overall experience was good, I called ahead of time and had some questions on the RAV4 and spoke with Nick the sales manager. I ended up coming in that night and before I got there I started looking at highlanders online and ended up buying one of those. I really wanted one that had a few features, “heated steering wheel, remote start with ability to control the climate & wireless phone charger” while making a deal, I found out the Highlander I was shown didn’t have a heated steering wheel. Ok, I really liked the SUV so it wasn’t a deal breaker, I should have double checked myself. I did make sure to ask about the remote start and make sure it had the ability to control the climate and the sales guy “Nick” (not the sales manager Nick, two different people) and he said “yes, I just had to download the Toyota app and all those features would be in there”. Turns out after I downloaded the app and set everything up, it has remote start and other features but I can’t control the climate. I am very disappointed that I don’t have this but I really do love the vehicle other then that. I am not saying you shouldn’t buy a vehicle from here, all I’m saying is confirm the features you are looking for yourself instead of just being told they are there. Other then this, everything else was awesome and very pleasant to do business with.
This is the best dealership Ive dealt with by far. It took literally less than 2 hours to purchase a vehicle and was entirely pressure free. The negotiation process was incredibly fair and the sales person (Heather) was down to earth. Even the manager popped up to say hello and congratulations after the deal. My salesperson was good and so was the sales manager. I gave a 5 star only because the whole purchase of my new 2021 Venda went smoothly. Now after the the purchase it went wrong some. I left a couple of personal things in the car I traded in but called to come pick them up only to be told they throw away anything left in the trade in. I called so I feel the should kept my belongings. This is the only negative remarks I can make about this dealership. They only get 2 stars for this matter.

I own two Corollas and both got the same recall.Took Conicelli them all day to change out a driver airbag on recall from Toyota. Had to leave it the night before. Toyota in its letter promised to give loaner cars. Conicelli said that was not true. The woman I spoke had zero customer service skill. Seemed like I was bothering her.I still have the letter.I took the second corolla to:Sloane of Malvern.In and out under 1 hour.Class act.I will never take a car to Conicelli again.Nor would I recommend them in for anything ever.The response I received from the service manager is damage control.Fool me once shame on youDo it twice it is my fault.I have spoken.

Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They give me an appointment for an oil change at 930am on the day of the appointment my tire pressure light came on. I told him about it when i got in. It took over an hour for him to get back to me and say you need a new tire and it will cost 220 dollars plus tax. When i told him i wasn’t interested and if he could just install my spare tire he got mad and told me it would take an extra hour and a half for them to do that. I asked for my vehicle as is. It still took over an hour for me to get me car back.All they really want is your money they have no customer service whatsoever. I wouldn’t go there.

Drove from Ny to Pa to pick up my 2018 Challenger, love the car, it was basically in and out service, Dave was awesome, and thats where it stops...they gave me intransit plates, until they transferred my old plates, as I have personalized plate. Here it is my plates have expired 4weeks ago, and I was told they sent my paperwork in 2 plus weeks ago. As of today Dmv has absolutely no information regarding the transfer of plates.no paperwork, and all Im told by Conicelli its the covid things are slow...umm no your dealer is . And I cant get ahold of anyone that can tell me anything . What a joke. I guess Im going to be making a 10 hour trip again...lucky them.
Everything about my experience here could not possibly have been better. The sales team member Josh that helped me was very relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. With Their help and the help of the processing team member Tom, I was able to walk away with a brand new corolla at an incredible price and I could not be happier.

This review is specifically for Alise at the service counter. She was extremely rude which made an already pretty frustrating experience even more so. I was trying to start my appointment with someone at the service counter and went up to a guy who told me that one of the three other people would help me when theyre done (one of which was Alise) with their customers. So I waited off to the side because there really is no room to wait other than on either end without blocking the area the employees were walking. Then I saw Alise finish with her customer and I waited a few moments and then walked up to her counter. I stood there for about 15 seconds before she looked at me and said,One of these other three people will help you and then went back to whatever she was doing. Since the other people had customers, I went back to the spot where I was originally waiting. Another gentleman came in and tried walking up to her and she told him that someone else was ahead of him. Then she called down to me saying that I needed to wait on the other end of the area because thats where people usually wait. Even though theres no distinguishable difference between the two areas.. She then said, People cant see you down there so thats where you need to wait. Which end I waited literally made no difference because its just too opposite ends of the room that have no obstructions from one end that are not the same from the other end, its just the end where I was being directed was more congested. So at this point, I was already getting frustrated because I kept being told that someone else would help me and then I was being told to move down to a whole other area which even though it was already known that I was the next in line, I dont see a reason why I needed to move to the other end of the room. So I moved down to the other end and my boyfriend waited at the end that we were originally waiting because we had already gone back and forth. While I was walking away from him, I said I dont see why I needed to go down to the other end seeing as how its the same thing. So after I walked past, apparently the woman Alise started saying that if I had something to say to her I could say to her face when I see her. I didnt hear this because I was talking to my boyfriend but my boyfriend heard it and apparently she was apparently being really inappropriate. Thankfully she stopped, but this kind of attitude is ridiculous. It wasnt even 9:00 in the morning yet so for you to already be at the point that youre talking to customers and acting this way maybe hints that this kind of person should be in a customer service position. If youre at a dealership for service, youre probably not there because you want to be. So to have someone talking to you like this when youre there for a paid service is unacceptable. The valet and the guy in service that I spoke to were both pleasant and helpful, but this woman tarnished my experience for Conicelli and I wont be going back there.
Paul Santabarbara provided excellent service in my purchase of a Toyota Camry. He clearly explained all the features of the of the car during the purchase. Once purchased, he did an excellent job in explaining all the bells and whistles in the car.

