Great store, great prices. I havent been in awhile and they have upgraded and it looks amazing. I found so much stuff and then some.

There were a lot of nice things there. Prices on a lot of things were pretty high. Most people would go to thrift stores where prices are more reasonable rather than buy from you.

Some of their items are over priced but all around its a great second hand store. Not every thing is used, they also sell brand new items. Lots of paint in the right now..

First time and pleasantly surprised. Wide selection of materials, supplies alliances and furniture. This is a great place to pick stuff up for really great prices and as a bonus, support H4H at the same time.

You can never plan on finding a specific thing but you can always find a suprise treasure

My fiance and friends cam in today and bought ourselves a curio cabinet for $25. They bring it to the loading dock and asked if it needs to go into the red truck with the trailer on the bike. My fiance said no the truck is a tan dodge with a trailer on the back. The staff said ok. As we go outside our truck shows up. The staff said they are ready to load and they need to see our reciept for proof of purchase. As I hand the loader the receipt he looks at and and says your the ones that bought the cabinet? I told him yes. Sorry sir, but it was loaded onto the wrong truck . Of course it was the red one that we told them not to load it on. So we get a refund. Now there was another one that was $55 and I asked the manager if he can mark it down since they loaded the one we just bought on the wrong truck. He said we can show it it him. Once he looks at his all he can say is no, I already marked it down to a lower price I left my bike helmet on the counter to show thes manager the cabinet. As I walk by the old lady who runs the desk makes a smart remark saying shes Im lucky that I came back for my helmet or she would has given that away too. They didnt even checked this guys reciept and let him take what we bought. This place needs to get there things together andakensure they check everything. Bad enough one guy paid for a walker and they tried to say he stole it. People here are rude.

Me and my wife go there often and find good deals.

I called and asked if they had any tubs. Only reason I was needing one was cause we lost our home due to fire and trying to rebuild. The person answering phone said yes so we drove 60 miles one way. When bought we asked if had warranty they said 15 days. Got it home and didn’t even have a pump so it was useless. Drove all the way back and they refused to warranty it. Spoke with the manager and very rude same as said we was lying. I went and bought a new one could have saved the 225 dollars spent on tub and gas. I refuse to ever go there again

It was very educational in terms of our city loosing Sears and Montgom ery Wards and Herrs . HFH offer a nice variety of home goods and childrens mind type of busy toys. Adult versions of Fisher Price Toys selection which make good for playing house!******

Arrived before close, but they locked the doors early. I knew exactly what I needed and where it is located. But I can only assume it is because of laziness or poor work ethic they would not keep their doors open until close. For a place that makes money off of free donations you would think they could at least stay open until the time they post as closing time.. So disappointed.

I love habitat!! Theyve always got things at such a good discount compared to the department stores, and everything is practically new building materials and home goods. We go there SEVERAL times a week since were remodeling the fire damage in our home. And getting it done for WAY less thru habitat!

As with any charity store, selection is limited to whatever they get, BUT Restore generally has more selection than most. On the other hand, the staff is decidedly unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of being surly. You get the feeling they just wish youd leave. That may be why its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone there. Dont ask for them to hold anything and they will NOT deliver for any price and neither do they, as many other such stores do, keep a list of people who will deliver for a price. So, once you walk into the store, expect to be on your own.

Love this place. You can get something for your home for way less.....

Prices on furniture and pictures (some) were priced high considering the condition of some items-other items were priced good (like a beautiful queen sized bed frame for $65...paint was priced cheap!!! Workers were very friendly!

This place is an awesome resource for Habitat for Humanity, a non-for-profit. Occasionally you get some really good deals! But sometimes the newer things that are donated end up being the same price or more than Lowes. But it goes to a really good cause! So I dont feel bad paying more

If youre a DYI kind of person and that really loves bargains this is the place to check out. Tools, supplies, hardware, furniture and many other items.

Habitat For Humanity ReStore is a unique store; the name says it all. Sometimes its just fun to look, and sometimes we come home with treasures.

Friendly staff, and always seem to find something we can use.

I Remember going here and things were very reasonable. Now you really have to search to find true deals. Some things are priced the same as going to Lowes or Menards.

If you are doing any kind of home repairs, check here first. I love this place! The staff is so friendly and hard working.

They where really emptier than usual and it took forever to get help to load a sink.

Everyone working here were great help and I was very pleased with the cost of things. Quite a selection of goods and well organized.

They cover Greene, Christian and Webter counties. I LOVE the fact that our money stays local. I LOVE this store and shop there a lot! The pricing id fair. The money made goes to build houses in our own area and NOT somewhere we didnt know.

Will give a better rating when people with health issues are allowed in the store without masks.

Great Store-Great Prices. I love this store. I always come out with a terrific bargain. Sometimes I stop by with no projects in the works. Just to look around. There are so many cool things to see and buy. Prices are very low and selection is awesome. Staff has always been super friendly and kind.

Great resource store to get anything housing for a cheap price. Have gotten washers, dryers, and a recliner from here. All worked great for a great price.

Ive been to a few different Habitat for humanity type stores and this one was pretty good. It is organized, and the prices are decent. Bought credenza for $45, super solid and in good shape. Deck stain $13/gal. Just go in knowing that it isnt Home Depot. You never know what you will find, and its always changing. Folks were helpful loading the credenza too.

