It was really clean organized they were very professional and did a good job I got my nose piercing 4 weeks ago and I love it. It was only 30 dollars Im absolutely in love with my piercing. The piercer was so nice and sweet it was amazing customer services I would come here again and highly recommended.

I was so pleased with my piercing and the placement. Ive had my nose done 2x before and it hurt so bad and I went here and even though we pierced through my scar tissue it didnt hurt at all! Had my septum and left nostril done already. Went in for right nostril, piercer didnt see my left side already done and pierced crooked. Had to take other side out while new side heals and go back elsewhere to fix it smh!

For a person with darker skin and also you guys being in a area of african americans. I just believe you should be more accommodating for darker skin and tattooing. Almost every idea I threw out my skin color was the excuse. I understand having darker skin makes it harder to show but DAMN Ive seen football celebs with plenty of color showing on their skin, so to use my skin color consistently is a bit of a jab. I understand everyone cant work with darker skin, but if you are located in an area where percentages of african americans are high then you should definitely have more workers comfortable and willing to accommodate for darker skin. Not just excuse after excuse when you throw a design. Either way, nice service. Just need more workers who can actually work on darker skin. This is Springfield.

I had went to a different shop to get my nose pierced and it went bad. They used the wrong ring and told me the wrong stuff to clean it with. When I went here The piecer was very nice and friendly. He had fixed it for me and changed the ring i bought for free and pieced my belly for only 30 dollars.

Personally I see Jeff and his got a very light touch so he’s great for people who are first timers in my opinion and he’s really good at doing cover ups… His scripture is always on point and he genuinely cares about doing the right thing for you even if it means he hast to recommend you to someone else. I went here for my belly button piercing a few years ago. I got my nose pierced recently and a tattoo. The piercer is very calm and he knows what hes doing. They are very clean and professional here. The price for tattoos is per hour. $120 an hour which is actually really good. I researched many tattoo places in the area and this was the best. Paul did my tattoo. He was funny and quick. I was a bit nervous but he helped me. He kept reminding me to breath haha. I sketched my tattoo ahead of time and he made my sketch come to life. I love my tattoo! I highly recommend Tattoo Royale to everyone.

Clean establishment. Friendly accommodating staff. Brought my daughter in for a piercing. Flawless experience. Didnt catch the artist name but he kept things light and eased my daughters nerves. I would definitely recommend it.

Got stabbed a lot which is okay because I paid for it so its better than the rest of Springfield. 10/10 would welcome another stabbing. Ask them about their stabbing specials, you wont regret it ;)

My monroe nose ring closed and I was able to get it stretched out at Tattoo Royale. It was quick and sterile and barely painful!My daughter also got her belly button peirced at the same time, and they put a really cute double diamond belly button ring. Once again, it was quick and sterile!I recommend this place, DEFINITELY! Just make sure you call first, its appointment only!

Got my 1st belly piercing here last year. Took me in less than 10 minutes. My piercing healed great with no issues at all, so I will absolutely go back for more piercings.

If you are looking for a tattoo, you need to talk to Bravo. He is very cool and professional. You can tell how much passion he has in what he is doing. I came in 2 years ago to ask him about a sleeve. I gave him my ideas and every piece he has done so far is incredible and I know once the whole sleeve is complete it is going to be amazing. The only thing that kind of sucks is that he is booked out so far but it is worth the wait and if you know someone is that busy it is because they are good at what they do and are in high demand.

This was a great stop to enjoy on our weekend get away. My sister and I decided we wanted a piercing and we are so glad we chose this place. It is clean and the employees are not just friendly but knowledgeable. We thought we were headed somewhere sketchy when we had to drive around the back of an odd building but it was well worth it. I would even recommend this place for tattoo work after talking with one of the artists.

The guy that took care of me, Jay, was super cool and chill and made me feel relaxed about my piercing. I got my second ear piercing and was pretty much painless besides a small pressure on you ear. He did a good job and made sure I was comfortable with the position and how it looked, plus its all really clean and sanitary.. He also made sure I knew everything I needed and allowed me to ask questions. Overall a good piercing experiences and Id go there for any future piercings.

