I bought a truck from them in March. Within 24 hrs of driving the vehicle the check engine light came on. I notified Bruce he told me to bring it in and they will fix it. I ended up bringing it in 4 different times each time I was told it was fixed. It is still having the same issue I havent even driven this truck 1500 miles and now I have to get a new engine for it. I have tried to contact Bruce about it since April and still no response.Here is an update! I called the dealership the next day after I left this review and I spoke to the Manager Dewayne he told me that the owner saw my review and wasnt happy I left this review and that if I hadnt left the review then he would of fixed the problem. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has a bad engine and will cost about 6000 to fix.

Leo is very kind and a honest sales man. I bought my car for a reasonable price and when I bought the warranty ( I suggest you dont because they wont pay or fix anything even when it is within the contracts conditions) and he personally helped me fix my car. Every single staff worker there has great customer service and has that extra touch of personal friendliness. I have been ripped off at other places and I finally found a honest car salesman. 10 out of 10 recomend!

This has been the best experience I have had purchasing a used vehicle at a dealership! After a verbal and written agreement to buy a camper for a set price and establishing a time for pick up and payment, the camper was sold out from underneath me 5 hours later. I was never given the opportunity to conduct business with the individual, but dealt solely with Leo, the manager at 417 Autoland. He messaged me on Facebook Messenger and confirmed the acceptance of my offer, and when I called him this morning, he verbally agreed to it, the sale, and a pickup time of 4:00, Monday, April 27th. He never asked for or indicated a needed deposit. Had he requested one or advised one would be required to hold the camper, I would have provided one today. The business owner then sold it out from under me for a different price, claiming it was his own personal property. When I was contacted by Leo this afternoon, he advised me it belonged to the dealership owner and he could do whatever he wanted with his own personal property. The camper was listed through 417 Autoland, and it was listed through 417 Autolands Facebook page, which is where I found the listing. All contact was made with 417 Autoland through the Facebook Messenger App, until I called this morning. When I tried to establish an earlier pick up time on Sunday, Leo advised me that it was being sold through 417 Autoland and they were not allowed to conduct sales on a Sunday. But when it came time to advise me of it being sold to someone else later today, it became the personal property of the business owner.

Bought a car from them almost a year ago and was forced into a warranty I didnt know I had till a month in. Along with that I was fined about 1k due to the person who bought my trade in never did the title work and it all came back on me. The last strike for me was when I had to dump about 4k into fixing a car with only 101k miles on it when I bought it. Had to fix the oil cover gaskets, ignition switch and cylinder lock, new battery, and some transmission work. It still needs work from damages from before I got it. The shop I took it to asked how it ever passed inspection when I got it. Due to some sway bar links being loose as all hell. Along with the exhaust system having an obvious leak. Was told it most likely happened a while ago due to the amount of damage its caused on the engine and exhaust manifold. The oil leak happened long beforeWas told it had new tires. Had to get new ones in March. I wont go back to them ever again. Due to having paid so much for repairs on an 8 year old car and for having to pay fines due to them not having done some paper work on my trade.I would give less than 1 star if I could. Just not worth going to when you can get a car from a reputable dealership for less or equal to the value they have their cars at.

We picked up a great used vehicle here that was exactly as advertised. We secured credit offer from our bank, but they were able to give us much better rates using one of their partner banks. Extremely happy! Would recommend!

I needed a reliable car and checked this place out on a whim. I dont have the highest credit score but my salesman Deon said he could work with me. I was happily approved and put in a 2007 Toyota Camry. Everything is runs smoothly and Ive had no problems so far. It is a small dealership and the owner was very helpful. The pre-owned car I purchased was in great shape with everything working well. He even checked a minor problem that I was having with my old car even though he doesnt usually work on other cars. They also attached the temporary license plate for me which was a great help.

Leo was great throughout the whole buying process!I had an awful experience with a previous dealership who gave me no options and an extremely high monthly payment. I looked online at 417autoland and fell in love with a with a Nissan Juke they had. I had less than stellar credit, so I was super worried that my payments were going to be outrageous. I also had a Ford Fiesta that I traded in and was offered enough for it to cover the loan on it. I feel that they were generous and fair and they do whatever they can to really help the customer. They work with several financial lending companies that compete with each other to get the best rate for you. The mechanics and staff were super nice and they offered me soda. My payments were way lower than I thought they would be and they also financed the warranty and sales tax within the payment! I was able to get it all done and take home the car that same day! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET ANY CAR FROM THIS PLACE!This is the first time I actually rated and called the BBB on my life. I was sold a as is car for 7,000 with over 3,000 of repairs.List of repairs-four tires-pressure hose-belt-locks-window repair(later rolled down, but didnt come back up)-battery-having transmission issues-pressure hose cause leaks towards the engine please pray for me thereI was told if I had any problems come back and theyll fix it for cheap, but when I did come back things was different. The owner ingored me and still to this day havent called me back. The rating is fixed with the owners family and friends support. Its not true. Check facebook out and the BBB.

Do NOT recommend! Was told 3500 on a trailblazer shook hands and when we went to do paperwork it jumped to 4000. Was told it had no wreck on report but at the end it was disclosed that it was reported with frame damage. The salesman matt was a liar and very unproffesional. Wouldnt send my enemy to these guys!! They obviously dont mind ripping people off! #worstcarbuyingexperienceever
