I wanted to order online but had some questions before ordering. The staff made sure all my questions were answered and was helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to ride as soon as the bike arrived. Shipping was fast and the bike was very well packed. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The door is locked and you must make an appointment by phone in advance. Paranoid? Other bike shops are open for shopping. Whats up? They dont open until 12 noon and still close at 5 or 6. Other bike shops open around 8. What are they doing, staying up all night smoking marijuana? Basically friendly, but hurry up and buy something or its just a bother and get out vibe. Most bikes there are way over $1000 and some $2000 and $2500. VERY small inventory. If youre a professional racer or rich, go there. If you want a basic economical bicycle, forget it.

Very friendly staff. Theyre done several minor jobs on my bike and Ive been very pleased. The location is convenient, and they are another classy addition to downtown Springfield.

Took my bike in to get repaired. Was considering a trade or a new bike. Sean let me know that what I had was better than any cheap bike off the shelf especially during the shortage. Got my bike back after a week after being told it could be 2 weeks with their back log. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back for when I am looking to upgrade. I highly recommend this locally owned shop.

These dudes are the best. My grips got stolen at Pres trail and I came in to get some new ones, but forgot my wallet. They let me install the grips on my bike and ride home with them to grab my wallet.

Friendly staff and convenient location. After having a bike tune-up, something wasnt quite right so I brought it back in and they had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes.

Went to get bikes and they helped us find some Nike gems and we will see how they go .

Save your money. There are so many better bike shops in Eugene. This one is overpriced and the owner had poor customer service skills and doesnt care. Youd be better off letting the transients that sit outside work on your bike. It would be cheaper and at least theyre knowledgeable about bicycles in general.

Excellent, friendly service. Often fix issues on the spot.I had a tire with a factory defect and they replaced it with out issue very quickly.

I needed parts for my older bike, so I went here based on others reviews. Although they didnt have the parts, they were able to refer me to a shop that could accommodate my needs. Even though I didnt spend any money with them, their customer service and the short 10 minutes they took to help me was worth its weight in gold. I will definitely be referring people here.

We had an accident biking along the bike path that runs parallel to W 11th, and unfortunately the two bike shops close to that area did not do repairs, only sales. We happened upon this bike shop and thought wed give it a try. I am SO glad we did!!! I wont go anywhere else. This is conveniently located to where we live, the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and its priced VERY reasonably.They even had tips for teaching my daughter to ride and get out of her training wheels, and ideas for other paths in the area. Just wonderful!

Awesome bike shop here in Eugene with very knowledgebale and helpful staff. Broke one of my pedals and picked up a new set here. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they installed the pedals for free!

Tom helped me fit my bike properly instead of me trading it in. He was a big help. I was impressed by the service here.

Bought a bike seat less than a year ago, and it broke today! This is not a sufficient product life for a part as sturdy as the seat. Customer service was mediocre.

This is a great shop to buy a new or used bike. I have been coming here since August when I moved to Eugene fo school, and it is conveniently located near campus. The shop staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can tell that they are really dedicated in making sure you have a reliable bike. Their prices may be a little high for used bikes, but they seem to be really good quality and better than what Ive found on craigslist. Ive had multiple friends get bikes off craigslist, and within months their bike is breaking down, but a used bike from here has given me no problems at all. Ask for Jordan when you go in, he definitely knows what he is doing and he will help you with anything. My experiences with this shop have only been positive and as long as I am in Eugene this will be my go to bike shop.

My son was trying to fix up a bike that really want worth fixing up; the staff was honest and helpful in stead of selling us a bunch of expensive parts for a cheap bike. Will definately use them again for biking needs!
