Jim and Ryan were great with assisting me with an issue I had from another B.A.M. they informed me of all the steps I needed to take to get a magazine I had purchased but did not receive as well as offered other solutions such as repurchasing. I will definitely be returning to this location for the great customer if nothing else. Thanks Ryan and Jim for all your help.

Helpful staff and many books from all genres. Its notba Barnes and Nobles but its great. Great for people who read comics, manga, or young adult novels too. They are a bit expensive but very organized and clean. The staff will assist you with any book you want and if they dont have it they will see if they can order it for you.

It was nice to go into an book store an have workers wanted to help you found what you are looking for.

Books A Million was definitely a great experience. Id compare them to Barnes & Nobles as far as there selection and prices. Some of these books however, are expensive and while I like this store, Im sure much cheaper, digital methods of obtaining most of these books exist in an app somewhere online or in a typical web store.

I always like this store it seems to me they have a lot of up-to-date information and resources and abundance of what anyone would be looking for basically Im a sports card collector so I anticipate and they always have the Becketts magazine so thats great but I do peruse around and look I do love reading books it seems to me that they have everything in areas where you can have selections right there to choose from and I do like the staff there theyre quite helpful

They had a very nice selection of books. I brought one and my girlfriend brought two.

Stopped in because my niece was visiting and loves to read, we ended up shopping around much longer than we expected because they have a very big selection to pick from. I will definitely go here again! They are organized and very clean.

My daughter LOVES!!! Shes into ANIMA right now: JoJos Bizarre Adventure and Promised Neverland. BAM has a Manga section. She loves to read these books. Backward :)

Love this place. Been trusting them for a long time. Good example of service: I came in looking for a rhyming dictionary and a thesaurus. No rhyming dictionary was available, so an employee helped me order a specific edition to be delivered right to me, and if I dont like the edition, I can take it right back to the store to return or exchange.

They got all the books you need and books you definitely find intresting

Had the book we wanted despite all the other book stores in the area not having it. Called and they held their last copy for us.The employee was nice, the store was clean and well lit, and had a good selection of books.Its on the first floor near the build a bear. When Barnes and Noble doesnt have a book, try calling around.

Priced alittle high foods not bad

I actually didnt go in there yesterday. I was next door at Friendlys with my brother. But Ive gone in there quite a times and bought things that caught my eye. I even have a membership. I like the store but its a pity that there isnt one in my area that has a cafe. If their cafe was as good as the Barnes & Noble cafe in Devon, they would get at least some, if not most, of my business.

Great selection of books & a nice assortment of novelty toys. Good location in mall. Kids loved it.

They was very helpful in telling me about upcoming books on manga/anime. Made purchasing books quite easy upon leaving. They have a wide selection of books and major sales on books and comics. As well as items related to books not limited but including pens,bookmark, and lights. I was honestly suprised to see a actual brick and mortar store. I am planning to go back next month.

I really like this book store...the people that work there are really friendly, especially Ian and the manager (I cant remember her name right now). Ian knows his stuff and is more than happy to talk books, hes helped me ten thousand times.

Awesome store! Online as well. They have a great selection of things. My kids got 4 books a piece from here and they were even kind enough to mail the one that wasnt in the store!

It was the Springfield Mall location. I wanted the D&D starter kit. However, since it was a book store, I looked around at everything else too.

DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE AND MAKE A PURCHASE!!!!I went in and bought two books and the lady asked if I wanted a 3 month free subscription to 3 magazines. I simply said no, just because I didnt want the magazines and nothing is really ever free.Come later to check my debit card statement and notice a 13.00$ charge which didnt really catch my attention so I let it go.Then I got a 55.75$ charge and a couple days later a 10.73$ charge.OMG! I immediately googled the number attached and found many people with the same issue as me! Theyre scammers in that place, if you must go, use cash not your card!!!!
