Very helpful. Got 4 new tires on my Ram in less than 40 minutes. They caught a separated belt on my left front which wouldnt be good since I drive a lot of highway miles. Love the new tires good rating drives very nice!

Very fast and friendly service. My first time visiting a tire place since my husband of 40 years passed. As a woman I was scared to be taken advantage of. I was surprised to find very kind, caring and helpfulness in Les Schwab employees. I am now a loyal customer for sure.

They saved the day!!! Saturday 4:40, getting gas in the boat for lake day Sunday…..noticed my tire sidewall is starting blow out…..made it to Les Schwab at 4:50. They met me in the parking lot as I pulled up, they were more than happy to help, getting 4 new tires for the boat trailer now- almost done in 25 minutes from arriving! Fantastic service!!!

I really like to going there they do exactly what size tires I needed the price was good and they dead a alignment on my car which helped tremendously. I drove home the next day almost 300 miles that was the best ride Ive ever had in my car.

Staff are really great and they are very knowledgeable!! I bought a new set of tires and after I left my low tire pressure light came on and only had 24 psi in one of my new tires. I had to stop at a gas station and fill up my tire just next time please make sure all tires are filled.

I watched their staff rush after each new car to expedite everyones visit...they opened doors for every customer they could and gave phenomenal customer service to everyone that came in. Even though they were very busy they never lost focus on customer care. An elderly gentleman came walking across the parking lot with some riding lawn mower tires and as soon as he was spotted with that heavy load a technician rushed from the bay (and I mean ran across the parking lot to help him) and took the tires from him and carried them to the bay all the while smiling and asking what he could do to help :) it literally made my day!!! I am really pleased with my experience with Les Scwab. I originally went in to purchase and have new tires placed on my vehicle. During their check they discovered that the left wheel bearing needed replaced. I was upset because only 7 months earlier I had it replaced by a local tire & auto shop competitor! Les schwab successfully replaced the wheel bearing and also did an alignment. My car is in perfect driving condition. Thank you Les schwab for having high standards and good employees with excellent work ethics! I am definitely a returning customer from now on!

I recently bought a vehicle with new tires on it. The other day I came out to a flat tire, I found a small piece of metal sticking out of it so I took it to Les Schwab on Harlow in Springfield. I expected to pay $40 or so but they said there was no charge for it. When I pressed them said they wouldnt charge me but asked that I come back when I need tires. I plan on it with that kind of service. Very nice amd professional in every way.

Our adopted son was stranded on the side of I-5 outside of Eugene. He blew a tire. He didn’t have the means to get help. We contacted our local Les Schwab in Lakeview, Oregon. Our local manager Kerry Rucker was able to contact the local manager at this store, Kevin Johnson, who went out of his way to get him back on the road and mobile again. As usual Les Schwab went the extra mile to get someone back on the road!

So hears the deal, the place is alright. Im a bit disappointed because I set a appointment one week in advance for 8am. Get to the location five minutes before they open the doors second person to be helped. I have Les Schwab tires and I have been here multiple times now and it has been the same deal each time. But I see other cars going ahead of me and people walking in and the Les Schwab employees taking there vehicles ahead of mine. I guess Im just confused a little and dont understand how this business is supposed to run. I thought you set a appointment show up for your appointment and you get great service in a first come first serve basis. My time is just as important as the next and I think it isnt right is all Im saying and just wish I was taking care of better. Oh and just watched another vehicle go ahead of mine when I had came in before that customer.

So I had a screw in my tire. Since I just had my brakes done at another place, I first went there to see why my tire was loosing air. I arrived there at 5:15. They (who I wont mention) kept looking at their watch and saying they couldnt fix my tire. So I immediately drove over to Les Schwab who I had bought the tire from. They close at 6:00. When I arrived they instantly had me go into a stall. Saw the screw and told me they would take care if it. It is 5:57 and he is now putting my fixes tire back on my truck. Never once did I see him look at his watch as if I was putting him out because they are about to close. This is why I will continue buy tires from Les Schwab and no one else. Unbelievable customer service!

My truck was acting up so I called Les Schwab they told me they would look at my truck if I brought it in. Without an appointment they got me back on the road. My right front tire had 4 broken studs holding my rim on. Both sides had bad bearings. truck is running perfect I am so happy with the guys working on my truck. I am certain that if I would have kept driving I would have killed me or somebody else. Thank You Les Schwab

I usually swing by here once or twice a year to get tires switched out for my drift car. I think they were charging about $15 per wheel. Went in to get some new tires mounted and balanced that I bought elsewhere because they charge double there. They wanted $220 to mount and balance them. Thats robbery! I wont be going back again. Id rather give my dollar to a local mom and pop shop. For a business that prides themselves on customer service, this is not a good look. Theyll help...but theyre going to stick it to you first

Worst customer service in the world!! Waited almost 2 hours to get 4 new tires on my truck when I can do that faster myself. Also, there prices are through the roof. Be ready to spend an arm and a leg for them to look at seeing if they can fix a flat. However, Cameron was the only good part of the experience! He was super helpful and knowledgeable about helping me get the right tires.

