Had thrm replace a transmission in my car and it took them 3 weeks of changing things after i paid them almost 1600. For them to have it another 3 weeks and when i called they had the transmission there they just were not to worried about putting it in my car even though they had it for almost 2 months. I fell like if I paid already i should have been a main priority. Instead of them having it and not putting it in as soon as it came it. Its was a real inconvenience having to borrow a car and get rides to work for almost 2 months.

The bad qualified auto shop I ever had! Oct/9 I dropped off my Camry 02 to this shop for fixing problem, kind of slow speed (no more than 30mph)! They fixed my car and charged $300 but they did do drive test! I took my car and drove home but it was still bad as before! I got back the shop and they fixed and charge $200 more but the shop owner did say sorry to me because his staff did carelessly!Again I drove my car back home but it has nothing better!!!I am very crazy with the ACE AuTo shop!!!I really want to sue them!!!Anyone who does not know about this shop please read my comment!I am pleased to show you more details!Thank you.Oct/23/20Thomas

I went there to get a diagnostic of my car they told me they checked it and that I needed an intake manifold gasket come to find out I didnt need an intake manifold gasket at all also I was having them to check my heat and my stereo went out whenever they said that my heat was working I got in the car my heat was not working so it just leads me to believe that they did not even check anything at all terrible service the guy was really rude at the front and it was just very upsetting they took my car all day and didnt get anything done

If I could give this place a Negative star rating I would. My car broke down and it needed a new belt and a couple other things. It took them over three weeks to fix it and my grandparents paid $1,500 for it. After two days of having the vehicle back it broke down again and did the same thing. They tried to charge more and then ended up having it for a month and not even fixing it. They also threw away multiple personal items of mine that were in the car.

These guys are great. They will go out of their way to find the lowest prices on parts and wont take extra time completing service just to make an extra buck. Honest and nice. And, they dont treat women like idiots (been to a few places that do...). They will always have my business!

Came to visit my first grand baby and my daughters air didnt work . Well, we cant have that! They didnt even charge me to tell me what was wrong. Other places wanted $50 plus. They told me they were booked up for three days. When they saw my sweet sweaty grand baby, they said we will get u right in! Great people, reasonable prices !

Ace garage is one of the best garages in the Springfield area. I had two vehicles in their garage in last two weeks .One being a German car that usually only specialty shops work on /,or get charged a premium for.I was very pleased with Aces service and pricing.I will be using them from now on.

If i didnt have to give them a star to leave a rating I wouldnt. Steve is very dishonest and they are very cold cruel people. Ugh...... I cant believe the utter disappointment i with them.
