Ed Yassa was wonderful throughout the buying process. He did not sell too hard and was very reasonable with negotiations. He was honest and went the extra mile to send me a wheel rim center cap that was missing for one of the car tires. Overall pleasurable experience and Ill do business with him again!

As with buying any used car i expected a few issues to pop up, Theresa offered to sell an ASC warranty with the vehicle. After doing research ASC is a reputable warranty company. So one was purchased.

Be careful when dealing with these people. Tell you one thing and do another. Slippery like to many car lots. They are not a “dealer”. Small lot with small lot morals. And don’t let them do any paint touch up whatever you do! UPDATE! So I gave them a poor review and they made up a bad review of me. How childish and bush league. What you would expect of a small time car lot. Don’t just take mine for example, there are others there when you read them carefully. By the way his deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE after saying would they would have it painted for real and agreeing on a firm price. Definitely one of the car lots to stay away from. Enter at your own risk and buyer beware with your hard earned money.

Bought my new ride here. First impression was awesome, had a small problem! They sent someone to my house to check it out, it needed to be looked at further in their shop not a blizzard!! They sent a tow truck!!! Fixed the problem. And brought my car back to me across town!!! Ed, Theresa, and their mechanic Michael were awesome!! I highly recommend you buy your vehicle here! They seemed exceptionally helpful over the phone and answered all my questions and seemed like they were going above and beyond. Unfortunately, it turned out they were just really good at talking the talk.Drove 8 hours round trip to see/purchase a pickup that I was told was a solid truck. Luckily I went and paid for an inspection at a local mechanic and it turned out the truck wasnt even safe to drive; the entire front end needed to be replaced, upper and lower control arms, tie rods, wheel hubs, etc. There was also a huge brake fluid leak in the master cylinder. Aristocrat Autosports said they had already done rack and pinion, power steering pump, hub assembly, and all the fluid changes, so they should have known all the problems with the truck. Third gear (it was a manual Dodge diesel) was also grinding like crazy (meaning the transmission would need to be replaced soon) and they tried to tell me it was fine and that they had all driven the truck plenty. I would be wary and definitely take any car youre thinking of buying from them to a certified mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection.

Good service at the time of sale. My only complaint is that I was told I would get the title the next day. They do not keep titles in office due to thieves. I was told I would have it Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. A week later, we contacted them to ask and it was shipped out to me that day. I do not mind a delay, just let me know.

I service their trash disposal needs and they are always very friendly.

Great, honest, straightforward people. Cars well below market value, and got us in and out very quickly. No high pressure sales or funny business. This is my 2nd car from them, and hopefully many more.

I bought a used (2014) car and signed an AS-IS Agreement, and did not buy the warranty either. The transmission had to be replaced and was in and out of the Ford Dealership a month out of the 3 months I owned it. Lesson Learned - Buy the warranty.

The dealership had three vehicles I was interested in. Drew was friendly and upfront about the work done and needed for each car and let me test drive quickly. I never felt pressured; he was very helpful and willing to negotiate. He even called other dealerships to help me find what I was looking for. Though they didnt end up having the right vehicle for me, I would try this dealership in the future.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, I randomly came across these guys and sent a text message to the contact number listed. Immediately Ed responded and talked to me about location and hours of the store. I went straight there and was greeted outside as I pulled in the lot. First thing I noticed was the vehicles looked very nice. I informed Drew who I was and told him the vehicle I was interested in and he handed me the keys and said Go drive it, I know you will love it. He was very confident and I was super skeptical but this place has won me over. Ed and Drew are great guys and have lived up to their word even after the sale. I ran into a small cosmetic problem and brought it back to talk about it. Ed took me out back and grabbed their on site mechanic who dropped what he was doing to help me out . They apologized for the troubles and inconvience and ordered new parts that were needed without any hassel. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even if you dont know what you want, you cant go wrong talking to these guys. Thanks for all the help and continued support .

These people are amazing. I primarily dealt with Theresa the general manager, they didnt just put a pretty face up front, shes knows what shes doing too. Also spoke with Ed (owner) alot too. The staff is extremely honest, one main quality you dont find with used car dealerships anymore. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a bit, they had one online and I remembered the lot from passing by it and seeing all the nice cars. I was thinking because of the high quality of vehicles they keep, they could be snooty and I wouldnt be able to afford it. But on the contrary, I was treated with the upmost respect and was given a great deal. They are not there to make a fortune off of one sale, they sell so many so quickly it gives them the ability to sell amazing cars for great prices. They offer a lifetime engine warranty for free with almost every vehicle too. Theresa also told me if I had any problems to just let her know, had a foglight issue and she had it fixed in less then a hour. I will seriously be back when its time to get my wife a new car. I dont usually write reviews but for what they did for me, I thought it was only right to tell everyone I know about the experience I had. Thanks again guys.