These guys have fast and friendly service. I bought 4 new tires from them and then ran over a dead deer a couple days later on the freeway and flattened one of them. They fixed the smelly flat for free and even put it out back on fire me and took off the spare.

Poor customer service at this location cost you a lifetime customer. I spent an entire afternoon (over three hours) waiting for them to not do any of the very simple things I asked them to do. Now costing me another day of my time after waking up to a flat tire and go somewhere else to take care of what should have been done. I certainty understand running behind but making me wait hours for absolutely nothing is not good business.

Brought my truck in Thursday for a 12p appointment for brakes. They said they had me on the books for Wednesday. Incorrect. So I had to leave the truck with the information they could fit it in. Got a call late Thursday and it would not be finished. I was fine with that, reconfirmed they had my warranty information and understood how to contact them for payment. Truck finally done today. However they needed a signature from me so they could submit the invoice for payment. I could not get there to do that. They needed the warranty payment before they would release the truck. Warranty payment was approx $170 of a $980 brake job. So even if I paid my share there is no chance I could get the truck. My warranty company was almost closed so I just paid the full amount to ensure I could get my truck Saturday. I was able to reach my warrenty company who said an email from me would be sufficient to release payment to Schwab. I did that and called Schwab to ensure they sent the invoice. I was informed that since I paid the entire bill they would not accept the payment from my warranty company. Wait what? They won’t credit my card after they receive the warranty payment. “It’s not what we do” since the bill is now paid in full. I thought Les Schwab had better service than this. Now I have to fight with my warranty company to get payment. I bought my first set of custom rims from them when I was 16 and have been a customer ever since. That has come to an end with all the problems. I get mistakes happen but there was no willingness to resolve things.

Unfortunately you guys missed the rock in my tire yesterday and I went flat with no shoulder. It took 50 yards to get off of the road and wrecked my side wall. Now Im in lake view having to buy new tires. You guys have always been good to me, but not this time.

Staff was very accurate in their estimate of how long I would have to wait. This site has a comfortable lounge with free popcorn and coffee. Tire repair was provided quickly and for free. Schwab is the only dealer from whom I buy tires; their customer service is unmatched.

Tires are made in China and highly marked up. Recommended repairs are not always needed. I have been a certified mechanic and have gone to them and they try to upsell or replace parts that are not needed. I recommend Costco for Michelin or Bridgestone tires and a good local mechanics shop for repairs. Discount tire is very good also for good quality tires.

I always go to this location of Les Schwab rather than the one on Main Street in Springfield because the one on Harlow Road is always less busy than the one on Main Street. I also recommend getting an appointment if you can for service. I had brake issues and it was actually good to make an appointment. The one thing I also like about Les Schwab in general is that all my work is recorded and can be looked up at any location. So all the work remains consistent.

I am giving this store 1 star ONLY because I have to. I needed one of my tires repaired as it has a leak in it. I checked the vehicle bay when I pulled in and it only had 1 car in it, so I choose to stop before work.When I checked in at the counter, I let them know that I did not purchase my tires at LS and I expect to pay for the repair. I sat there for 50 minutes and my car never moved. I worked for LS 33 years ago and there was certainly a different was of servicing vehicles. This crew shouldnt bother running out to the parking lot or opening a door when the crew can not follow through with being efficient with a simple repair or ANY repair.I will return to where I purchased my Nokian tires for this needed service.

I love these guys. Very helpful, reasonably priced and they are straight and honest with you. One time I went in to change my tires and they told me they were in fine order and didn’t need it. They were more concerned that I had what I needed and didn’t get anything unnecessary than making a buck. I go to them for my tire and brake needs.

I dread all things automotive - perhaps you do too. I always feel like theyve made me the second I walk through the door, as if I have a sign that says Heres my wallet. Thats why I had found comfort in my Corvallis Les Schwab. They were patient and accepted me despite my ignorance. But alas! I have moved to Eugene and when my car told me to check tire pressure and rotate tires, I knew the time had come to begin a new search.I think Ive found a great replacement in this Springfield Les Schwab. All of my info was in their system from Corvallis (awesome!) and they had the same straightforward honesty (i.e., You dont need this now, but you do need this.) This visit I ended up with four new tires and a $450 bill, but they presented all the options and allowed me to make a decision. (I went with mid-range tires.)