Dealer seemed great at first and then continuously kept trying to get me in the most expensive vehicle possible even though I had the print out of exactly what I wanted. When I motioned at building one online (a base model with zero add-ons) I did not receive a return call and instead kept getting the runaround post first appt. Sad excuse for a dealer.
Everyone I dealt with, from sales to finance, was very responsive, honest and friendly. Without pressure, I purchased a 2021 Prius that I love. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

How can the terrible experience of totaling your car and the angst of having to buy a new one actually turn out to be a great experience? Felicia Bryan. Having visited several dealerships, not getting honest answers and feeling somewhat pushed around, I was fortunate to meet Felicia. She is knowledgeable, personable and genuine. She did not try to sell me something I did not want or need and there was no pressure whatsoever. At other dealerships I immediately sensed the game but not with Felicia. She wanted to sell me a car, thats her job but she was also working for me. In fact, after I had decided to buy the car she called a few days later having spoken to her manager. They were going to apply some of the upcoming Conicelli discounts to the purchase price which was a significant savings for me. She called the rental car agency so that was something I did not have to deal with on the day I picked up my car. I didnt even know Concellis slogan was A Nice Place To Do Business and I might not have believed it. However, they walk the talk. The whole experience from start to finish was easy, pleasant and actually enjoyable. Thank you Felicia and Conicelli!

Terrible experience at Conicelli. They definitely lost my trust this time. I went for maintenance and inspection and was told to change my 4 tires because I was at 55,000 miles and they would not pass the inspection. I changed my tires once since I bought the car and they did not say anything about a specific problem with my tires. I went to change my tires somewhere else (Conicelli was asking $170 for each tire) and was told to ask for a diagnostic to Conicelli, which I did. I even kept one tire to show them. They told me theres nothing wrong with my tires and then they gave me someone elses car and key!!I went again somewhere else to get an alignment as it would be the first thing to do and apparently something is bent under. :(Dont tell me to call because Ive done that in the past and nothing has changed.
On 1/30/2021 I was on a mission to fix a mistake I had made which was getting a car through Carvana. I had this particular car for only a month and being 9 months pregnant, I did not feel safe in this car and it just made me miserable. I thought I could deal with it but I passed the trial period and was stuck. I had been a customer Of conicelli previously and I decided that was the place I wanted to be. I had a very knowledgeable sales women Heather and not only was she pleasant but she was honest. We thoroughly went over all options and there was no feeling of being rushed nor were they trying to take advantage of me coming in alone. We found the perfect vehicle and even the financial officer was amazing. They fit everything in my budget, didn’t treat me like some bum and i just overall had a great experience! Thank you again to Heather and Mr. Moore (finance) for everything!

Great dealership! Bob was very kind and patient and he made sure I got the best car with the best deal. He went out of his way to make me feel at home and never pressured me into getting anything I did not want. Out of all the Toyota dealerships I went to trying to find a car, this one was the most flexible with pricing and finance. Would definitely recommend!!!

Maria and Vee are truly miracle workers. I have never felt like I had a dealership fight to get me and my family what we wanted in car, but these two specifically and the entire team did just that this morning. I could not recommend anyone else in the business after the experience we had.

I bought my car from Conicelli a few years back. It was my very first time purchasing a car. The salesman was lackluster, but I did think I was getting a fair price. He even lowered the price of the car, under the condition that I got an additional warranty that was described to me as covering anything from bumper to bumper that is not under the hood for the duration of the loan. So three years after I purchase my car, the latch in my trunk breaks. I take it into Conicelli to get repaired only to find out that the salesperson sold me a 3-year warranty, which does not correlate with his promise of the duration of my loan. I had to bring my car due to recalls and asked on the phone, on two seperate occasions, if the warranty would cover this fix, and no one would provide me with an answer. When I dropped off my car, I asked again, and no one would provide me with an answer. After the recalls were fixed, I get a call saying my warranty expired six months ago and they will do an evaluation for $65- go figure. I will not be doing any further business with Conicelli in the future, and recommend you do not either.

I called, spoke to salesman Eddie Ruiz, explained my negative equity situation (which was difficult enough for other places to not even call me back), and told him what i wanted to try and do. He spoke to the finance department, came back with the framework of a deal, i told him i needed a little better, they came back with WAY better and i had my new Tacoma that night. The car-buying process can be brutal, but Eddie and his team couldn’t have made it easier. This is my 4th car from this dealership, right up front they asked why they lost me last time, and did everything they could you get me back. Couldn’t be happier. Go see Eddie if you want a stress free deal
Worst experience. I came in, no one even looked at me for a few minutes. Then someone showed me to the front desk to check in, both ladies ignored me for a couple minutes. I’m looking around, waiting to be serviced when there’s barely anyone in here. I asked for a specific person because my parents always bought cars from him, but the front desk told me they’re gonna give me whoever is assigned to me. I guess because I didn’t look like a million bucks, they ignored me. Ridiculous.

We test drove 2 pre-owned vehicles & had a less than great trade-in. They secured financing for us, Ahmad kept us informed every step of the way while we waited, & the price was exactly as advertised.We were never pressured into services we didnt need, everything in our financing paperwork was explained, & we easily declined some of the additional coverage.My husband & I are thrilled with his vehicle!