I do not know why the people at habitat have to be so difficult. Theyre either rude poor tempered or just completely impossible. My wife went in there and by mistake bought some electric light fixtures that the electrician who had volunteered said would work for our trailer but failed to inform her that they would pull a lot of power and wouldnt be that bright. Its quite obvious that they just wanted to make a sale. And since they have a strict no refund policy youre over a barrel if things dont work out. I have shopped at habitat for 20 years and as the reviews on their site state fair prices have become really ridiculous. There doesnt seem to be any regulation or oversight with this company and there really should be. Theyre parking is horrible! Theyre service is horrendous. Once in a great while youll find somebody whos helpful and courteous and I tipped them in cash which I know theyre not supposed to take and Im not supposed to offer but Im so overwhelmed with gratitude that I do it. The concept and the overall principle of what theyre doing is fantastic but the people that they employ and the way that they handled themselves is absolutely disgusting. I even found myself almost getting in a fight physically with an employee because I did not understand that some brackets that were for sale went to a table set because of the way that they had it organized I did not understand that. And all I wanted to do was to buy the bracket and the employee told me that I wanted something for nothing which was not true I was willing to pay for the bracket as it was priced I just didnt want to buy the table top with it that was priced separately. I wish there was another alternative but they are the only game in town. When you go there take a tape measure with you do not expect anything youll have to help yourself or get help. You cannot return anything you cannot get credit. Youll have to have very thick skin and just beware, when you go there.Just left there just now and they try to double charge me for the same pendant light. I caught it and went back and had them redo the ticket and there was no apology. I mentioned it to the cashier and there was no remorse. Im going to continue to post these to let everybody know to keep the guard up when they go in there!

We are doing a kitchen and bath remodel so my wife thought it might be a good idea to donate all kitchen appliances, all working and in good condition except the stove, all counter tops, mirrors, cabinet pulls (42). But the rude associate that called us back said it wouldn’t be worth the gas to send a truck out to pick them up. Keep in mind we have donated to them in the past and they have always picked up here.The associate had an attitude the moment he got on the phone. I guess we will just sell everything ourselves or donate to a worthy charity.

Great place to find excellent deals. Some new items, most are used with lots of life left. Some dishes, appliances, lots of material for remodeling your home. Freindly staff, they dont deliver but will help you load you items in your car. Cant wait until my next trip to find more treasures for my home.

This resource is one that few think of when they are doing a renovation. I picked up a shower/tub combo for $150 in great shape (theres about a dozen more to choose from). Lots of appliances, doors, door trim, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and even computer work stations. The neatest thing is that the stock changes almost daily so its worth a return visit. Also, the people that work their are very friendly & helpful. For instance I purchased some items & forgot them in a cart. Shirley helped me locate them the next day. All the $ goes to a good cause so its a win-win. I cant believe I didnt hear about this place before.

Bought decorative shutters, new in box, was assisted by staff and assured it was the one I wanted, when I opened to install it, turned out its the other kind. Lost the tiny receipt they gave, paid with credit card. When I went back to see if I can get a store credit for the items that are still in original condition, they declined. Even if its their staffs fault for assuring me that i got the right item in the first place.Very unreasonable store!

Good place to check out if remodeling or buying furniture or appliances

We live over an hour away from Springfield so I called to ask if they had 2 different things that Im looking for and I plan to buy in the next few days. The worker that ended up with my call was very rude, kept telling me to just come in, then said (about one of my items) oh yeah we got 3 of them sitting right here. He was either unwilling or unable to tell me the dimensions of the thing in question and then he seemed to just walk away, didnt hang up, didnt explain, just laid the phone down. We have bought a lot of stuff from them over the years so this was disappointing. Just come in its a 130 mile round trip. Nope. Amazon will bring the brand new thing to my door and in this case probably less expense involved.

Great place to shop for a great cause! you never know what you are going to find but you always know youll find but you know youll find some kind of surprise! my only complaint is prices! while i know its going to a great cause, and a lot of the items are fairly priced, i have seen more than a few items grossly overpriced! I think a little more research is needed on the pricing of some items.

Worse place ever!!! Everything is overpriced especially since things are donated by the public and their staff is hateful as anyone could ever be if you ask them if they would consider lower price.You can find find nicer items at a flea market for cheaper prices,I dont know what these people are thinking.Also some of the people that donate should go see the prices their charging the public for the items your trying to be so kind to help people with smaller incomes with.Personally I think they should be ashamned and they didnt use to be so greedy and unkind.Thats the truth too and their store isnt very well kept.

The prices are WAY too high for used donated items. Weve been going to the Restore for almost four years and have steadily seen prices creep up to almost new retail prices. Not worth the price for heavily used items. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible place I had hired this company habitat of humanity to do some work on my home and the wall molded up and they put garden hoses on the pipes instead of regular pipes I would not hire these people to do work on your home unless you want a circus as a house then they threatened u and your property if you dont pay them after theyre using the wrong equipment on your property do not hire these people if you do youre stupid

The people working there today (8/8/18) have no respect or care for customers. No one could help me find anything and had an attitude whenever it ask a question. Also ALWASE bring your phone and look up similar products before purchasing espicaly on lights/rugs/electrical/appliances most everything I was Interested in could be found for less at lowes brand new...

I have both donated to and purchased from ReStore. It supports a good cause and is worth checking out if you are going to be working on a home improvement or woodworking project. I suggest visiting periodically as new donations are continuously recieved.