I went to Les Schwab to get an inspection done on my car to drive for Uber. I walked in the door at 8AM and was completely finished and walking out the door exactly 10 minutes later. It was super quick and painless. Ive always had great service at the LS on W11th in Eugene, but this was my first experience at the store on Harlow. Ill be back in the future

It goes without saying that Les Schwab always goes above and beyond for their customers but somehow they still always manage to surprise me! I came in today half in a panic and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful Cody. There was a screw in my car and he reassured me that the issue would be easy to resolve and that it could be done quickly (then ran to get the door for me!). Turned out to be true - very quick service and they fixed it right up! So appreciative of this staff today. They didn’t even charge me! I’ll never use another tire service. You guys rock!

After having another Les Schwab branch attempt to fix a vibration in my car with no luck, I took it to the Harlow Road branch. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, communicated the cost, and had it up on the rack to fix it. One of the parts they got in was faulty. They offered to rent me a car due to the extended time they would have to have mine. They consistently communicated with me and their customer service was beyond exceptional. Kevin, Tyler, and their crew are second to none.

I arrived at 7:30 after my shift fully prepared to wait until they opened at 8. Darren (I believe that was his name) ran out to greet me as I pulled up and asked what service I needed. I explained I had no appointment and was wondering if they would take a walk in alignment and rotation. He checked and they were able to fit me in. Not only are these guys courteous, friendly and professional, they open their doors early to take care of their customers. I haven’t had customer service this great in a long time. On a very busy Monday morning with no appointment, I was out the door before 9. Not to mention very affordable.

VERY disappointing. Live 40 miles outside of Eugene/Springfield so plan trips to Eugene trying to accomplish several things. Wife has a doctors appointment at 9am then stopped by Les Schwab to have a tire repaired arriving at 9:45.Observed that half of the bays were empty so I went in. Was told it would be between 45 minutes to an hour. Told them I would STAY with my wife who is recovering from surgery on a broken arm,.AFTER one hour the car has not even been touched. Was told it was not ready and I could have made an appointment.WELL...I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD TIRED THE DAY BEFORE BUT THE WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY FOR TOMORROW. HE DID NOT BELIEVE ME.I ASKED FOR MY KEYS AND LEFT.Appeared that those who install tires are sales people FIRST and installers second. My guess is since I only needed a tire repair and was not buying tires I became LOW PRIORITY. No installer wanted to take my care because he might miss out on a sale with the next person who comes in.VERY DISAPPOINTING!NOT GOING BACK.

These people are great. I come in, the guy =runs= out to meet me. I say the check-tire light came on. He has me pull up to a bay right then, checks air on the tires, one is low. I have them check it further. Im there only a few minutes, they find and fix the issue, and charge me nothing. Again and again these people are fantastic. Ive used them for years. Sure, theres other times Im there longer and have to pay more, but still. And popcorn.

Amazing - saved our weekend!We lost a wheel (not just a tire, but a wheel) on our RV and limped into Eugene the Friday before a holiday weekend. We called around and everyone we called told us to go here - for good reason. They replaced the wheel, the tire and another tire in less than three hours for a reasonable price and were back on the road.

I went in to check on possible damage to a tire and was told that the tire was fine but I needed a new rack and pinion, that it was leaking, wobbly and an alignment could not be done. Seemed odd since I had it serviced recently so I took it someplace Ive gone for many years and heard that the leak is minor, its not wobbly, alignment is ok and it does not need to be replaced now. They showed me photos and walked through the condition in great detail. I asked around and heard from others that Les Schwab seems to be over-specing work these days and some suggested its because the company is being sold and the owners want revenue up. After 30 years of going to Les Schwab this is sad to see. Trust is built over time but can be damaged quickly. Ill be looking elsewhere for future work.

Great service, trusted them for years. If you want cheap might want to shop elsewhere, but every time Ive needed help theyve been there. They have payment plans, and they have always been helpful, even with tires that werent purchased there.

I stopped by here for a tire patch and had an amazing experience. They got my tire fixed and back on the road within 30 mins, that’s really fast considering I didn’t have an appointment. Did I mention they didn’t charge me anything for that? I’m blown away by their speed of service and the professionalism them showed me. Highly recommend them!

