Buying our car was seamless and they were straight forward with everything! They also reported to the credit bureaus, so after we paid the car off we were able to go buy a brand new one later! Still have the car in the family and it runs just fine and its been more than 2 years since we paid it off! Everyone has always been nice and courteous with us, even when we were late a couple times.

I have been with Best Buy here pay here for two years now and this is the first major issue I have had. Life has been happening lately and I had to get two new tires two weeks ago and now I’m moving to a bigger place due to me being pregnant. I asked if I can pay partial payment this time around and then pay the rest the following week. Elisia (the new financial lady) advised me I would not be able to do this, and would be have to come in to sign a form to extend this payment plan option which was fine. When I had called she stated every time it can not be something. I advised this has only been two times, during the 2 years I have asked for another extension. She stated it has not and last paycheck it was tires, now it is moving (like I was lying). I stated it was tires I got two flats in one day, and had to pay for that, and now I’m moving last minute, but I could pay some of the payment. She informed me even though I was going to pay the full amount on the 18th... the 25th I’d have to pay 225 and then 9th have to pay 225. My payments are 150 each time normally. I asked if I was not able to pay early on the 18th. She said I could but it can’t be something every time. I stated I have made payments with them for 2 years, and there are people who don’t ever make a payment. She then stated I have not been making payments on time. While she is screaming on the phone with me, I asked to please let me talk and say what I have to say. She stated I could not. I hung up, texted her like she texted me before and told her to just pay the full payment with my card info. When my boyfriend called to speak to her, he was told he doesn’t know the full story and she hung up on him. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Life happens, and I just needed another week. I am very disappointed in this, and would not recommend anyone coming here!

Do not buy from them!!!! I got a 2005 Buick Lacrosse from them a few years ago. The car kept breaking down, needing expensive repairs. After making the third expensive repair of replacing head gaskets, I called them and told them I no longer wanted the vehicle due to the issues mentioned above. I told them which repair shop it was located at so they could come retrieve their vehicle. The car was overpriced at a little over $10, 000. I still owed on the vehicle. They sued me for the remainder of my loan which I have already paid for through them garnishing my wages. I have no problem paying what I owed because I know Im still legally responsible to do so. I get paid bi weekly and they have taken $500 to $800 every paycheck for the past 7 months. I have paid well over the amount left on the loan and they are still taking. Do not buy from these theifs!!!!

BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!Drove over and hour to come purchase a vechile, the guy Tim was pushy and kinda rude. They dont really wanna work with you at all. 8 references and all their past history too. And the head guy wasnt to friendly either! I would not even bother with wasting your time here! Me and my wife went here after we went and talked to jd byrider. We had 800 dollars to put down on a vehicle. The lady Heather acted like she really didnt want to try to help us. They had us fill out all the paperwork as if we was buying the vehicle. Then she sent the loan ap through after all that. We went to go to get something to eat while we was going to wait for it to go through. She called us 5 minutes later saying that we wasnt approved. But she told us that it would take 30 minutes to a hr for it to go through. So we believe that it was never even sent. So I would recommend that if you want a vehicle you would be way better off going somewhere else. They also told me that they have a 16 percent interest.

The salesman was very disrespectful and playing on his phone looking at Facebook and talking about doing drugs instead of doing his job and told me to leave when I brought it up customer service lady lied and said that she would handle everything and get my stuff done that day but didnt until the following day. If I could give this place a negative 5 Star, I would. Yes we still have the pos they sold us and no we’ve never been late on a payment. They sold us a car under false pretenses, and made some highly illegal mistakes. Currently in the process of legal steps. We gave them ample opportunities to make things right. They claim they are mainly trying to help folks who would otherwise not be able to purchase a car, but in reality they are taking advantage of hard working lower class citizens and robbing them. When their lemons rot, they do not help. They don’t care how you get to work and they don’t care if you get hurt because their vehicle failed on the interstate while going 70 mph. I don’t recommend this “business” and hopefully by the time we are done, Missouri has them shut down. Disclaimer: this is entirely my own opinion. I am not asking or telling anyone NOT to go here, but that it is in my opinion not a good idea. ( ;

Seriously go see them! I left an hour ago with a car and couldnt get to google to review them quick enough!! VERY friendly. Car salesman are usually overbearing and make me feel uncomfortable, but I literally felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. The process was easy, payments are affordable, and the car is beautiful! GO SEE THEM! 5 star place for sure!

Avoid them at all costs. I was in an emergency situation where I needed a car fast and this was the solution for me. This was my first experience with a dealership. I made a huge mistake of not doing my research because my car stopped working and I needed a car then and there to get me to work. It was naive to trust the quality of their cars and for the price they were selling them for to be reasonable. A week after I picked my car I began having issues and feeling ripped off. I discovered that my car was only worth about $4K and I was going to end up paying $12K for it. I shrugged it off telling myself it would help my credit. The salesman who had sat in the back seat during the test drive failed to tell me that the seat did not lock in. The windows stopped working within a month. To top everything off the inspection from the dealership was out of date so when I went get an inspection to tag my car it would not pass and I did not have the $500 to fix it. I got tickets at least twice a month for invalid tags and because of that the car was costing me over 600 a month. I finally gave up on trying to pay off the car when I got pregnant because I needed a safe car and surrendered the car with $8K left on it which will likely end up being garnished from my wages anyways. If you are needing a car fast the long term consequences of buying a car here will be much worse than the immediate consequences of not having a car.

