Totally worth sending off your suspension to have these guys do the work. The service from start to finish was nothing shy of pro level. I sent in 2 front and 2 rear suspensions. William and team worked on it the same day requested and had a tracking number for return shipment the following day. When my fresh shocks came back the shocks were well packed and included a detailed breakdown of what they did. It even included the old seals which was nice. 5 star all the way and Trail Labs is my new go-to for all suspension work. My only regret is not sending my dropper post as well.

Trail Labs successfully fixed my broken DVO shock. Had one minor issue, one part of it was my fault. After talking with the owner, things are sorted out and Id recommend them for shock or fork service. After all, isnt that what you want in a company? When things dont go as planned that they listen?Overall, the company provides quick service in a time when everything bike related takes forever.

William was quite responsive to my questions about servicing my fork, shock, and dropper. His team returned the serviced components with a description of the work completed along with the removed parts. AFAIK, the service is on par with the manufacturers, but requires less in-house time by scheduling your service, much like servicing your auto. The cost is comparable as well. I plan to complete my own lower service mid season, but send them my fork for the annual.

What can I say that the other reviews havent said? These guys do amazing work, have quick turn times, are super knowledgeable about suspension, and are very responsive with any questions. Best part is their services at races. Extremely helpful to have suspension experts at races!

These guys are AWESOME! William was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. While at an enduro they were able to take my suspension off after the race and have it back to me by Thursday. Top-notch crew!

Trail Labs is amazing! The owner, William, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about suspension. I took 6 components (3 bikes) to him for service and they all feel like new again. Also, he includes detailed service notes for each component which I greatly appreciated. If you are on the fence about using Trail Labs, dont be!

Great service. The owner noted my fork was not assembled correctly. That was my fear since the method of servicing changes from generation and model and less conscientious mechanics just wing it. My fear is that the word will get out and he will be hard to book😜

I sent Trail Labs two shocks on two different occasions. Both times I was really impressed with their service. I received an email letting me know they were ready to perform the service, and the turn around time was great.I received my shocks back in perfect condition- they even included the old parts which were replaced along with a detailed service order letting me know what was done.Ive put about 50 miles on my serviced shock and it feels great. I highly recommend Trail Labs because their prices are good, the quality of work is great, and they are very professional.

Well done Trail Labs! Scheduled while on holiday and received my fork and shock the day we returned home. The Pike fork with Push seals works better than the day I bought the bike. Well done folks- very happy!

Probably a good shop, if you have an upscale bike.. otherwise, they are quick to make you feel inferior on the phone, if you have a lesser bike that needs repairs.

I was recommended this shop by my LBS, High Roller Cyclery in Rogers Arkansas. I needed full servicing on front fork and rear shock and shops here in Northwest Arkansas could not provide. Skeptical shipping my parts, I did so anyway and was relieved to find TrailLabs has impeccable communication. I was contacted about every step in the process. I received my parts within 2 business days of my scheduled appointment. They also sent a detailed description of what they fixed as well as all old internals to verify the work. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome- bike feels brand new!! Thank you TrailLabs, I’ll be recommending you to all who ask about suspension service !

These guys are great. Love the scheduled service model for minimal down time. My Pike was doing some weird stuff, and I took it in for a full service, which did not fix the problem. Although they had completed the services I paid for, Trail Labs bent over backwards to get me back on the trail with a properly functioning fork, and didn’t charge me anything more. Excellent service when things don’t go as planned; that’s what I’m looking for in companies I do business with.

Great customer service and fast turn around.

I got my Fork serviced by William the owner and he was very helpful and took the time to help me understand what was wrong with the fort and what he did to fix it. Super friendly service and very forthcoming with info and recommendations, you cant really beat the service and the price was great too! I would suggest this to anybody local or not if you were looking for a good service on your suspension components.

Great service and extremly knowable about anything and everything suspension related! Ive had them service and upgrade my mtb suspention a few times and have always been amazed by the amount of improvement I can feel upon the next ride. Not to mention, Will has helped me out of a couple pinches last minute before a race which was a life saver! I highly recommend these guys!! **If you are a regular mountain biker and it has been a little while since you have had suspention work done, do yourself a favor and send your stuff in to them for a service, you wont be disappointed!!

I emailed a question online with a problem I was having with my SID and got a super informative response from William that led to me fixing the fork myself. Although, I didnt need to send my fork in this time, it was clear that their deep knowledge and service-orientation is outstanding. I will be using this shop for my next fork rebuild.