So today I went to the store on Harlow to get 4 new tires for my Mercury. Im almost 60 and Ive been buying tires almost exclusively from Les Schwab since I was 16. I think theyre the best. Today they called me an hour after I dropped the car and told me they didnt have the tires they said theyd put on the car. After I took the car home the front left went flat. Since it was Saturday night I knew I would have to fix it myself. It turned out to be a valve stem. I replaced it and the tire was fixed.

If youre smart, you will get other estimates. I got 4 new tires for $289 at Discount Tires. Les Schwab tried to sell me the same exact tires for over $500! Then because I had a low tire and they already had my car, they tried to tell me they legally could not let me drive my car off their lot. I told them if they dont give me my damn keys, there was really going to be some legal issues. They gave me my car and I was out of there never ever to return!

Its a like - dislike relationship. I like that Les Schwab is located all over the Pacific Northwest. It used to be more important to me because I traveled a lot but now I get frustrated with having a flat tire due to a nail and it takes two and a half hours to fix the flat.

This store has always gone above and beyond to help me. Today proved that even more. I’m a stay at home Momma of two boys(2.5yrs & 2.5months) my tire went completely flat and we didn’t have the tools to put our spare on. Darren came to my house, took my flat to go get it fixed and will be coming back to put it on. He didn’t have to do that at all. He was only supposed to switch the tires for me. I appreciate his kindness, Thank you Darren !! Also Thank you Les Schwab for helping me today. This is by far my favorite store. Your team is amazing!!

Inaccurate information was given to me. I was told very definitely and clearly that I would need to buy four new tires for my all-wheel drive Subaru when I blew out one. The service man stated that Subaru would have the same policy and be even stricter about insisting on replacing all four. I went to Subaru and they said that replacing just one would be fine and they could just shave it a little bit to match the tread to the others.I gave the manager at Les Schwab on Harlow Road in Springfield this feedback and he didnt seem very interested; he didnt ask the name of the service person who gave me the information.

This Harlow Rd location is the best! Google says they open at 8am, but they open at 7:30am. Which is great for people that work and get a nail in their tire and need a quick fix. And never a charge for easy tore repairs, even if you didnt buy your tires there!!

Poor experience!!! We sat for over hour and a half. They were helping other people that had showed up after we did. We finally gave up and called point s and they had us in and out with in a half hour! Best customer service at point s!

Every Les Schwab has been great to me. Theyll happily look at your car even if its likely theres no problem and even do minor things for free. My cars tire pressure light came on and they were happy to immediately check for the problem and make sure everything was okay. Was in and out in 5 minutes and they certainly didnt try to sell me anything.

I’m confused, today, for the fifth time in a row, the counter staff’s estimate on how long my service was going to take was wrong. They’ll saw “an hour, hour and a half” and it’s always closer to 2 hours or more. They’re famous for running around but they used to promise low and deliver high. No one gets upset if the service takes less time than estimated, don’t use hope for best case situations to estimate time. It’s very poor customer service and it didn’t used to be this way....and never an apology.....sigh.

Took car in with a leak in tire ( less Schwab tire ) and the mechanic told me I needed a whole new wheel. After I got home my husband whos also a mechanic said they didnt even take the wheel off, fast forward 3 days later my husband was looking at the wheel again and found a nail that u could tell had been in for who knows how long but a lot longer than 3 days!! Thanks a lot for doing your job!!!

Ok so this place is amazing. I blew a tire heading home to Grants Pass at about 5:30 PM an they stayed open till I was able to get the spare on and made it to them to replace the tires, they treated me an my family awesome :) thank you all so much.

Really nice people working there, they listen to me when I point it out I had bought a new used car and I didnt know much about, they did a free pre- trip safety check for me. They noticed I had special wheel locks and asked if I had the key for them. I didnt! It was a good thing they noticed that, I was able to buy one there. Other than that my car checked out great. I would definitely return there when I need my vehicle serviced.

We were having trouble with our batteries on our fifth wheel, so I swung into Les Schwab and Darren took care of us. He came right out, assessed the situation, and was able to help us get new batteries because the ones we had were shot! I went in for an alignment/brake inspection. Not only did they finish within 30 minutes(no appointment), someone came to my car to get it started before I went into the building. This place was amazing, best Les Schwab I have ever been to. Also it was very clean inside and I felt comfortable sitting in there waiting room.

I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if I needed a new one or if it could be repaired. It happened before we left for our thanksgiving trip so we came home from a 13 hour travel day and needed to get it fixed before I went back to work the next day. We dropped my car off and then went to run some errands. Awhile later I received a call that my car needed a new tire and they told me their recommendation and answered my questions. After that, it was done in 15 minutes and I was on my way home. Easy walk in experience! I have gone here previously for tires and wanted to come back because of my positive experience last time. They did not disappoint!
