Great place if your looking for a gift and dont know what to get for that special person. Theyre chocolates are delicious. The lady that helped me was awesome and very helpful, unfortunately I didnt catch her name.

For Valentines Day, Gertrude Hawk Chocolates sold fresh chocolate dipped Strawberries.It was my first visit to buy gifts for friends. Oh my goodness, the Strawberries were HUGH!! They were sweet, unbelievable luscious and the best chocolate dipped Strawberries Ive ever had. I went back today to purchase more for family. OK, totally guilty pleasure, I ate my share in the car! I couldnt wait!They have great quality products and friendly staff.

The employees were really nice and helpful. Its not often you encounter people that genuinely care for their business or customers (especially in this mall). The chocolate was awesome! The pecan candied nuts are exquisite!

Ohhhh so good but not enough white chocolate choices

Entering the store a Blond hair women said Hi did I know what I wanted as she was filling a box of candy into display case and I answered milk chocolate pretzels, I waited patiently, another girl was at the sink and they continued there conversation and I waited til the woman finished filling candy tray and she asked again if I knew what I wanted and again stated milk chocolate pretzels and she said she was out and didn’t know when they would be in that there was some in the box on shelf behind me so I picked up a box came back to counter and she left me standing there while she waited on someone who came in after me, I put the box back and walked out. I was patient enough for her to finish what she was doing when I came in then she just totally ignored me and the other girl just stood there. Horrible and Rude service, I visit there often as well as my family so needless to say none of us will be returning.

I like their chocolates . The lady who work there is very helpful and nice.

Great place to buy homemade style Artisan chocolates still family-owned and Maiden Pennsylvania thats a great combination and the chocolate taste fabulous Frozen cheesecake, ice cream, strawberries apples potato chips Rice Krispies and marshmallows covered in chocolate.

Best dark chocolate I ever had from here and as well as for the chocolate covered strawberries
