Rick was wonderful to work with. Patiently answered all of my questions and helped me get my ice tasting as great as my drinking water! Had one minor thing happen during install, but they got it fixed very quickly! Fantastic! Highly recommend!

We just had a water softener as well as under the sink filter unit installed and the whole experience was wonderful! The salesperson that came out was Rick and he was so friendly, very helpful and informative and ZERO pressure. Even helped us with a plan since we live in a small mobile home. The Installation was wonderful Cory came out and was just the best, very friendly and helped make sure it was not only installed the right way, but that we knew how it worked after! Would recommend them to anyone they are the best!

My wife and I met with Rick Elie. Rick is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rick did and excellent job explaining everything in detail with out high pressure sales. Over the next few days Rick and I talked and he was able to work out what was best for our budget. I would highly recommend Rick for all your water needs.

Lets talk about Rick Elie with Culligan Water of Springfield! What a chipper and courteous man to start off. Despite having a mask on the entire time it was very easy to see the smile in his eyes. Rick was very respectful in our home, even the cat loved him! It is not every day that someone needs an entire new water softener and he was incredibly considerate to help out with pricing. He was very resourceful, knowing all the answers to each question we had. Not only that but he reassured us over and again that we could call him at anytime we needed. Overall the service was great and we would not hesitate to do it again as long as we have him helping us! If anyone would deserve a raise its Rick Elie!

Robert is an excellent installer. Not only did he come on Saturday to fit my schedule but he was excited to be there. He was very helpful and explained exactly how everything worked. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Very rarely does a company go out of their way like Culligan of Springfield did for me. During the freezing temperatures, we had this winter my Culligan water softener that is over 20 years old froze, cracking the tank and head. Rick Elie came out to assess the situation and advised me of my options ( Full replacement would be needed). I let Rick know with the recent loss of my husband i wouldnt be able to afford anew systems. After a couple of days and not another thought of the water softener, I received a call from Rick with Culligan with some good news. Culligan of Springfield was going to come to help me with a refurbished softener so i wouldnt have to suffer with the negative concerns that hard water presents. Companies like Culligan Water of Springfield and people like Rick restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Culligan

Will highly recommend. They have solved my Lyme problem with their softener system and thanks the to their reverse osmosis system we no longer have to buy spring water for drinking. Really appreciated our sales man Rick Elie. Answered all question with full knowledge and and even to check on things the day of install. Unfortunately I dont remember installers names but they did a timely and efficient job.

We are on a well and had begun having some issues regarding the quality of our water. This ranged from having Ecoli to bad taste and a sulphur smell. We called Culligan to have a rep come out to test our water and how to fix our water. Rick Ellie, our very professional rep, came out, tested the water and offered ways to remedy our issues. We chose the whole house softner with the additional reverse osmosis with a UV light to eliminate the Ecoli issue. The two man installation crew was absolutely awesome, wish I could remember their names, but at my age that is expected. They knew what they were doing and within a few hours the job was complete. As an added benefit of paying for the equipment monthly we were informed they take care of everything, salt, filters and any other problems we encounter with the system, which we were not aware of, but what a pleasant surprise. We have contacted Rick on a few occasions, both before and after the installation on April 30th, 2020, and could not be happier with our decision to go with Culligan of Springfield, Mo., instead of trying to handle the problem by myself through a DIY store. The improvement in our water was instantaneous and I highly recommend anyone having water quality issues in the Springfield, Mo., and surrounding areas to contact Culligan Water of Springfield to get the answer to your water issues. You wont regret it.

It Was Fine!!

I worked one day for this company then was in a car accident so wasnt able to return went to pick up my check for the work I did do (10 hours) they claim they dont owe me anything not only should you not work for these people but consider doing business with people who treat employees like this

I woke one morning to a faulty water filtration unit under the sink. Contacted Culligan and they told me it would be 3 days before they can get somebody out to fix it. Had to go without cold water for 3 days. When the technician came out he was very nice and fix the problem in about a minute. It was a bad valve. The valve itself cost $7. But the labor was $40 for less than a minutes worth of work. Very, very disappointed with this service.