So every couple of months or so I get these fun impulses for pain therapy as I call it aka piercings. So let me tell you about my experience... Jay is the best person to go to for impromptu piercings. So its basically like going to a yoga breathing class. He Tells you when to breathe in and out for success and total mindfulness. Honestly I walked in the guy at the desk was nice but when he sent me to the tattoo artist the whole atmosphere changed. The tattoo artist was upset, and he came across very rude to me basically told me I was to dark for a certain color tattoo that I wanted, and I understand you would want to let people know that colors will most likely not come out like the way you are expecting, but the way he came across about it was just really unpleasant. And I have never had any tattoo artist tell me i was to dark for color. I have actually been complimented on my skintone. Then as if it wasnt enough him telling me Im to dark for color he adds I had to be white like his tone for the color to show and pop. Smh. Mind you i have over 15 tattoos all colored and they all pop. Will never go here again.

I had a really good experience with a piercing here so I decided to try it out for a tat. I wanted a military memorabilia done and it was really important that it was done right. A few of the artists talked to me to make sure I got what I wanted, and that the most fitting artist for the piece did it. Paulie ended up doing it and Im so happy with it, especially since its so personal. The fact that multiple people in the shop worked together to make sure I was happy showed me how incredible this place was. I will never go anywhere else due to the fact that they were so invested.

I went to this establishment seeking help because I had previously gotten my septum pierced somewhere else, and they had pierced my septum 3 times in one day, every time due to being uneven. It was miserable! After the 3rd time of piercing it.... Still uneven!!!! Anyway, Jay repierced it and now its perfect!!! He was very knowledgeable and informative and I will 100% be back as well as recommend this shop to everyone.

Quick easy painless nose piercing!

I came here for a new piercing. This is my second time coming, I got my cartilage done this time and the guy was very generous and awesome. I definitely recommend coming here!

The last time I went to get my industrial piercing I noticed that wasn’t pierced in the right angle. The top was pierced more to the back of ear than where it’s suppose to be, which was so painful. I ended up having to remove the bar, I was so disappointed. I don’t think the piercer was having a good day that day. I been very hesitate on going back to get the industrial again and other piercings.

Best Tattoo shop in the Springfield area bar none. They have the top artists that can tattoo in a multitude of styles. They are unrivaled in there trade.I have been tattooed by every artist in the shop and I would go nowhere else to get my work done.They do appointments and walk-ins, definitely check them out if you want professional artwork.

I got my belly button pierced here a while ago and everything went smooth and awesome the staff were polite they even gave me a quick tattoo consult before i left bc my street tattoos are a disaster. However after i left and my piercing healed (healed like a charm!) it was really uncomfortable and it just looked like not enough skin was grabbed during the piercing process so i ended up taking it out which sucked😭. But i will be returning to get it redone, their service is excellent and i know they will hear what i have to say! ☺

Came from Worcester to see Jay to get my snake eyes, rook and inverse navel.. jay was absolutely amazing, Informed me of all the risks and possible things that can go wrong with the snake eyes.. after talking for a while I decided to go through with all three piercings and they came out amazing. Got my second belly piercing and I have no complaints. The guy gave me two free rings because my first piercing I got years ago in Ohio was done wrong. So therefore I couldnt find rings that fit.The guy is very sweet and sociable doesnt make things weird or awkward like some places do. He was very much glad to help me and seems to love what he does.

Brought my 17 year old niece for a piercing.No body was at reception area in a not very clean place. Waited about 10 minutes the only people that came to reception area were artists looking for particular clients or paperwork NOT 1 person even looked up to acknowledge our and other customers presence and ask if we needed help.We took our business elsewhere AND WILL NOT RETURN FOR TATS OR PIERCING

This place was recommended by a friend and I got a gift certificate here for a family member. The staff were welcoming and led me to the piercer so he could help me out. I went back with my sister to get her piercing and they were again just as welcoming. I found it cool that the jewelry came with piercing and the guy was nice to my sister. She got lightheaded and he got her a sugar drink and had her hang out for a bit to make sure she was ok. The way they all treated us during the different interactions surprised me and I would recommend them to anyone!