Well just wasted my time the past TWO days trying to finance a car at this place. I decided to pay this place a visit because I saw a post on Facebook marketplace. The price looked affordable and the description said NO CREDIT, BAD CREDIT, GOOD CREDIT all accepted. Considering I’m 19 and this will be my first ever car. First visit on Friday with Heather Henderson and it was going great at first until they found out my boyfriend had only been at his job for 3 and a half months, at this point I had been sitting there for 5 hours waiting to find out that information. So she tried pressuring us in to trying to get a family member or friend to loan us 500$ to put a down payment along with our 500 knowing our circumstances with family. She then told us we needed a co signer, and to be able to have a co signer they need pay stubs, proof of residence, etc and keep in my mind I had my grandma drive me to Springfield living 2 hours away, knowing that my family couldn’t give that information since we didn’t figure we needed it. We were denied the first time because we didn’t have credit even tho we were told we didn’t need it. We found a co-signer but Heather told us we needed to come up with “some little lies” to be able to be approved. We went a long with what she said, she lied on the application said I had a child, I lived in Springfield with my boyfriends grandma, I was a stay at home mom. She also knew beforehand my co signer didn’t have a drivers license but it would be okay if they lived with me. After she filled out the application for the 3rd time, she told us to come back Monday morning to pick our car up. Hinting that we got approved. So we traveled back to Springfield to pick our Car up only to come to find out we had been denied because the co signer didn’t have a license. Heather had me call all my references to make sure they told the caller the lies were true. The original car I went to look at needed service, so they tried to sell me a ford tarus which I took to my mechanic on the test drive and it had at least 5 problems that would cost 400$ to replace, they then had me drive a Nissan Altima which I wanted to buy but they told me was reserved for someone else, then they automatically signed me up for a Kia which I didn’t even get to test drive. If you’re young and looking to get a vehicle avoid this place. They’re lying and worried about their paychecks. Their main priority was to make sure to get paid for selling a car to us.

Be prepared to deal with one of the rudest people she can talk to you however she want but when you send it back she throws a fit Thelma is her name.

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. My daughter and husband have a car through here, my daughter changed jobs and needed to change her due dates, and tried to work something out with the payment that is currently due. Should have been a simple enough process, but no it wasnt. After the conversation with my daughter I get a call, shes in tears, scared that they are going to repo her car, because she was supposedly told if the payment wasnt made on time then it would repod before she could make the payment on the 15th which is the arrangement she was trying to make with them. (2 weeks difference) My child is 18, this is her first car that has been bought this way she now nothing of how this all works. So I call the dealer, speak with Crystal, which is the same person my daughter talked to, she was LESS than helpful! I asked a very general question about what the process was if a payment isnt made on time. She informed me to have my daughter call and give permission to speak to me and ended up hanging up on me. I had my daughter call, daughter informs me that Crystal tells her that I was asking specific questions about the account which I wasnt and dont need too as my husband is on the loan as well, I am very well informed as to the state of the account. I then call Crystal back, I again ask what the process is, to which she starts by telling me that she had already explained it all to my daughter. I asked again to explain to me, she then started speaking to me as if I was unintelligent or something, speaking very slowly telling me well there is a letter that gets sent out, and its called a right to cure she then stops, I jump in and ask at what time that letter goes out, she rudely tells me 10 days after missed payment, I then ask how long does the letter give to make the payment, she starts telling me that she doesnt send them out corp does, and that I can find that information anywhere online (again very rudely) At this time, I jumped in again and stated 21 days, she then very snottily says yes. I then asked her if that is the process then why was my daughter told that it would be repossessed by the 15th. She hatefully says I didnt tell her that, and that my daughter said I (her mom) was crazy and that she didnt know why I was calling and asking questions she then hung up on me again. Well heres the deal. I have worked in collections, I know a car cant be repod in 2 weeks, I also know that my daughter wouldnt have any idea where to get any of this information other than from Crystal, and given the fact that she certainly was doing everything in her power to not have to answer any of my questions leads me to believe that she did In fact mislead my child into thinking that they would come and repo her car if the payment isnt made on time. Crystal should learn to have some tact when speaking with people, and should understand that being rude, hateful and hanging up on people is no way to ensure repeat customers. Payments will be made till at which point car can be paid off and then we will do business with this company again and will tell EVERYONE we know not to as well and to go to Carmart instead. Word of mouth is the best type of advertisement.

I had a terrible experience here they sold me a lemon and I broke down on the side of the highway going 70 mph. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They take advantage of women and people with lower credit scores. They do not care about your safety and talk to you very disrespectfully. Do not buy a car from these people you will be sorry

DO NOT BUY HERE! I realize that you are going to pay more at buy here pay here place but when they wont work with you when something goes wrong, thats not right. When I went in and talked to them and told them the car was broke down all I got was oh sorry. We cant help. They didnt care and I told them they could have it back they had me go talk to the lady to have it picked up because I could drive it in. They didnt even TRY to work with me. Ive made payments on time for over a year and that didnt hold any appreciation with them at all.

Liars. They offer a warranty and then dont honor it. They offer a $50 incentive if you recommend them to another customer and they buy a car, but then the incentive is never paid. Avoid this place. Liars, cheats, thieves.
