Paid car off was told wed be reimbursed for GPS. Husband went it on the September 1, said the mail check the next week. Husband went back by the 15th, no one there. They dont return phone calls or emails. Still havent been reimbursed. We wont be buying another vehicle from this establishment.

Major scam they take money off a prepaid debit then claim that it neber went thruThey say they have not sent repo out yet repo shows up physically assults you cause major injury and brusing and I had to file chargesRepo told me I could not have my purse they physically threw our stuff out of the van on the aide of the roadI have a law suit my attorney feels they are responsible for what their repo men did

We had an excellent experience here. Brandon is a sweetheart and was extremely helpful and sincere. We had some difficulty with getting our loan settled and he was very patient and kind and bent over backwards to help....even driving the truck to our mechanic to get it checked out on his day off, which was eclipse day. Thankfully he didnt miss it.

I was there about thirty minutes ago. My name is actually Kevin Gillock. The 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 I was interested had duct tape on the passenger side tail light and a big t-bone dent behind the rear wheel. Furthermore, the passenger side didnt have pictures to begin with. Even more concerning was the big spot of rust right next to the driver side door. I could see through it. The inside of the bed was rusting up too. They painted over it and therefore was uneven. I wont step foot on that lot again.

The guy seemed genuine when I found what I thought was a good car. He kept telling me if the car had any problems that the shop would’ve told him but then I figured out it was missing motor mounts so either he didn’t want to tell me that or his shop didn’t tell him. Lost my business sadly. For the record the car was rebuilt so it was a big deal since more things could have been wrong.

This was the worst car buying experience Ive had. Within two months of buying it it started having many issues.They paid for the repairs but they own the mechanic shop next door so it got repaired but never actually fixed the issues. Still have the same problems as before. NEVER buy here.

Very friendly at beginning to sell you a car. Very unprofessional when they repo your car. Owner of company will put his hands on you and push you around in your own front yard. Owner and his mechanic would not identify there selfs during repo. All we want was to see paper work and let us get r personal stuff out of van. They refused until SPD came out. They even lock my daughter in her van for a few minutes.

Hate to say this but I would never buy a car here again. Dont like how the owner work on the warranty.
